As a lifelong gymnast, coach, and parent, I want to give a shout out to this excellent part of the Westside/Kirkland community.

The Gymnastics Connection is unlike all the other gyms in the area - they truly provide an A+ experience for every student that walks in the door whether it is a toddler, adult or competitive athlete.

Whereas at most gyms, you will only get quality training if your child is "talented," on a team, or in a fast track program, at TGC everyone is held to a high standard of learning and growing through the sport of gymnastics. Everyone learns real, quality gymnastics (or ninja) rather than just having glorified babysitting and chuckling skills.

The coaches are better trained and supported than anywhere else and it shows in their rapport, professionalism, spotting skills and class management. Coaching is not just a job, and their staff are mature, kind, and friendly. The equipment is constantly updated and more mats and learning tools to help with accessibility, safety and development.

The special programming and
camps are fun and engaging and the office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

I highly recommend this gym for all ages and skill levels.

My girls have loved their time at The Gymnastics Connection. They have both learned and grown in strength and confidence! They have loved their coaches. We especially love the opportunity to show off the skills they have learned all year at the Gymnastics Extravaganza at the end of the season!

We just had a birthday party here on Sunday and had the BEST experience. Both of the instructors were amazing. They were so patient and kind, even though we had a couple of younger kiddos who were having a hard time. I’d highly reccomend this venue for larger groups of kiddos, as they were able to keep them engaged and having a blast throughout the whole party!

I absolutely love the adult class. Started January of 2023 with no experience and I'm already doing flips.

Megs and Sydney are excellent coaches. They give excellent advice on improving form and skills. I also really like the structured format of the class. It's not just free time in the gym we have specific skills the coaches have us work on.

I've waited so long to write this review. When you move to a new place, you kind of hedge your bets on the places closest to home or work.

From the beginning, Beatrix fell in love with Gymnastics Connection. She has been doing gymnastics since she was 3, but all she remembers now is the Gymnastics Connection.

She loves the open gyms, the instruction (cried when we couldn't afford two lessons a week, so I applied for scholarships), and she loves the coaches.

After the spring showcase last year, she said she wanted to be a gymnast when she grew up.

If I have obligations before or after class, Beatrix is able to sit with them an extra few minutes with a snack until I wade through traffic to get there.

Above and beyond, one of the best experiences we have had in Seattle. From front desk (Stephanie Kyla) to Coach Maddy, Coach Megs, Coach Monica... stellar experience.

They never turned their noses up to us when the credit card didn't go through. They made us feel like Beatrix belonged there as much as the other kids who don't need scholarships or second, third, fourth credit cards.

We love you. We thank you. I wish I could give you guys so much more, but right now, all I can say is you made a positive difference in our lives. Thank you!

The girls that work the front desk go above and beyond. They keep a very organized waitlist for each day/lesson level, and make us feel like they have know our family for years. They always have a smile on their face and are happy to be there. The instructors my girls have had are patient, and give the girls individual attention. Thank you for making gymnastics a fun, and warm place for my girls to gain a little confidence.

The exercises seem fine and my kids have enjoyed coming here, but recently the coaches handed out certificates to kids and my daughter was left out. She's been coming here for a long time and is a decent gymnast. There was no explanation to the parents what the certificates were & always a general lack of feedback/communication. It is disappointing.

Friendly sanitary and fun...there are different levels from beginner to professional first lesson is free then it is approximately $126 for 6 weeks at one hour per weeks...there is different pricing if someone wants to go more than one hour a week
