I want to give 5 stars to our intrepid athletes and friends who join us as often as they can. I can't say enough about the type of clientele we bring into the studio, and the community we have built. We love you and hope we have great experiences each and every time you join one of our fantastic instructors, or just be like me and hoot and holler in an energizing class. If you haven't come in yet, get your butt in gear and give us a try; there is a challenge for everyone! Or at least a great work out waiting for you. And most likely, you will find me in class too. TCS has been such a supportive community as I restart my fitness journey. I had never cycled before and felt intimated taking the first couple classes, but it quickly became second nature. I'm also in love with the mat pilates, yoga, and strength classes (it's a burner!). Stacy is great at providing a holistic approach to health and fitness, and has cultivated a true fitness sanctuary!

Great place to go work out or just spin. They are pretty helpful which was nice when I was new to spin classes. I like the assortment of classes they have, but also they have classes that are more performance focused too if you just want to get some riding in. The facilities are pretty great too. Definitely recommended.

I had the BEST class I've ever hard here. The instructor (Kaydee) was great, the equipment was all high end, and the facility was spotless. I highly recommend it.

The cycle sanctuary has been such an amazing space for me to get back into working out. I have been able to work at my own pace while utilizing the perfect amount of push from instructors to get the most out of my workouts. I always feel good and strong after each class that I take. The atmosphere that the instructors and staff provide help truly make this space a sanctuary.

TCS has become our home away from home over the past 1.5+ years for several reasons: the amazing workouts, incredible instructors, and the community. Everyone I know there has been so welcoming and encouraging! I had an injury that really got me down, and TCS was there for me, helped me get back into my workouts and feeling great again. The owners are so kind and supportive. Classes are so much fun! Highly recommend The Cycle Sanctuary. 6 stars!

I've attended dozens of classes at the Cycle Sanctuary over the past year and thought I had found a great workout community but was severely disappointed about the studio's response after I sustained a back injury at their Strength/weightlifting HIIT class. It's important to note that the strength classes are 45 minutes long and have no warmup for the weightlifting movements. I've attended multiple other strength and HIIT classes other gyms and this is the first time I've ever experienced a strength workout that asks you to lift anything from 5 to 45 lb weights and beyond with no warmup or practice on movements like deadlifts, thrusters, etc.

After one of these classes, I suffered a back injury that was persistent across multiple weeks and realized I needed to take a step back from working out. At the same time, I had 5 classes left on my pass and was moving out of the country in a matter of weeks and knew I wouldn't be able to finish out the class pack while giving myself the time I needed to recover. When I reached out to ask for a refund given I wouldn't be able to use the rest of my pack, the owner refused, despite acknowledging that the strength classes I attended did not warm up any of the weightlifting movements. At this point, I'm super disappointed because not only has the injury set me back weeks in being able to have full mobility, it also stopped me from enjoying many other parts of my life - I have had to take steps back from other activities I love just weeks before I was moving away. I've spent a year attending classes here - I'm shocked about the callous response I've received about the impact this injury has had to my life, after all the time and money I've spent attending classes here. I wouldn't recommend this studio if you're looking for a place that cares about your total wellbeing or cares at all about safe warmup practices.

It has been almost a year since I've been coming here. Best spinning studio I've been to. They offer a variety of sessions in addition to spinning which include bootcamp, Pilates, yoga/stretching and core.

Spinning classes are challenging but rewarding and fun in the end. Bootcamp classes are my favorite since it encompasses spinning with weights/body weight. So essentially a total body workout with minimal joint impact. Workouts can be scaled according to ability and if one has an injury.

The occasional social gatherings are a lot of fun as well where you get to know more about your peers and the awesome coaches. Overall, a great experience. Check this place out!

A studio full of top tier equipment and top tier people. The bikes are amazing and communicate to show how you're doing against your friends; it pushes me to find new exertion levels as I try to inch them out! A beautiful space to kickstart the day!

Such a fun, inclusive, and friendly studio! If you like to ride, but want to focus more on your own performance, rather than “dancing” to the beat, this is THE place to go. All of the instructors have the expertise and experience to drive measurable fitness improvements, and those stats even get sent to your email address after class. And what small studio has its own app?! The Cycle Sanctuary impresses all around! I’m looking forward to trying other types of classes offered, too, like Strength and Core.

Cycling coaching is comprehensive - nutrition expert, lifestyle and cycling recommendations - a great way to improve all-around. Stacy is a great listener and gives great advice. The indoor facility is robust, from Stages training bikes to showers and a great community. Recommended.

Finally, a cycling class that doesn't require earplugs! All bikes have monitors to keep you accountable and bikes are not crammed next to each like in some other cycle studios. The room is a good size and fans on the walls are positioned well to circulate the air. I really had a good work out and I am a bit surprised that classes are not fully booked.
So if you like cycling and prefer listening to music without earplugs and want to hold yourself accountable - give a try to this cycle studio!

I started working with Stacy on my Nutrition about a year ago. Investing in a Nutrition Plan had never crossed my mind because I thought I knew most everything. Overall, I did have a solid base decent eating habits. But something was off. I didn’t realize I wasn’t feeling 100% until my body had enough and basically revolted.

I mentioned to Stacy what was happening and that I was interested to talk and see what her program was about. After talking for a bit, she recommended a month of ‘…let’s just try it and see…’. I did. Stacy’s approach is holistic; it’s not just about eating. She is guiding you to take care of your whole self. There was never pressure; there was never judgement or heavy handed, strict deprivation or exercise regimes. Instead, you get positivity, encouragement and practical information. She is/was always available to listen and offer suggestions that fit my lifestyle. I felt a change almost immediately. I slept better, had more energy throughout the day, and was able to manage through long stressful workdays without caving to stress cravings. The next thing I knew a month was over, I felt great and was 10lbs less. Weight loss necessarily my main objective! I continued another couple months.

It’s been almost a year since that first conversation and without realizing it, the approach I learned from Stacy is still with me. I never stress about whether or not I have ‘cheated’. If I do deviate from my basic routine, it’s so easy to get back to it and feel back to the way I like – great. If I feel like I need a refresh and Stacy's guidance, I will gladly sign on again.

I started out in my first couple classes very nervous and unsure of my abilities. After a few months at TCS, with everyone so welcoming and encouraging, I’ve never felt better in my body. I can’t get enough of the instructors, community, workouts, music and endorphins!!

I have known Stacy who is the owner of The Cycle Sanctuary for more than 4 years. She was an instructor at a previous cycle studio I went to and became a good friend just because of her passion for cycling, her genuine interest in your health and mental wellbeing, her willingness to cater to your music needs, openness to feedback, awesome personality, ability to push your limits and just high quality indoor cycling classes. As someone who loves indoor cycling, has her own spin bike and has done it for more than 2 decades all over the world, Stacy Vinge is a world class indoor cycling instructor. The Cycle Sanctuary is basically her. Top of the line bikes, experienced instructors who know what they are doing, a caring & non judgement free gym, a super clean/sanitized environment plus all the amenities one could every ask for in a boutique cycle and fitness studio. And dog parking too for your well behaved pups!!!! Stacy and her husband Jon have built up such a great indoor cycling community. If you are missing Flywheel, Burn Cycle, Soul Cycle or are sick of Peleton and need a great indoor cycling class with fellow humans and fun competition, go give The Cycle Sanctuary a try. You will see me on the leaderboard :) giving you a run for your money

The team, and family, behind the Cycle Sanctuary have truly built a community. Each class I’ve taken has given me a chance to push myself, while simultaneously remaining encouraging regardless of my fitness level or how I was feeling that day.

In a cycle class the equipment will monitor your speed and endurance (rpms and watts) and how you rank in the class. They play music that is meticulously matched to the goal tempo, which keeps the workouts engaging. For people who like to track their progress, if you download their app you can easily access your previous workout history.

What remains genuine is that no matter how you place in a class the team makes sure you leave knowing the most important measurement is the time you’ve taken to further your personal fitness journey. They truly care about your health. I attend mostly on the weekends, so I am not the strongest rider, but every time I hop on a bike I know I’m in for a great workout with great company.

A major plus is that the facilities here are extremely clean. This includes the showers which always have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash stocked!

This studio is family-run and has kind staff and motivational trainers. I haven't done a cycling/spin class in years. I've been to about 6 classes now and I can tell you they're very beginner friendly while still being challenging to experienced cyclists. Overall this is a great workout and even better community to be a part of.
