From the beginning my wife and son had a fairly difficult time with communication to and from this business. Classes were nice we thoroughly enjoyed the classes. But we moved away and went to disenroll him and found it to be almost impossible. We went to the FAQ page for a disenrollment form... why is it on the FAQ page?? We have called and emailed multiple times someone finally called back today. Why am I getting charged for November if we will not be attending any classes??????????????? Im so confused. Great environment for children terrible customer service leading to bad business practices. Would love my money back for November's please.

We came for a trial class and my daughter loved it, I was told by the front desk that they would contact me to finalize everything and get her enrolled. Several days went by and I never got a follow up call or email. To me it rings bad customer service.

The coach is 5star amazing. He is patient and works with every single child. There is usually an assistant coach there to guide the children along with the coach and she does a fantastic job too. They help the children stay focused and understand how to do the proper techniques vs getting a semi proper form. My daughter looks forward to going every time. Lost a star because it was hard to understand the website and that was the only way to get her into the class and have the signups because nobody answered any calls. There was also no directions as to which room was the tumbling room on the outside of the building so myself and other parents were lost for a bit on that first day.

Gorgeous dance studio with a dedicated owner. You can really tell that the owner of this company is passionate about providing a safe and fun place for children (and adults) to express themselves through the art of dance. I have four daughters who dance at Rise Dance Elite. We absolutely love it. The teachers are great and all my girls have grown as dancers. All of my kids look forward to class every week. Two of my four dancers are on the Competition dance team and that has been an amazing experience also for our family and I am grateful that is offered locally for my girls.

We absolutely loved Rise Dance Elite when we lived there! My daughter started dancing there when she was 3 years old. Ms Holly lit a spark for the love of dance in her. We were there for 2 years and the last year was during all the covid shutdowns. Ms Holly went above and beyond to make sure her dancers were still able to dance. She figured out an online platform to continue teaching. She even constructed and hand delivered dance floors to her students. To present day Ms Holly still checks in with us and continues to follow my girl’s dance journey. We will always be grateful for our time spent at Rise Dance Elite

Rise has been a consistent part of our daughter’s life since 2019. When deployments sent her daddy away, when COVID shut things down, this dance studio and Holly gave my daughter a place to be herself she express herself through dance. We’ve had both great experiences as a recreational student and a dance team member. Holly truly cares for her students and their families. We have found a home here while we’ve been at Whidbey! We love Holly and what she has grown at this studio. We love our dance family!

There isn’t a more dedicated dance instructor out there. Through out all of the challenges of Covid she was still there for her little dancers. She did all she could to continue their education via zoom (manufactured & delivered dance floors) and now back in person. I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Holly and her team. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Rise Dance Elite was my daughter's dance home for a year when we were living on Whidbey Island. We had an exceptional experience at this dance studio. Our girl was 4-5 years old and quickly grew to love everyone at this veteran and female-owned business. I was always very comfortable having her take classes and become part of the competition company at Rise. Holly is knowledgeable, fun, engaging and truly cares about her students. During covid, she looked for every opportunity to continue supporting her dancers with zoom classes and even story time and parties over zoom. This helped to prevent total "covid isolation" and her students were always able to dance and do what they love. We really appreciated that about Holly. We also appreciated that costs were kept to a minimum on required attire and shoes. Items can be purchased at a good price directly from the studio.
Holly's students learn self-respect as well as respect for others, self- discipline and many other important lessons to carry throughout their lives.
The best part though, was the attachment our daughter felt toward her teachers and her fellow dancers. It was difficult to leave Whidbey and Rise. If we ever get to come back to Whidbey Island, we will be back at Rise Dance Elite for sure!
