I can’t say enough about Bobby. I hated a herniated disc that required surgery in October 2022. I never thought I would get back to “normal” even though I religiously did PT for 6 months. When starting with Movement Society I could barely bend over and used all my back and hamstring muscles wrong. Each workout is a minor victory but I can’t believe how much in 5 months I improved… from deadlifts or RDLs. Movement society has been so encouraging and supportive. Bobby understands how the body works from year to toe. I love his class and the energy. It truly is a community! You are missing out by not jointing this gym. He is so knowledgeable.

Bobby is the best! His studio has such a great vibe — super welcoming, down-to-earth, and community-oriented. You never feel judged, just supported. The workouts are always challenging in the best way, and you can tell he really cares about helping everyone hit their goals!

Great to be able to trust someone to know how to modify exercises for specific injuries/conditions, great to be able to actually see and feel changes in your body after a few months, but even better to actually look forward to and enjoy a workout.
Tough effective workouts in a supportive environment. Bobby 100% knows what he’s doing.

Bobby is excellent and created a great fitness plan for my daughter to prepare her for soccer tryouts. The curriculum keeps her engaged and focused with visible improvements to her agility and speed.

I’ve trained with Bobby for several years now. When it comes to health and fitness, there is no one whose opinion I trust more than Bobby’s. He pushes me to push myself, but also recognizes when/if I need modifications and always has alternative exercises for me. Not only is Bobby a top notch trainer, he’s an amazing human being who has cultivated a wonderful community that feels like family.

I love love love working out here! Bobby is an amazing trainer. The Movement Society is newer however, I’ve been working out with Bobby for years. When I’m injured (not from his workouts 😂) his education and experience especially shine. He modifies workouts (sometimes with just small adjustments causing muscles to engage differently) promoting recovery but still gaining strength… most importantly keeps me moving. Im in the best shape of my life and having a blast doing it!

Brittany at the Movement Society has been my personal trainer for almost 6 months now. In our first meeting, she clearly understood my goals, concerns and physical limitations. She meticulously planned my workouts ahead of time before we met for our sessions. Her workouts encompass strength training, balance, improving form and cardio. She is very attentive and asks if you are able to handle a workout, but at the same time will challenge you to push your boundaries if she feels you are able to do a certain level. She constantly tracked my progress and motivated me on days I didn't feel up to it. Thanks to her sessions, I have shed 40lbs and become more active and energized. I truly enjoy working out with her as she is flexible and will work with you to reach your goals imparting her knowledge of fitness and nutrition. I highly recommend Brittany for your personal training needs!

Bobby is an amazing personal trainer! I've been training with him for almost a year and have loved the progress I've made. I especially like the back strengthening exercises which is helping me ease everyday aches and pains. And the aerobic training which is really improving my cardio vascular endurance.

Bobby is the trainer every trainer should be. He knows his stuff. He is encouraging, challenging, fun, able to understand if you have limitations. He will push you to be better and stronger and get out of your comfort zone. He is a great person and his space is clean, well thought out, and comfortable be in.
