As someone who just moved to the area, I tried to use this studio via ClassPass at a 4:30pm time. I had the hardest time finding anywhere to park, and by the time I tried to open the door at 4:33, it was locked. I’ve never been to a yoga studio that doesn’t have at least a 5 minute grace period.

So not only did I not get to do the class, they’ll charge me $12 for a β€œno-show.” I will *never* attend a class here.

Way to run a business!

The teachers here really cultivate an environment that empowers your body to strengthen and your mind to be still. I'm deeply grateful for this space

The instructor was very welcoming and friendly and the class was perfect for post workout days when you’re sore and need to unwind.

This studio burns incense indoors before and after classes so it's not a safe place if you have asthma. The studio manager confirmed it's a regular studio policy to burn things indoors. I have to give 1 star so that other asthmatic folks will have a shot at seeing this before going into a potentially dangerous environment.

One of my fave is Alyssa Franks. She combines humor, mindfulness and body awareness in an enlivening class. Challenging, yet offers plenty of cues for working at your own edge. Alyssa's kindness permeates the studio, while
her experience permeates the body. So grateful for this generous, shinning human, and the well run, welcoming GY spaces. Don’t miss Anja Kellner-Rogers at the Cap Hill studio. She will inspire you to push your boundaries, inching towards limitless.

Really great teachers and a nice variety of different classes! I especially like the chill flows on Sunday mornings. The atmosphere of the studio is cozy and welcoming, and the teachers offer adjustments for all levels. The pricing is also very reasonable. I tried a bunch of studios in Seattle and this is my favourite one by far.

Wonderful, soulful, physical yoga flows, where the practice is as awesome as the music. I first came here a few years ago and was able to bring my child to childcare while I did power yoga - just for ME - downstairs. As a parent, finding this little group felt like a hug and a high-five. Great teachers, and a budding, welcoming community.

I found my yoga home! I have just finished yoga teacher training and was looking for a place near home to practice daily. This is a relaxed, happy atmosphere with un-pretentious and brilliant teachers. The other yogis are like me - not in uber expensive yoga clothes looking at themselves in a mirror - just a mom and yogi that wants to stretch my heart and work on myself inside and out. TGY for life!

This studio is a little smaller and does not have any mirrors. It's definitely a more intimate studio focused on the practice and less of a workout like some other studios.
