Matt is a fantastic trainer! His workouts are dynamic, productive, and FUN! He 100% knows what he is doing. He's got a ton of experience, and is a genuinely nice and caring person. His gym is welcoming and comfortable and not at all intimidating. He keeps me cracking up every hour of training with him (bonus ab workout)! But seriously his brain is fascinating when it comes to nutrition, physiology, anatomy, workouts etc. I'm a big fan of intuitive training and he can structure a workout to fit any- "body's" needs, ie: age, injuries, physical condition, and mood.... Super grateful to have found Matt and his gym.

I contacted Matt in hopes of utilizing his training studio for an all Women’s fitness retreat: Unplugged, The Olympics. Not only did Matt kindly let us use his space, the studio was clean and very inviting! As a trainer myself, it was easy to see Matt’s passion and knowledge for his work! I'm currently training at StrongPoints Fitness, and have been since April 2016. When meeting with Matt, I discussed that my primary goal was to lose weight. He tailors a a 4-week cycled program specifically to my needs.

His dedication to my success is unfounded in any of the other gyms I've attended, this alone is the reason that I'm 4 months in and continuing to improve my range of motion, lose weight, and get stronger. I couldn't ask for a better personal trainer.
