Came out here for Thanksgiving season and the place was buzzing. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, plus dry and steam saunas—total PNW vibes. The kids swam nonstop and hit the slides all day. Such an awesome time

Look for the Google Maps marker named "Membership - Suncadia Resort" - this is where the swim and fitness center is 😁 Don't wander through the cold dark first thing in the morning to this location - it's a residential area. You will feel like a creeper like I did!

We went plastic skating yesterday, and even though the ice skating rink was bumpy before, it was so much better! It’s impossible to skate on that plastic. Please bring back the real ice. Literally everyone there was complaining.

We have been coming to Suncadia for several years and enjoyed the ice rink until today. They changed the ice to something called glice, and it felt like skating on plastic. Neither myself or my kiddos or sister were able to ice skate like normal as our feet couldn’t grip the plastic ice. It was a waste of money and a bummer.

My family and I had the BEST time celebrating the 2025 New Year by visiting Suncadia's ice skating rink :) We are a family of 8 (3 couples & 2 children) and we all had the BEST time there! Trina was an absolute ANGEL and made the whole experience that much better :) We were greeted with a beautiful smile as she answered all of our questions while preserving the magic of the experience :) Immediately we felt SO welcome in our new exciting & friendly environment :) I asked Trina if there were any hand warmers available for sale (due to my poor planning) and she kindly handed me a few from her own stash :) It was the sweetest thing ever and I will never forget it- I was sooooo cold and I knew I wouldn't be able to enjoy the evening the way we hoped while freezing haha- SO she ABSOLUTELY made the experience for me and my family (thank you so much Trina) :). There were several beverage options (including adult bevs) ) in a fridge right where we picked up our skates. - I got the Cutwater Whiskey Sour (sooo good). We sat next to a beautiful fireplace with comfy seating to put our skates on when I realized my skates were too small. Trina happily replaced them for me with no issue and we made our way to the rink! The experience was incredible! It was a bit different from your classic ice rink- but it was still incredible and sooooo much fun! (just a new experience altogether which was awesome). I was sad to hear that some of their guests are very cruel to the staff because they didn't do their research to learn that it's a Glice Rink (not an ICE rink) which allows them to offer/provide access to the public year round. On top of the amazing hospitality and overall positive vibe- they took it up a notch by providing skating aids for children and adults - my nephew loved the whale and it made for such an enjoyable and stress-free experience. During our lovely time there, we had a mishap and dropped one of our drinks- Trina was so kind and understanding and provided us with a towel to clean up with :) Suncadia also provides beautiful CLEAN (and warm haha) restrooms (women, men, and wheelchair accessible)- I did not expect to have one so close to where we were and was blown away by the quality and effort they put into every aspect of their Center. When the time came to say goodbye to our new favorite place and return our skates, Trina gifted us glow sticks for our 2 baby nephews which tremendously helped us in easing them into leaving this magical place :) We are so excited to come back and bring back other friends and family in the future<3 THANK YOU Suncadia Center for making our New Year's trip such a memorable one, and a HUGE THANK YOU to Trina, for being the most helpful, kind, and positive person- you went above and beyond and you really did make our experience :) I hope you are recognized for your hard work and your IMPECCABLE costumer service, YOU ARE SO APPRECIATED <3

I went there and learned you either have to live at Suncadia and pay a membership or be a guest at the resort. Very deceiving. If you’re trying to find a lap pool in the area and google it, this is the first option yet it’s not open to the public.

My brother in law and sil got married here years ago. When they come to the PNW they usually stay here. We stopped in for the day and did some indoor and outdoor swimming. It was gorgeous, fun, clean, perfect. Pool side drinks served all summer. A huge outdoor pool. Volleyball, Marco pool, lounge chairs everywhere. I wish I could have stayed all week!

This rink was small- very small...super super small. Even if it was real ice it would be too small to charge these prices. This is a great place to teach toddlers and that's it. My kids said it was like a slick gym floor and quit before I got my money's worth. It's sad global warming has led to glice.

We’ve been staying here in Suncadia for a couple days and I’ve stopped here two of those days already. They have a nice upstairs workout area. Downstairs they have an indoor lap pool with three lanes. There’s also an indoor waterslide. And then you can go outdoors, and I have an outside swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.indoors, they have a sauna and steam room. The steam room has been closed for service while we’re here so I expect that that should be open in a couple months.

It’s a clean and bright space. Beautiful, majestic views and peaceful environment. Very clean rooms and linens. Negatives... the potpourri air freshener running through the building is so incredibly strong. No one wants to breathe that in while working out. The steam room is broken yet their website advertises that it’s up and running. And what gym, pool and hot tub close at 7pm?!! People want a workout and relaxation later on in the day after they’ve been golfing, hiking, exploring. We had to ask the front desk for robes and bottles of water. We paid a lot to be here so it would be nice to have more access to the amenities with the small touches laid out for us upon arrival.

This is one of my favorite places to go. The water is clean and warm year round. I could spend all day in the pool. Staff are friendly. Don't forget to check out the gift shop by the front desk. There are also hot saunas.

I used to love coming here... but in the recent visits something is always out of order (sauna, outdoor pool, or outdoor hottub...and it takes months to get thkse things fixed). the shower facilities on busy weekends run out of shampoo/conditioners... nobody seems to bother to get those refilled even though I spot at least 2 people at the front desk sitting around ...

Stayed here with friends and spent 2 days at the aquatic center. Kids loved the slides and the spa outside was fantastic. There was a life gard in particular who was great with our kids and not distracted like some others we notices. Her name was Zaylee and we and our kids absolutely appreciated her. Very responsible young gal with a great attitude. Definitely played a significant role in our enjoyable time here as a family!

Amazing fitness center. The gym is excellent with a lot of equipment and weights, especially for a resort. They offer towels, lockers, and have a store where you can buy food, clothes, and drinks. The heated pool inside and outside and perfect, especially in the winter. There’s also a hot tub inside. They have a cool water slide for everyone over 42” in height. This is a great place to spend a few hours. Highly recommend it. My only complaint is that I wish the gym were open until later or if they allowed after hours access. They close at 7pm.

We really enjoy swimming here. Currently during the pandemic you need reservations. I highly recommend when you book your stay you find out when the reservation window opens. Because they book up pretty quick, I’m talking several minutes and the timeslot that you want will be filled. The outside pool is way warmer than the inside pool just an FYI. Take a towel with you if it’s snowing so you don’t freeze on the walk between inside and outside. Water sides are fun for the kids and adults alike. All in all a great place to spend time with the family no matter what their age.

Very cozy place. Staff members are very helpful and friendly. Life guards are on duty. There are 2 pools outdoor with hot water, and there is one pool inside. One pool is very big and allows to swim, and one looks more like hot tab or jacuzzi. There are two water slides inside. Nice touch.
Changing rooms have several showers, good enough spacing and lockers to keep your belongings safe. In addition they have family changing rooms, what is very convenient. The lobby has snack and drings vending machine, swim suits, along with winter gloves and other accessories.
We will definitely return. You will like it. Just make sure you make reservation ahead of time.

Gym looks really nice upstairs And they even have activities -- like making your own stuffed animal -- in the main lobby area at times as well. I entered to expect a swimming pool and a small fitness center... but when we walked in we saw two super tubes, a hot tub, an outdoor spa and a huge swimming pool, they were all heated. We were swimming outside and saw people swimming in the spa. It was snowing outside and we expected a freezing pool which was outside in the cold. We decided that we would quickly run outside in our swimsuits ang go into the pool. The pool was heated and warm.

Was told by an employee the gym closed at 5 PM and we need to leave The web site said 7 PM. The girl said it said we close at 5 PM on Christmas and it was on the printed flyers. Another guess said they also were there because the website said 7 pm. I have been going here since I was just a baby. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The bar is a good place to get a refreshments and some chips, but if you are looking for food go to the food truck and get some burgers or mini corn dogs. Or for the kids a ice cream bar. The slides are fun for the kids and the childlike adult. The locker rooms are amazing and clean. Or for mom a nice dip in the hot tub. I would come here if you want to have fun. They is losing and other activities near by.
