Teresa is a fabulous trainer. I have been working with her for over two years and I don’t love to exercise. She does a great job of pairing you up with people at your fitness level and keeping the workouts engaging. I can actually say, I enjoy going to the gym. That is a muracle.

Scott and Teresa are awesome! I primarily work with Scott and he’s one of the best trainers I’ve had. I’ve worked with several over the years.

The workouts are tough and I leave every session dripping sweat, but his approach doesn’t leave me sore all over like I have been with previous trainers. This is a testament to how he works the whole body and focuses first on strengthening weak areas so it doesn’t lead to injury later on.

I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
