StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Bellevue offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Jorie at the StretchLab Bellevue is amazing. She helped me resolve some hip and IT band issues and I just came back from some long flights and she was able to work out all the kinks in my neck and shoulders. I feel like I had a full body stretch massage :).

Little late review but I would say one of the best places to get stretches for severe back pain. I hadn't worked out in a while and had tight hips and joints due to desk work every day. Belay and Jessica were very helpful, providing great insights and also provided good information on how I can go about stretching. I would highly recommend this place for folks who are looking to get back into workout/sports again..

Iβm not a fan of stretching, but know flexibility is a critical component to wellness. Iβve been working with Alex twice a week for 50 minutes. Iβm noticing much faster recovery times, improved performance during my workouts, and through βAlexβs homeworkβ Iβm building a solid foundation of stretch exercises that for the days in between stretch lab.
