[solidcore] is a high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout on a custom-built reformer machine. It utilizes slow, controlled movements to push your muscles to the point of failure in order to build back stronger.

I had an amazing first class today! Our instructor, Maanasa, was very clear with her instructions and made the workout so approachable. She encouraged us throughout. Such a great introduction to Solidcore. I can’t wait to come back!

This is a challenging workout that noticeably improves strength and balance, and the music and instruction are fun and motivating my. My only issue is the lack of ventilation during class at this location; this studio feels significantly hotter and more humid compared to other locations I’ve been to.

Been to 3 different solid cores places. This probably my least favorite, teacher is nice outside but not very helpful once we are in session. Didn’t spend much time on each individual, didn’t ask for anybody’s name like every other place ask and there was a couple new moves I’ve never done, I knew I wasn’t having a good form.

The studio is great! But there is an instructor there that I would highly not recommend. It’s hard to understand her when she’s talking during the class and she doesn’t offer gray help, she scolds attendees for talking to each other (even though we briefly spoke quietly to compliment each others form) and doesn’t make it feel welcoming. It’s an unfortunate addition to the otherwise great team.

I am a big fan of solidcore! I've been going 1-2 times a week to supplement my current workouts that are HIIT/Circuit oriented! It's been crazy to see that even with just 10 classes so far how much my strength and flexibility has changed and improved. Marissa and Cheyenne are great coaches! They are incredibly motivating and are always ready to help me fix my form or modifications. This workout is a challenge and will kick your butt, but you'll leave feeling so much stronger :)

Sorry to do this! There is a giant beam in the studio and only spoken cues to the exercises. You Can rarely see the instructor. I’d advise for some video monitor to assist with the chaos, though she rarely demonstrated. I can get a much better workout at a regular gym class. Price is also too high. I also signed up for a 2 for 1 intro price. But the second class expired while I was traveling so I had no reduced price to get used to it.

There are also no showers and limited changing space.

My abs did burn though!

Cannot say enough good things about Solidcore Cap Hill! Love how all the instructors greet me and know my name! The classes are all so planned and thought out always making it a challenge! These classes will definitely humble you. So many chances to modify how you need to and push yourself. I know I’ve gotten stronger. Also so clean!! 50 classes and 16 weeks straight I’m coming for you!!

Best class workout in the city! Challenging and unique. They have the easiest check in process with lockers and clean restrooms. Peter is a great trainer and made the class perfect for beginners and advanced.

I have loved loved my experience here. Your first date of class they write you a note on your own locker and are super helpful with corrections or modifications if you need them. I signed up for 12 months and am moving to another location and they make it super easy to transfer too! I will miss my regular coaches Brianna and Mateo though! Also special shout-out to Annie & Jess who helped me with so many questions when I first signed up.

The instructor did not give me a tour of the reformer machine or studio (even though I arrived early), made unsafe form corrections during class, kept looking at her manual during the class, and was unable to describe what we should be doing so the class was confusing. I enjoy reformer Pilates workouts but this experience was horrendous. solidcore should not let teachers give practice classes to paying clients when they are that unprepared and unpracticed
