I have been doing Pilates with Jack for 5-6 years now. I go there once per week and every week Iβm addressing a new aching, tightness that arises after a long week. I enjoy working with Jack. Heβs very friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener. He targets muscles groups to support my goals and physical strength. Truly recommend Jack because he has been very supportive for me to improve after knee surgery and other injuries I have experienced over time.

I have been getting one-on-one reformer pilates sessions from Jack for a few months and they're great! I had never done pilates before. Jack made me feel comfortable right away and helped walk me through different exercises. He does a great job tailoring the sessions to my level of strength and flexibility so I get a good workout every time. I'm really impressed with his knowledge and ability to show me how to slightly adjust my form with every exercise to engage the correct muscles.
I can't recommend it highly enough!

I have been working out with Jack Lanham for over five years. Totally fixed my body after serious shoulder surgery. Has worked carefully with me after knee injury over a year ago. I have lost three clothing sizes and am strong and feel great. Jack is a genius and changed my life for the better. Plus his workouts are fun AND challenging.

I have been doing the work out routine for along time... The I just go because it's routine, routine... Then I started seeing sara for shoulder pain and mobility issues. I thought she could add some exercises to my routine to help, and well wow was I wrong.
With a simple question she changed my routine for ever. She asked "why do I work out"? Hmm, I Work out .. Well Because I'm vain.. and I care how I look and move. She asked "how is the way I'm working out support that"? I thought about it, and realized. My work outs were a waste of time, and actually dangerous. They were the cause of my pain and poor mobility. I did not even like how my body looked.. I guess I even knew this but it was my routine, so I kept doing it till I was really messed up...
At that moment I wished so bad to be able to go back in time with this information...
So After about six months, I was going once a week the pain was completely gone, And my mobility was coming back. I continued for another 8 months after. My body had never looked better, or felt better! I took what I was learning and applied to my normal work outs.
Then I moved.. and then that lead to a little time off.. But today I'm So glad to be back!! Already I feel how much my new routine, was becoming just a routine again, with Much better results that I am actually happy with, but routine.
If you made it far enough to read this. Then do it, it changed my life, it really did. One of the best things I have ever done for myself!!
I Love The new location so convent, or closer to me now with much better parking. The view is great, and all the windows and natural light really helps my body to wake up.

I have been working with Sara at Studio Jacks for almost a year and I cannot say enough about how much I love this place. I never considered myself much of an athlete and it was difficult for me to stick to a regular workout routine. Studio Jacks turned all of that around for me. From the very first session I was hooked. The space, all of the instructors and the vibe were incredibly welcoming to a newcomer like me. I got to know the flow of the solo sessions, took a few great two person sessions and ultimately settled into a weekly routine that is a perfect fit for me. I feel stronger and more confident every week still - even after a year! My spirit and stamina have really improved through my Pilates practice with Sara at Studio Jacks. I see myself as continuing with Pilates as a life long practice and only wish I could get to the studio more often. Check it out!
