Are you intimidated by a big box gym? Don't have time to personalize your own workout? Are you looking for small group personalized strength training?
This is the gym for you! Each hour is limited to 4 people, you make an appt in advance, and Jacob makes the whole workout for you; so all i have to do is show-up!
My husband and I have been working out with Jacob and Steven for 6 months now. This is by far the best gym experience we've ever had.

Best investment I've ever made in my body! Jacob and team are amazing at building custom workouts around my old injuries that specifically strengthen and protect my weak spots. Within the first 2 months, I felt positive changes and found tasks around the house and yard getting easier. Plus, I didn't have residual aches and pains the next day. I've been working with Jacob for 2.5 years now and he has also been fantastic with workouts to strengthen my cycling and jogging hobbies. I'm a stronger rider than ever before. I really like the smaller, not intimidating feel of this gym. It is a positive atmosphere and I look forward to going every week. Jacob is great at listening to your goals and needs and tailoring a program to help you be successful. He is also very patient and knowledgeable and will show you how to properly do the exercises and what muscle to focus on. I highly recommend this gym!

My wife and I have been working with Jacob for over 5 years for both private and group training. He's great to work with, as he is encouraging and will push you to keep going in a supportive way. I have been working out with Jacob for 4+ years. I have gone from being insecure and nervous in a gym setting, to confident, strong, and always hitting personal goals & records for myself. The woman’s group class is a fun setting where we can support each other, feel comfortable asking Jacob for help or modification during workouts, and improve our muscular strength and endurance. As a group, we often will do 5Ks and other activities together outside of workout as well - that is the type of fun and supportive atmosphere that Jacob has created. Stephen is also great - he provides careful instruction and assistance during workouts. If you are looking to get stronger and feel good while doing it, look no further!
