Studio West is the South Sound's Premier Dance Studio offering professional dance instruction in our 10,000 sq ft stat of the art facility. Our mission is to provide quality dance training in a nurturing atmosphere to students of all ages and abilities. The primary goal of the academy is to instill self-confidence while developing; self-discipline, flexibility, grace and artistry in every student. Studio West believes maintaining a wholesome environment will create accomplished dancers and beautiful people. As we guide our students during their dance exploration, it is our goal to instill a love and passion for dance that will last a lifetime.

I got to try a couple of classes while I was in town, here and other places and this place is hands down the strongest hip-hop in the entire county. Coming from a fast paced dance scene in San Diego, CA; Beat Box felt the closest to home.

My daughter has danced at this studio for more than 12 years and I can say the instructors and staff have created a community that shares a passion for dance. The instructors are inspirational, artistic, and they know how to bring out the best in their dancers. Their performances are of the highest quality and give the dancers a chance to experience performing in a real and exciting way.

My daughter loves dancing at Studio West! They welcomed her to this studio with open arms! Instead of placing her in classes based on her age like other studios do, they evaluated her and placed her in classes based on her skill level, and I love that!

We have always appreciated the kindness that this studio and all of its faculty shows toward the dancers. We especially appreciate how welcoming and friendly all of the older, more experienced dancers are with the younger, newer dancers. The dance education is top-notch, challenging while also being developmentally appropriate for the kids. The annual Spring Showcase is incredibly well-run, and the Nutcracker that they put on every year is the best Nutcracker put on by a non-professional ballet school that we've ever seen. Updated several years later: the ballet education here continues to be the best in the area. My child has grown tremendously in multiple dance styles, and has the support that she needs to push herself and expand her skills.

The staff here work SO HARD and with such professionalism. I am impressed every recital when the hundreds of students, parents, families, etc show up and it runs like a well-oiled machine thanks to the hundreds of hours devoted by the staff. The teachers are very personable and skilled with all age groups. The teachers care for each and every student are help carefully develop their strengths, skills and abilities. <3 Studio West <3

My daughter started in their baby ballet classes and moved into the introduction to dance class, she and I loved every minute of it! The teachers and staff are kind, talented, amazing people. The moms their aren't crazy dance moms! I love the Spring Showcase-where the love of all things dance are shown! Unfortunately, we moved out of state and couldn't convince Ms. MC to come with us!! Hands down-best studio!
