You can have a kids' birthday party there where your party has exclusive access to the entire facility or 1 of the indoor soccer fields for 2 hours. There's a "party" room with tables, chairs, trashcan, and a fridge to set up for pizza, cake, presents, etc. You bring all food, drinks, decorations and paper plates, etc., but it's really great because for roughly $210.00 ($230.00 after tax) you can invite as many kids as you want and you get the whole place to yourself for 2 hrs. There is some parking by the entrance otherwise you'll find plenty of space in the large lot in the back. Easy to get to. Staff was friendly and laid back.
The only criticisms that I have are that it gets super cold in the winter (wearing your jacket inside kind of cold). I don't know if it's the lack of heaters or insulation, but the warmest place is going to be in the party room.

We have been taking our child here over the span of 2 years, and she has not learned anything related to soccer. There is zero structure and it's just the coaches having them run around and play games for 50 minutes. The coaches also do not seem interested in teaching at all, in fact it seems like they are irritated by kids being excited to see them. Half the time the parents have to interject and and do the coaching.
If you get here early you can park in the front, but you also may get blocked in by other cars.
Overall we will finish out our time here and then look for other places to go to for soccer.

Fun place for indoor soccer. Little run down but it has everything to be functional. It is FREEZING tho, so bring extra coat. Sometimes parking is crazy if there is multiple events. Refs and staff are fair and nice.

Wanted to take my kid here for soccer, the building looks like an abandoned warehouse surrounded by garbage & homeless encampments; flanked by a smoke shop. Decided it was not a great idea to park my vehicle anywhere near here and left.

The real fun is on the second floor. South Sound Martial Arts is one of the best Muay Thai/Kun Khmer gyma in the nation. If you didn't know, WA state is a little mecca for South East Asian culture. With that, comes their national sports of Muay Thai, obviously from Thailand. As well as, Kun Khmer, the similar Cambodian martial art.
If you want to really learn how to throw down and not play patty cake at a Mcdojo. This is the place to train. Many professionals have come up training out of here. Plus, you won't beat the prices.

We really like the lil kickers soccer program itself and itβs one of the few programs for toddlers that has times that work for our specific family and would love to continue it but the only thing holding up back is safety. I do not feel comfortable coming here alone because of the homeless which I get they can not control but I wish there was security (another review said they had it but Iβve never seen security there) or they kept the parking lot clean as I do not feel comfortable for my toddler to even walk into the building without holding him.

I regret signing my little sister into this program. Every time I bring her only 3 kids show up. They lied when they said that there would be games and a lot of kids on a team, thatβs ALL a lie. One of the so called coaches has them run back and forth, she doesnβt teach them how to play soccer. I would have rather payed more money for a different place thatβs safer, not falling apart, and who has better coaches. I would not recommend this program for your kids.

The soccer center has plenty of character but thatβs where the positives end. There is clear dysfunctional management. From the referees to the clear lack of understanding of safety. The building is falling apart literally. Leaks from the ceiling, sketchy walking surfaces, and homeless people sleeping at the entrance just to mention a few hazards. This is just the beginning. There is a clear conflict of interest in the referees and management. If youβre close with the staff then youβre part of the problem. They will bias towards people they know and itβs clear to everyone involved. This is not the place to have a fun sport-mans like conduct and they donβt care to change. Itβs been this way since the beginning good thing itβll be nothing but rubble in two years time.

Referee is not doing her job. She does not call any fouls on one team in particular because they are her friends. I told her to be impartial, fair and keep the players safe and she flipped me off. She is extremely unprofessional and ill equiped to be a ref. She didn't even call a foul when a player/ her friend elbowed one of our players in the face right in front of her. Said she didn't see it. That's a is a constant occurrence when she refs but lord help anyone that does anything to that team they get carded right quick!! She couldn't see the foul that happened right in front of her but could sure see a perceived foul on the opposite side of the field when it was actually all ball the player was not touched but her buddy went down. Then it's a penalty kick.

Do not waste your money here. The refs do not care for players safety and will actively let teams get away with dangerous plays. This place is extremely unprofessional and there is not one person who works here who controls the players or the games. Youβre better off spending more money elsewhere to ensure your players safety.

Ref is very unprofessional, they need to kick her out. She lets our players get hurt and she doesnβt even watch the game fully, she gets distracted and is very rude. Donβt waste your time going. The teams are very rough because they know they can get away with it due to the ref.

Considering starting a petition to remove one of the refs. Not a player but Iβm connected to one. Aside from the fact that their calls are inconsistent and all over the place, during coed soccer league games the ref seems to ignore dangerous actions from players which allows them to continue and cause injury to other players.

Well, I doubt a dollar has been spent on maintenance in a couple presidential administrations. The place is very run down sadly.
Old turf that's peeling up at the edges, sagging ceiling panels in the bathroom, dirty bathrooms, a homeless camp around the corner and a parking area that's darker than the inside of a cow. Honestly, I'm surprised my car was still there when I came out. Dress warmly if you're still spectating in the winter months.

This place has been around forever so of course its got some wear and tear but overall still a great place! My dad played soccer there, I did when I was a kid and now my little one is doing their Lil Kickers program. The people are very nice and work well with the kiddos! Only problem is that it is very pricy for not being updated since before my dad was a kid. Also the strung our homeless and transient people wondering in and out at ransom don't make us feel safe with our little kiddos

All the staff were great and helpful! We had a blast with our soccer class and will continue to return to them.
The reason this is not a 5-star review though, is on either side there is a heavy population of homeless people. We were not bothered nor did they interact with us or our cars, and I understand that is not something that they can control.
Would recommend any classes they offer, but recommend getting there a bit early to get a parking spot up front.

I haven't gone in in decades but I drive by almost daily and I'm surprised the place is still standing. Judging a book by its cover would tell you that this place is unsafe all around it. Homeless all around, It looks like whomever owns it is waiting to collect on insurance money and hasn't put a penny into outside maintenance in some time now.

Signed my kids' team up for what was supposed to be a rec league, but they let premiere teams sign up for it too, so our boys got smoked in every game. The boys on the premiere teams AND THEIR PARENTS laughed at our kids for not being able to play premiere level soccer. I'm really disappointed that the center would advertise a rec league when they had no intention of keeping it that way. I'm never signing my kid up here again. Not worth it at all.

We just had a free trial for lilβ kickers and it was extremely disappointing. The facility is disgusting and falling apart. The turf is ancient and VERY dirty. All of the equipment - balls, cones, foam noodles, nets, etc. - was all filthy and broken. The staff, most of which were teenagers, did not know how to engage with the kids at an age appropriate level and provided very little instruction. There is a lot of unstructured time and children running around without direction. There are homeless right outside the building and it does not feel safe. Donβt waste your time or your money at this dingy hole.

Drop ins on Wednesday nights is chill because there are not that many people. Thereβs no staff to run drop ins on Friday nights so everyone wants to cop an attitude and argue, itβs just way out of hand. If you wanna play ball and meet some chill people, come on Wednesday nights. Donβt waste your time and money on Friday nights. So many attitudes and egos on the pitch. Not fun at all.

My son is enrolled in the Lil Kickers at this soccer center, and last weekend all of the children were put into a corner field without any word to the parents. The field was rent out to a female football tryout. So our kids were looked as second class to these people for more money.
That is not okay, I pay a lot of money for my child to attend these soccer lessons, and to be pushed aside like that? They get one more chance before I ask for my money back.
These facilities are in bad shape, the area is not good with needless easily found in the parking lot. I give them plenty of slack because they appeared to have my interests at heart. One more chance, then I'll start showing the pictures you don't want shown.
