OMG! I’ve been stalking these ppl since 2023. I’m a hairstylist and i’ve suffered through so much pain with many of my joints, tight muscles because I don't move as much. Drs recommended PT/chiro. I never feel good after PT, I feel great after my chiro appts, but I felt like i needed more. After a bold move by one of my clients she made me an appointment(lol) it was the best thing she could have done for me. Artez did his thing I have been on cloud 9 since Saturday just that one session has allowed me to sit down on the floor and stretch myself which was incredibly painful before…if you're 40 plus and don’t move as well as you used to and your range of motion is now limited I urge you to try this!!!! The stretching paired with the massager to loosen tight muscle's is life changing… Thank you so much.

I have long been a lover of Stretch 22 - it is hands down one of the best ways for me to recover after workouts. I am a fitness instructor which means having my body as limber as possible is so incredibly important to my career, and I wouldn’t be able to accomplish that without the help of Stretch 22. My most recent stretch was with Carli, and it was nothing short of perfection. She made me feel at ease and comfortable, and she clearly knew exactly what she was doing. I felt like a new person when I got off the table! I highly, highly recommend visiting Stretch 22 if you ever need to feel nice and limber again!

I recently had the wonderful experience of getting my stretch done by Pallis at the SLU Stretch 22 location. I am a larger person, about 6'4 and around 220 pounds so I wasn't sure how easy I would be to work with. I was pleasantly surprised! Pallis left me feeling amazing! Highly recommended!!

Zheir and Luca at the SLU Stretch22 location are the best! I have had appointments with both team members and appreciated their thoughtfulness and attention to detail! You can tell they actively listen to their clients and are passionate about what they do. I have been doing a 50 min session 1x per week and my quality of life and flexibility has noticeably improved. Yay team!

Zheir did a great job with stretches. He cues what he is doing well and increases the intensity gradually according to how far I wanted to go. I was also appreciative that he gave me extra time for delaying my appointment (he was running late and did it to show appreciation for my patience which I in turn appreciated). He was very professional, precise, and thorough.

I didn't really know what to expect going into my first assisted stretch, but I was very impressed overall! If you're considering giving it a go -- I'd definitely recommend giving it at least one try.

The equipment used was top notch - they should make couches and/or airplane seats out of the material used for the stretch beds! (The "gun" they use is also commercial grade and much better than a Theragun.)

Alex, who was my stretcher (and also the area manager of all 3 seattle locations), is super friendly. She made sure that each stretch was deep enough but not painful. It was also neat how passionate she is about stretching, mobility and recovery overall. I surprised to learn that the two owners (one a chiropractor and the other a professional athlete) are also stretching fanatics. (For whatever reason, I would have thought it was owned by some silent finance folks who were just looking to make a profit but didn't care about the space.)

Stretch provides a good experience if you are a beginner or have poor mobility. However most of the issues are due to logistics and operations - with attrition stretch specialists thereby needing to start again and again of your needs. Additionally the SLU location doesn't always have availability - this also is exacerbated by the fact that the changing specialists and everyone has different availability which can be hard to plan beforehand.

I had a 50 minute stretch here with Rikki. I think it helped me feel more relaxed in the shoulders and neck. The night of the stretch, I went to hot yoga and noticed slightly deeper poses and small popping noises in my upper body, likely due to muscles being slightly more relaxed and bones/cartilage moving more freely. Rikki did a great job and I would definitely go to this location again.

Great experience at their SLU location. The setup is comfortable and the stretching really helped - I'll be back. It's a little strange stretching (or being stretched) right in front of a window as people walk by, but in a funny way, not a bad way. RD did a great job.

I am big fan of Stretch22. I had stiffness in hamstring and Quad muscle and I was refereed by one of my gym colleague to try out Stretch22. I was trying physio therapy and it was giving slow progress.

Mary attends to me weekly. First week, I was not able to lift my leg over 45 degrees. Regular stretching over 8 weeks, now my legs are able to lift to 90+ degrees. Mary does ensure I see progress in range of motion and flexibility. I do at least 100+ miles of cycling a week and this stretching helps me to get rid of any stiffness. Thank you Mary for making my body flexible and pain free!

Overall, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Strongly recommend to any one who wants the body to be more flexible. My friend in gym was recommending Adam who is really good but i have not tried Adam. If you reading this feedback to check worth the effort, I strongly suggest trying 2 sessions in consecutive weeks and see if you feel better.
