Great and friendly place, great workouts and the front desks are amazing.

Got discounts for membership, and Client Support have always been helpful. There was no hassle in canceling membership when I moved.

Also, feel bad for front desk, not everyone follows rules and some expects special treatment bypassing corporate policy with last minute cancellation fees, and harassing front desk. Like people, please make the time commitment before you put yourself on the list, otherwise expect Fees like everywhere else that takes appointments. Hope the situation improves.

I'm a regular at the Solidcore Bellevue location and I have my go-to coaches here whose classes and coaching style I really enjoy. Parking is a toss-up between street parking and garage parking so it always helps to come early.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Solidcore for a long time, even before the Bellevue location opened. As a long-time member, I never imagined being treated this way. This studio consistently has issues with overcharging and poor communication, and it’s honestly exhausting. Every time I try to resolve an issue, I’m met with condescending, lengthy emails or texts from the front desk that feel more like lectures than solutions. They never seem to recognize that I’m a paying customer simply trying to get fair treatment.

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a team that doesn’t seem to care about the customers who’ve supported them for so long. I’ve been incorrectly charged multiple times, and when I ask for clarification, all I get are excuses and no accountability. I’m honestly done with this place. Once my membership ends, I will not be coming back, solely because of the poor service from the front desk.

I’m seriously considering sharing my experience with Solidcore’s corporate office and leadership, as it’s clear they have a serious issue with how they treat loyal customers. This studio is biased and unfair in how they handle situations, and it’s incredibly disappointing that they don’t seem to care at all.

Class was fine though the instructor kept accidentally saying the wrong thing, i.e. saying black platform when she meant carriage, etc. I booked through Classpass so maybe it's my fault for not going through Solidcore directly but I wish someone had posted a photo about parking - I ended up paying $6 for parking in the tiny garage across the street. Adding a picture of free parking instructions here so others don't make the same mistake. They included a cute welcome note on my locker since it was my first time at that location which I appreciated

I have been a regular at this specific location since they’ve opened. Consistently challenging classes and a positive atmosphere. I love that the same coaches I started with are almost all still here. Clean studio. My only complaint, if it’s way one, is that there aren’t enough machines and so I have to hustle to sign up or I’m waiting on the waitlist. Supply and demand.

Don’t have any comparison with other solidcore locations but the coaches are friendly and it’s what you’d expect from group fitness. Pace yourself if you need to if you’re new. Coaches will sometimes check on you but the class moves too quickly to expect them to do more than a few corrections - especially if a full class.

Studio is small and pretty clean. They have two bathrooms but the bathroom line gets pretty busy between classes.

If you plan to park in the garage, using AMLI apartments in your Google directions will take you right to the garage rather than turning. There are a good amount of slots in the garage reserved for retail and not residents, but it’s still a tight space. Give yourself extra time when arriving.

You should receive detailed instructions from the studio via text before class. Much appreciated for client experience!

This solidcore’s front desk reception experience is the worst I had so far. I’ve taken quite a lot of solidcore classes in NY and SF. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. However, the moment I entered Bellevue’s studio, the staff started complaining that I arrived too early. She then left me standing at the entrance for 10 mins and chit-chatted with someone else. When she finally had a moment talking to me, she started complaining about me arriving too early again. She finally stopped when I told her I didn’t receive any instructions from this studio. She then ignored me and checked the next customer. I was totally shocked by her manner. I love Solidcore but I don’t think I will come again.

If you’re looking for a place that has similar trainings but more embracing, I highly recommend Core Havn and The Pursuit.

Love the instructors here 🫶 They are always full of energy and so encouraging. It’s also such a good workout, definitely lives up to the name.

I visit Bellevue often from out of town and have had trouble finding a challenging Pilates studio, so decided to try this out. I know this isn’t technically Pilates but it’s a great workout and everyone was super nice. I took the Full Body class with Julienne and she was really helpful and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

Quadruple-check that they check you in, otherwise you’re billed $35 as a “No Show”. They don’t even send you a receipt. It just shows up on your credit card statement.

Catherine P, was absurd! I came all the way from South Hill, late for 5mins or 7mins because you can't really predict traffic these days (Left my place at 6AM sharp, class is 8AM). Yes i enrolled in an advance class as a first timer with my friend, but her kicking me out Infront of everybody is just not how you treat a customer. She didn't say it out loud but I was excited to try something knew, but one person can ruin the whole experience for you. I am never coming back there.. Just not how you coach somebody..

Great workout! Instructor Celine was great and very friendly! She provided many modifications and opportunities to intensify as well. I used the two hour free street parking but I believe there is garage parking too.

This workout has changed everything for me. The coaching is involved and helpful, the work is HARD but effective. It’s worth it! Glad I did more than one class to get the full scope of the workout, try other coaches and see results!

Awesome studio that just had a grand opening! Incredibly high quality equipment and amenities. Class instruction was excellent with modification and intensification options suited for all.
Google maps routing might take you to the wrong side of the building. Make sure you go to 121st Ave NE. Free street parking and garage parking available.
