Charged $31 for being 7 minutes late.. I used some free credits I got because I was going to try a class for the first time. In my opinion, it's not really clear on classpass about this missed class fee. Not to mention it's a bit of an egregious amount.

I hate to post negative reviews but, this one deserves it. I gave 2 stars instead of just one since I really loved some of the instructors. I had a few great classes but, on several occasions the reformer, (usually the cables) were not working and I not only didn’t get a full workout, I got a lopsided workout since only one side of the machine worked properly and a refund was not offered. These classes are quite expensive so, I expect to get I’m paying for…every single time.

My biggest complaint, and the reason I will never return is that after I purchased a 6 month membership I became seriously ill and unable to work or exercise and SolidCore would NOT release me from my contract although I never used a SINGLE class during my 6 month membership, and because they continued to drain my bank account by several hundred dollars for services that I was unable to use. My final payment was automatically withdrawn today by SolidCore and I’ve been too ill to attend a single class.

I used the app to explain that I was unable to work or attend a class and was out of the area being cared for by relatives and I got a snarky reply via email stating that they would not release me from the contract unless I provided a rental agreement or bill from an address outside of any SolidCore area. She ignored the explanation that I had given and I didn’t have the strength to argue.

Since I was not working and had moved several hours drive away from any SolidCore location, I thought that a reasonable person would be willing to help me with this, but I found it impossible to reach anyone in the actual studio to have a verbal conversation.

I would recommend not purchasing any packages from SolidCore as a result of their extremely poor customer service and lack of consideration, coupled with the poor experience with machines not working properly.

Had first Pilates class somewhere for the first time I hated it and scared to try it again for a while…. Decided to give it another chance at Solidcore Totem lake. Gabby was amazing tutor for my first class here. music were loud enough to hype you up. And that's what I need to push myself really hard plus fun !! I definitely recommend this place and this location! I can’t wait to go back soon!!

Amazing time at Solidcore! First class with Helen, she was super quick to give me a great run down on how to use the reformers and checked in with me throughout the class to make sure I was getting the most of it! I’ll be back for her classes on Mondays :)
Also Anastasia at the front desk was great to work with and made sure I was getting a plan that fit my needs best, thank you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Decent instructors, absolutely TERRIBLE management.

They won’t let you in if you are just a few minutes late, AND they have the gall to charge you $35. As if it weren’t punishment enough to have to drive 20minutes to the location. Ever heard of traffic before?

There are much better and cheaper studios.

I just took my first [solidcore] class at the Totem Lake location, and it was such a great experience! I joined the Starter50 class with Ceara, and she brought amazing energy and a killer playlist that kept the vibes high from start to finish.

The class is perfect for beginners but still super effective for all fitness levels. Ceara did an awesome job explaining everything while pushing us to challenge ourselves. It was definitely intense—but in the best way possible!

You’ll leave feeling stronger, sweaty, and accomplished. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a fun, motivating, and full-body workout!

Exercise instructions are through audio only overlaying loud music. I was told to follow other people if I’m lost, but it turns out other people are also often confused. Also, if you purchase an unlimited membership and change a class registration less that 10 hours prior to the class, you still going to be changed $35 fine.
Otherwise, the facility is clean and parking is ok, but could be tricky during plaza’s busy times

I've been going to Solidcore in the Totem Lake location for almost a month now (joined via the 2-week unlimited plan then signed up for the 12 times per month membership), and I absolutely love it!

I did a ton of research on Solidcore prior to signing up, and have tried out circuit training, barre, cycling, boxing, pilates, yoga, etc. you name it. Personally this is exactly the kind of strength-building, low impact (good for those with prior injuries), high intensity workout. After the ~15 classes I've taken, I've gained some actual definition on my body, become stronger, and just feel healthier.

The facilities and coaches here are really great, and even when I started as a complete beginner, I received great feedback when I asked questions about the workouts.

+ No need to worry about parking!

Update: 30 classes in and I have developed both abs definition and arm muscles. Solidcore has made me stronger and I love it!

Really enjoyed this location, the room and facilities, and all the instructors! I started out through the 2-week unlimited to solidify my foundations and have continued to got as often as possible through my ClassPass. I’ve enjoyed all the instructors, even the instructors-in-training have been fabulous! Parking is easy enough to navigate at Totem Lake though does get understandably congested at times.

Only minor complaint I have is that the microphones are pretty bad and crackled at times. They’re aware of this problem and actively trying to fix it (if it hasn’t been resolved already!).

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed learning this new type of workout format (low impact, high intensity resistance training on reformer style machine). I’m newer to Pilates style of workouts and feel I’ve been able to develop a stronger core just within my first month!

Probably one of the most kindest and inclusive places I’ve been to. All of the coaches are so amazing and kind! I really enjoy coming here.

I was talking to the front desk guy, had some questions. And he walked me out while talking and closed the door, extremely weird behavior.

Great community, great classes and reaaaaaally great instructors! One of the best places I’ve discovered in the area for this type of exercise (low impact, high intensity, on a Pilates-inspired reformer). I was hooked after my first class with Kasey and each workout leaves you feeling a stronger version of yourself. Highly highly recommend! (Can I give 10 stars?!)

Amazing class, you will hurt in places you didn’t know existed. Facility is clean and well kept, instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue is the price tag, but for how good the class is I can look past it every two weeks or so ;)

Such a challenging & rewarding work out! I love the concept of a low-impact but high intensity work out! Definitely the best mental and physical challenge.

I took the 420 class focusing on back and glute and it was an awesome workout! I’m still shaking 30 min after it ended. Instructor was great and helped me protect my back. I’m giving 4 stars because it was a sensory overload. There was something about the mic and sound system that put me on edge. Lots of lyrics and instructor talking. The cues were also different than what I’m used to with yoga and pure barre so maybe that was part of the overstimulation I experienced. I did a bogo package so I’ll be back for a 2nd class!
