Beautiful gym and waiting area, that's where the positives end. It took a while to acknowledge my child and I when we came in (brand new and don't know what to do or where to go.) Once class finally started, multiple kids (including the teacher) had long hair not tied back, the kids sat around for 7mins in what I assume were ice breakers, no stretching. Then a super fast 2 min stretch of cold muscles!
This was followed by random handstands and cartwheels all over (I can't believe no one hit each other.) Then running around the gym climbing on equipment with little instruction. Then what I assumed was going ti be a cartwheel drill (taught very incorrectly). Another circuit followed with very little instruction. When it was my child's turn, the teacher wasn't paying attention and she fell in her face multiple times. The teacher proceeded to do pirouettes and handstands while the chaos continued. One child actually could do as handstand, but instead of a roll, she was flopping into an unsafe bridge-like position.
The class is almost over and the teacher hasn't spotted my child once! Even on the bar! They are now doing turns on the beam, ending with a round off dismount. None of these kids are prepared for this.
I am appalled.

My child attended classes at Little Gym for quite a while and it's such a marvelous place! Every teacher we encountered is kind and patient. The classes are fun and there's plenty of variety to keep kids entertained. I'd highly recommend Little Gym to any parent of a little and will hopefully take my child there again if our schedule permits in the future.

Absolutely amazing! Very understandable that life happens. I had to cancel before my daughter actually started classes and they let us out of the contract. For the classes we did go to, all the staff were super friendly and the facilities were squeaky clean. 10/10 we will definitely be back even if it's for a drop in class.

We took our 5.5 month old in for the free introductory class and it was a blast! My daughter doesn’t go to daycare so it was great for her to be able to interact with the other kids. The instructors were really kind! We will be back for sure!

I hosted my 3 year old’s birthday party here and it was well worth every dime! This was absolutely fantastic. The employees were amazing and incredibly helpful. They had everything set up and decorated. They had all the activities set up and there was a bounce house. They served the cake and cleaned everything up. All in all, this was 5/5 stars. We definitely will be doing another birthday party here and would absolutely recommend them!

Our family chose to have our 4 year old's birthday party at the Little Gym, after exploring various options across Thurston County. The theme was Roar! Brad is 4! The website was easy to navigate to book the date and time of the party, and the party coordinator, Natasha Box was incredibly prompt and professional at reaching out to work out all of the details pertaining to the event. On the day of, there is a total of 1 hour in the gym area, and 30 minutes for cupcakes/snacks/etc. I would highly recommend the Little Gym as a party venue for any toddler, preschool, and young elementary parents. They set up EVERYTHING prior to you arriving to the party! You are responsible for showing up with the snacks and the special guest! The checking in process is seamless, because they have it all digital. From there, the party coordinator and her assistant explain the expectations of the gym area, and the kids have a BLAST!! From free exploration to playing with the giant parachute, to chasing bubbles, and bouncing on the massive jump pillow, the kids LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! All of the kids' parents enjoyed the experience too because they just got to sit back and actually converse with each other because the kids were just having a blast. After the hour in the gym, the party coordinator and her assistant serve up the snacks and drinks! I love how sanitary everything was because the staff were the ones passing out all of the foods, rather than children just grabbing at it! Quite honestly, my favorite part was the fact that THEY HANDLED THE CLEANUP! I would definitely book again with the Little Gym for another party!

My family came here for a birthday party today and the party was a blast! Kids were entertained, everything was great! The scariest thing happened. At the end of gym time the kids were put up on a high beam for a group photo and the instructor hastily put my son up there and walked away without looking back. He ended up falling backwards 4 feet! Other parents commented to me how roughly she put my son on the beam and they were shocked. Thankfully nothing major happened to him but maybe next time the instructor could let the parents place their kids on the beam or give the child a second to catch their bearings. He's only 3, he needs a second.
And the other thing is the instructor never showed any compassion. Never came over to check if he was okay. Never said I'm so sorry he fell off the beam. It would've been nice if she took a second to check on him. Instead, the picture went on without my son as he cried in the background. As soon as all the kids said cheese he looked over and you could tell he was sad he wasn't a part of it. 😞

I booked a birthday party at the Little Gym for my daughter's 4th birthday and her pre-school friends. The staff were incredible and did everything for the group with little to no help from me. As a parent, that is a huge load of stress off my shoulders when throwing a party. I could be more present with my child and enjoy getting to know other parents. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They also provide a private video of your event a day later.

I take my 3 year old son to the funny bugs class every Saturday, and I've never seen my son more happy EVER in his life. Every time he comes home, he speaks so highly of this one young worker named Laurel. I met Laurel, and she is the most kindest worker I've ever met. I'm glad to know my kid is in the safe hands of the little gym of Olympia and laurel.

A fantastic place for kids to interact with other kids while also being able to explore and have fun. I have 2 kids in different classes and both love going to class. Mel the owner is great and Mr. Tim is fantastic. He is nearly a celebrity in our house.

We love the Little Gym of Olympia! My daughter started going at 21 months old, we’ve been going for about 3 months now, and she has already gotten so much out of classes! She is very shy and timid and we really appreciate the team there and their genuine care for her and helping her succeed. We especially love Miss Ella!

I rented The Little Gym for my grandson’s birthday. The whole experience was easy, seamless, and stress free! The helpers that come with the birthday package engage the kids in play and games the whole time. They are amazing with the kids. They played parachute games that the kids loved and then set up a bounce house. The party room is a good size. We had a lot of adults at our party and there was more than enough room. The party decor was wonderful (comes with the birthday package). We chose the super hero themed party and the helpers had already decorated the party room for us before we arrived. Come time to eat and sing, the helpers led everyone to the party room, served everyone pizza, and drinks, led the Happy Birthday song, and then passed out the cake. When the party was over, the helpers packed up our leftovers and gifts on a cart for us to easily take to our car. They also cleaned up the party room. Everyone one had a wonderful time, but you know who made out the best? ME and my grandson’s parents. We didn’t have to do a thing but bring drinks, pizza and cake. Everything was done for us!

We highly recommend The Little Gum for birthday parties. My grandson’s party had kids from 2 to 12 and they all had fun and I was able to enjoy the party and not host.

This is a great facility if you're looking for a fun place to throw a birthday party or if you have very young children however if you have a school aged child who TRULY wants to learn how to do gymnastics (like mine did, she is 7) this is not the place for you. It's more of a fun time in a gym where they do gymnastic type things however our daughter didn't learn anything in the 3 weeks she attended. No true lessons, no structure in the class, kids are free to run around and goof off. Not to say that it isn't a fun facility with friendly staff just not at all what my daughter was expecting. She asked for us to find her a "real gym" so we are taking her to Black Hills instead.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! I’ve been taking my son here since last May. He is really shy, and I wanted him to be around another babies and people more. It took him a while to get out of his shell, but Ms. Mel, Mr. Tim and Ms. Ella always took the extra time to make him feel special. It’s really become such a great staple in our lives and routine. My son loves it here and I’m just so happy we found this place.

My son and I have been doing the super beast class and it is an absolute blast! Not only does he get to work on different gymnastics skills and gross motor skills, they incorporate singing and instruments, ball and bubble play. Mr. Tim is WONDERFUL with the littles. All of the staff including the owner is so warm and friendly. Very well organized. We highly recommend the Little Gym!
