This studio is truly one of the most beautiful spaces to practice and gather in. I’ve practiced all over the country- LA, DC, NYC- nope, they don’t compare. Not only are the quality of classes and teachers of the highest caliber, but you’ll also get something that goes beyond the physical practice which is a true sense of community. A rare gem of a place that can combine all these elements. I’ve also been on multiple retreats through the studio and they have been life altering experiences every time. Take Care knows how to take care- so grateful!

Definintely a hidden gem yoga studio. I took a class with Emma and enjoyed the pace and the vibe that she created. The decor and the design of the space is incredible welcoming. The new student special was also fantastic to use for the week that I was visiting!

Wow! Can’t recommend this place enough!! I was in town for a wedding and tried to book on Class Pass, but their window had already closed. Anna took care of me and helped me into the class I was hoping to attend and gave me a free rental mat since it was my first time! After an incredible and sweaty hour of well-led yoga, I was able shower with some luxurious toiletries by Malin + Goetz. Was an out of towner who was truly taken care of. I’m so grateful, and will definitely come back!

As an out-of-towner, I took a class with Carly as the sub this morning, and she was fantastic. Excellent music, paradigm, moves, all of the things. A slower flow but not at the cost of the demand level. I truly enjoyed myself. If Carly is reflective of the studio at large, you should not hesitate to try it out.

Take care is the type of place where you immediately feel at home. I’d been in and out of my own practice for years and decided to jump right in to the 200 YTT. By the end of the first day, I felt like I’d been part of the community for years. Instructors take the time to know your name and get to know you. The class offerings are convenient and the space is gorgeous. This is truly a labor of love and you can feel it in every detail.
Thank you Anna for creating this space and fostering this community!

I’ve been coming to TC Yoga for a couple months now and have really enjoyed the studio! I am new to yoga, only having practiced for about 3 months, and I find the TC Vinyasa class to be beginner friendly while also providing a pretty good challenge. There are always modifications offered and I never feel pressured to do anything that is more advanced than what I am comfortable with. Rachel and Richard have been my favorite instructors so far, they have a very warm and calming energy to them and the pace of their flow is perfect for me personally (I like things a little bit on the slower side, I’ve had some instructors that seem to fly through the movements and that’s not my favorite)! I’m so glad I found this studio!

I love Take Care Yoga! It is such a wonderful studio, and what I would consider my home yoga studio. The studio in itself is beautifully designed and equipped with a warm welcoming feeling, but what makes this studio so great are the instructors and people. They emphasize a space of community, diversity, growth, education, and progress over perfection. As someone who is still green in the practice of yoga, I always feel welcomed, supported, and healthily challenged in class. They also offer yoga teacher training, retreats, and events. If you're looking for a well rounded studio, I'd recommend Take Care to anyone!

I cannot eloquently describe what this community means to me - Take Care is more than just a studio and those that are familiar with the space and the wonderful instructors will agree. If you are looking for a space to deepen your practice of yoga under the guidance of extremely passionate and knowledgeable teachers, this is it! Each instructor has their unique gifts and leads the classes differently. I love that there isn’t a cookie-cutter method and creativity is modeled and encouraged!

Take Care makes me feel the most at home I ever have felt in any kind of yoga studio/gym/group fitness class. Whether it’s been a few months—at this point (hi!)—or you go every day, you always feel welcome. You’ll find an instructor and time that works for you.

This yoga studio has the best energy. It’s a beautiful sanctuary to practice yoga. The space is only made better by the amazing, welcoming instructors that make yoga accessible for all levels. I particularly love Anna, Jennifer, and Annie.
I also went on my first retreat with this studio and it was a perfect balance of yoga, social time, and free time. I felts so taken care (yes ironic because of their name) and sincerely felt so nourished and refreshed from the long weekend away.

Practicing yoga is a very personal journey, and Take Care really felt like a safe community and peaceful sanctuary for me to relax and practice. I’ve practiced at various studio across HK, Bali, California and Malaysia, I’ve never been to a yoga studio like Take Care where every teacher is so well informed, has a heart-felt dedication in their teachings, accepting and showed warmth and care about their student’s practice. If you love yoga, you’ll never regret coming to this yoga studio! ❤️

Beautiful space and wonderful teachers!! LOVED Linnea's extended flow. The room is a little warm but not fully hot yoga (i.e. not like Core Power Yoga).
Plus woman owned! Anna is amazing.

I had never done yoga before and they were really so helpful making me feel comfortable. I really appreciated the constant check-ins during our session to ensure that I was doing okay both mentally and physically. Showing me alternative ways to execute a pose if I couldn't quite get there really helped my confidence.
Can't wait to go back!

Incredible yoga studio with incredible people working there. The students who practice there are diverse in cultures and languages. Anna, the owner is wonderful and makes it a point to know everyone’s name as do the rest of the teachers and staff.

Love this studio! Every teacher is wonderful in their own way, with plenty of variation and challenge so you never get bored. But at the same time, they are so open and welcoming, that you could spend the whole class in shavasana and it would be okay.

Beautiful space with top notch amenities and most of the instructors are excellent. I had a class pack here a year ago but let it expire mostly unused. My wish was that the instructors were either encouraged or able to provide inclusive queuing for a multi-level class. While most instructors I’ve had here do encourage you to do what feels right for your body in the moment, when the queue offered takes the body straight into a pinnacle pose without offering students off-ramps along the way, the environment feels exclusive to those able or wanting the advanced options. I’m sure this is not the instructors’ intention, but it is the result. I thought maybe things had changed in the months since I more regularly took class, so tried again recently. Unfortunately, things remain the same. Maybe the solution is to make it explicit that classes here are queued for advanced yogis. 🙏🏼

I signed up for the one-week student unlimited package and I am so glad I did. Since I walked through the doors, I've had an amazing experience. Clean, aesthetically pleasing, and inviting, this studio exceeds expectations. Before this, I had never done yoga, but I'll now do it regularly :)

Take Care is just the absolute best of its kind. I couldn't have dreamed up a better space, community, or single aspect about the experience. The classes are scheduled with such intention and convenience, the teachers are diverse and experienced- never have I practiced at a studio where I authentically love every. single. class. Anna's values so clearly shine through in every corner of the business, and I am so beyond grateful to have found it as a home studio. As soon as you walk in you feel seen and welcome, it is a place to grow, learn, and just be.

I’ve been practicing yoga in Seattle for over 15 years and this studio is by far my favorite. It is welcoming to all levels of experience and the diversity in teaching styles keeps daily practice interesting and engaging. Every teacher brings a unique expertise and flavor to their classes and I’ve enjoyed learning different skills from each one of them.
The facility itself is spotless and the amenities are the best in the city. One of my favorite things to do is take a nice run along the waterfront park and rinse off in the beautiful showers before class where they offer towel service and Malin and Goetz body wash and hair product (!!!).
Always warm, always welcoming and always looking for ways to better serve their community, TAKE CARE is a leader in their industry and I am grateful to practice there.
Also, the owner Anna, has moved through the trials of opening a small business during the middle of a pandemic with grace and extremely mindful consideration of everyone’s safety and comfort. I trust her and her team to make smart decisions on behalf of my health and yoga practice.

Absolutely in love with Take Care Yoga – I would honestly give a 10 star rating if I could. The whole experience is top notch – from the moment you walk into the studio until the end of your class, you won’t want to leave. The space is beautiful, the energy welcoming, and the teachers are phenomenal. I can’t recommend it enough!

I purchased the new member deal of one week unlimited for $35. I was able to try out 2 classes. Everyone was masked during my first class, but when I came back the next day there were several people in class without masks which goes against the state mask mandate.
Email communication could be better.

I dropped in for a Restorative Yoga session. I really enjoyed the instructor and I felt very relaxed after the hour. My one complaint is there was hot yoga class in the room before, and the heat was very much lingering for our entire class - a cooler temperature would have made the class more relaxing.

I was in town for a few days after a long road trip, and in need of a good sweat and yoga class to help ground myself. I heard while climbing at SBP (which I also recommend) that I should check out Take Care Yoga.
Such a great aesthetic and energy immediately coming into the studio space. I took advantage of the new student unlimited week, and took a morning class with Natalie, such a great and “spicy”class, she really brought mindfulness to the practice. I also had the opportunity to take class with Anna, the studio owner, and was loved the difference that you can find within instructors.
Great instructors on either side, great aesthetics, and overall positive vibes throughout. Thank you for the humbling classes and recommendations for my time in the city!

It’s been so inspiring to watch this yoga studio open/reopen during the pandemic. Anna Douglas has been so thoughtful about how to keep students safe while practicing. They have hosted several classes outdoors and their rooftop views are a perfect back drop to the vinyasa practice. Indoor classes everyone is fully masked and spaced appropriately. The space will be so nice to hang out in once that is a thing again. I’m also a fan of their apparel and design. Street parking is normally quiet easy to find, but give yourself a few extra minutes. All the teachers provide excellent cueing and modifications for beginners.

This studio is beautiful! Anna Douglas (the owner), was one of the first yoga teachers I've ever had in Seattle, and she was quickly my favorite. I was so excited to hear she was opening up her own studio. She teaches an amazing class and is also such a warm and kind person. Classes had been wait listed prior to the 2nd closure, but I bought a class pack and can't wait for the reopening and to try classes with all the instructors. I love how much diversity they have on their staff!

I had been wanting to try yoga to help with back issues but was super intimidated as I haven’t been to a class in over 20 years. Then I heard about Take Care yoga opening up in our Belltown neighborhood and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Anna the owner and a yoga teacher, is such a doll and makes you feel totally welcome no matter your skill level. The studio itself is so beautiful and serene and with the spacing of the mats and super cleanliness of the studio, I feel completely safe. If you’ve been thinking about joining a yoga studio, I’d definitely recommend Take Care whether you’re a novice like me or a seasoned yogi.
