I want to start off by letting everyone know that I truly did enjoy coming to the classes and every instructor I had has been amazing. Unfortunately I’m obligated to write this review hoping to get the owner’s attention since calling; emailing, leaving notes with the front desks multiple times haven’t helped. My membership was supposed to be canceled many months ago, me and my friend were suppose to get out accounts linked together but that never happened. I was told by the owner herself that I would get a refund last month and that never happened, today I was charged again and now I’m obligated to call my credit card to dispute all this charges during my vacation. Please be aware before joining, I will not be coming back and just wanted to warned all future members to reconsider joining if you don’t want to deal with this type of poor customer service when it comes to billing.

Update as of October: I got a new credit card and am still receiving charges. Gym will not answer my calls. They also responded to my review on here but have never reached out to me to resolve the problem. They just continue to charge my card $175 per month for a membership I did not sign up for.
I definitely would not sign up for this gym. Similar to some other reviews, I’ve had issues with this gym’s billing practices. I started a one month intro membership and was told I would not be charged on a recurring basis. However, I’ve now been charged for a recurring membership that I did not sign up for.
I have tried calling and no one ever picks up the phone. I recently moved so I have no way of getting in touch with them.
Further, one instructor was 40 minutes late to a 50 minute class and I never received a refund for the class, even after reaching out to the front desk about it.
While I enjoyed the classes when I went, I cannot recommend a gym that operates this way and wish I would’ve listened to the other reviews that said the same.
Update as of August: I am still receiving charges on my credit card so I now have to cancel my card and replace it. The gym is completely unresponsive as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

Bikes did not have numbers like miles or time on them for the spin class. Made tracking my progress very difficult. Also very weird, but apparently garage is used for the public, only if they are working out. But no passes are offered if working out, or even offered to pay for the spot for time or membership used; “Owner” made this clear. Saw a user get a note put on their car as they were working out. Seems like a bad business practice. They were nice , just very odd

This studio’s management is absolutely inconsiderate towards the residents of the building above. Why do you need to keep dropping weights early in the morning, making noise outside business hours? This was not an issue until last year but despite complaints they refuse to change

Can’t comment on the quality of their classes but this gym has been a nuisance to the residents of the building. They keep dropping heavy weights early in the morning causing noise. The building management as well as the gym’s manager Alina refuse to do anything about it despite months of complaining. They also keep ordering equipment which will often be delivered to the building lobby and will not get picked up for several days blocking the path.

Emailed twice, attempted to call (doesn't work), filled out the form on their website for membership cancelation. Nobody reached out to me and it has been about 2 weeks since. How can you conduct a business where the corporation is not transparent about membership cancelation and have no sense of urgency? Contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge

I don’t understand why this necessary to be dropping weights so heavily during workouts. I live above this gym and the lack of consideration and respect for the tenants that live here is insane. I totally understand noise during normal business hours but I’ve lived in these apartments for two years and the noise from this place starts as early as 5 am sometimes. This is the noisiest gym I’ve ever heard. I truly can’t comprehend why it’s necessary to drop weights and blast music to the extent they do. Mind you, I’m on the third floor. How loud do you have to be to have sound travel that far?!

Just finished my first class this morning and it was great. I love the vibe coming in and the front desk was welcoming and showed me around. The instructor of my strength class was great and I loved her music playlist. I am visiting from New Jersey and I normally go to Burn Boot camp, this class was similar to what I am used to so I enjoyed it. I would love to come back and try the other class formats.

This place is AWESOME! I saw they do so many cool classes (hot Pilates, yoga, etc), but I went to Alina’s Thursday night Align and Unwind class. Wow! It was the perfect reset and relaxation after a tiring week. We did some light movement to just stretch, some centering breathwork, and then we connected together with listening and relaxing. The room was so cozy at the right temperature! I highly recommend this class and studio!

Need help getting out of a workout slump? Studio 3 has been my go-to for years, and it never fails to get me back on track. The teachers here are amazing, they're not just there to coach, they actually jump in and work out with you, which makes the whole experience so much more motivating.
This place has changed over time, but it still delivers a workout that's fun and keeps you coming back. I'm still mourning the loss of Blended (their smoothie and açaí shop), who doesn't love a post-workout treat that feels like a reward? Right now, that space looks like it's under construction, so I'm hoping they bring it back or create something just as great.
They also moved the entrance further up the street, and the new self-check-in system makes things way smoother so no more awkward moments while someone looks for your name.
As for the workouts, they've got spin, yoga, strength training, and Shred. Shred is like mat Pilates on steroids with free weights, resistance bands, and weighted balls. My favorites are yoga and Shred, both in infrared-heated rooms, so you'll definitely sweat it out. The vibe is on point with cool lighting and upbeat music that keeps you going (even through endless planks). Plus, their waiting area is surprisingly big and has a fun, modern feel.
Parking? Super easy. There's free parking in the apartment complex this space is in, and if that's full, street parking is usually close by.
Overall, Studio 3 still delivers, even with the changes. Now if only those smoothies would make a comeback.......fingers crossed for summer!

I recently attended a gym class here, and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. Upon arrival, I showed up 15 minutes early, as instructed in the email, but the person checking me in rushed through the orientation, leaving me confused about where things were. I had to approach her to ask about the lockers because that wasn’t explained.
The classroom itself was very hot, though the instructor did warn that this was unusual. However, I couldn't find any complimentary towels, which most gyms offer for workouts. To make matters worse, the restrooms were dirty and lacked sanitary seat covers for the toilets.
The workout class itself wasn’t bad, but as a first-timer, it was difficult to follow along since I couldn't see the instructor well. One other attendee even pushed past me at the lockers without so much as an "excuse me." Overall, no one seemed particularly friendly, and the experience felt rushed and impersonal. I’m used to instructors introducing themselves, which helps make the environment more welcoming, but that didn't happen here.
I'm using ClassPass and recently moved to the neighborhood, hoping to find a go-to gym. Unfortunately, this experience was disheartening and left me with a negative impression.

I had a very disappointing experience with the billing practices at this gym, which unfortunately overshadowed the quality of their classes. I initially signed up for the 28-day fit trial, but after the trial ended, I was unexpectedly charged for a weekly membership—twice—without my consent. Despite reaching out multiple times, the issue was not resolved, and I continued to receive charges even after I was assured they would be reversed.
While the classes themselves are great, the lack of transparency and the challenges I faced trying to cancel my membership have left a sour taste. The cancellation policy is also overly strict, and I was charged the full price of a class despite canceling several hours before it started. With my unpredictable work schedule, I simply can't commit to such rigid policies.
It's a shame because I did enjoy the classes, but I can't recommend a gym that operates this way. Be very careful if you decide to sign up here—read all the fine print and monitor your billing closely.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for Studio3 because it's one of the best fitness center in the area! Calling it just a gym doesn't do it justice; it's truly more than that. Every class I've taken at Studio3 feels therapeutic and magical, and I genuinely look forward to going there every day—a feeling I’ve never experienced with working out before. The trainers at Studio3 are incredibly committed and passionate about what they do. They offer four different formats—cycle, strength, shred, and yoga—giving me the flexibility to choose a class based on my mood. I absolutely recommend trying it out, especially if you're struggling with your fitness journey or looking for a fresh and motivating environment to enhance your workouts!

New to Uptown. I was looking for places around my new hood to workout. I wanted something different than what I was doing before which are Crossfit, F45, Orange Theory and a regular gym. Walked by this studio and people were friendly plus made me one of the best fruit smoothies I had in a long time.
I took a bootcamp class and was great, but was curious about a class called Shred. Hot room, barre mix with yoga etc. Tried it and LOVE IT! My goal now is to have more flexibility and shaved off some of the extra Covid pounds I have (not for long). I’ve been doing this class for only two weeks and I can already see results, plus the instructors are amazing. So happy I found this place - Thank you Studio 3 Fitness Team 💪🏼

I took the Cycle class on a Saturday and it was really fun! The front desk staff was super helpful and the instructor was very energetic. I’m taking off some points for not having any towels, and no clear indication of this on the website, so I arrived totally unprepared. They also only have SPD clips for the bikes so if you have your own Delta cleats, you will have to rent shoes (also not mentioned in the website FAQ). The layout is a little confusing since the building is large so I had a little trouble finding where to return shoes, find the restroom, etc. Still very fun, I would recommend you check this place out (and bring a towel from home).

Love shred in the heated studio and everyone who works here! I hope they add back early morning classes soon 🤞🏼 New juice bar serves food and drinks! Only downside is limited parking.

SO FREAKING FUN. This gym has absolutely everything my little out of shape heart could dream of. First, classes are fun and challenging, with great music. Full body is worked in most of the classes. They have variety in the classes they offer, and each one is done well. The mirrors and lighting add to the ambiance and added bonus, IT MAKES YOU LOOK BOMB WHILE WORKING OUT. How is that not motivating? They have all the amenities: showers, cycling shoes, rentals, food, even tasteful use of essential oils. The best part is the trainers. Super friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and down to earth. They make you feel like you can do anything. None of that snobby attitude. All are welcome here, and you will not regret joining. Absolutely worth every drop of sweat and penny.

Went to my very first cycle class ever here and had a fantastic time. Brandon as the instructor was wonderful. He was super kind and helpful with getting me set up and he had a great pace of explaining what we'd do. The class has a fantastic playlist and everyone was so welcoming!
After class, I got a smoothie and that was great too.
10/10 overall. I'm stoked on this place. I'm telling everyone

Moses and the studio3 team are awesome! We were three friends from out of town and used ClassPass to book us in for a 45min session. It was super fun and they let us also borrow a yoga mat and towels. Entrance is inside the cafe “Blended”. Highly recommend!’

If you're anything like me, you'll probably love this gym. You like to work out hard, but lose motivation sometimes. You like to mix up the ways you work out, but don't necessary know what to do. You appreciate the class format, because you can go hard for 60 minutes and then be done for the day! Small and diverse classes, killer instructors, a tasty smoothie bar, and a lowkey casual lobby, this gym really is fantastic.
Last week, I did five classes. The unlimited membership for me is the way to go, frankly, it's a great deal. I did 2 strength classes (absolutely love the loud music while lifting in a fast pace environment), 2 yoga classes (I'm terrible but I know it's important) and one cycle / shred class (great mix of intensity for a steady sweat). The instructors I met were great (especially Ally & Frank, Maegan too). Really, genuinely, great.
I wasn't originally a class person, and I don't socialize during classes with others but that doesn't matter. Come in for the work outs and leave happy. It's worth it!

Enjoyed the staff, had a great class and vibed to the music. The space is super friendly and meant to be a hangout space, which if that's what you're looking for is the place for you. A little confusing to find, since the entrance is in the juice bar, and the only parking available is street parking or paid parking, so definitely get there a little early to find a good spot.

To put it simply, Studio3 has changed my life. This isn’t just a Gym, but a community where I have made countless friends, deepened relationships I already have and created new habits. I was never one to hit the gym regularly and I have been going consistently for the last 4 years? I love the team, the lights, the music, the workouts, the challenges and the infrared yoga room is a treat I didn’t know I needed. I also have never felt out of place when I tried a new workout, I was so hesitant to to take “scary strength class” but they make sure everyone is comfortable, and safe - every class. I honestly don’t know what my world looks like without my friends, family and workouts at Studio3. ❤️ Thanks squad, you’re the best.

Studio3 made me actually enjoy and truly look forward to working out for the first time in my life! I've tried a lot of other gyms when they closed because of COVID-19 and nothing could ever compare. I love every single class format they offer (they are complementary to each other so I recommend taking a few of each every week!) and the instructors not only make it fun and effective but also always ensure you're comfortable, respecting your body and doing the exercises the right way. Having Blended Cafe right there with their yummy bowls/smoothies and a chill place to hangout is just another bonus of this amazing community. I couldn't recommend Studio3 enough and I'm so grateful for having found them!

Studio3Fit is absolutely my favorite place to workout in Seattle. Rachel, Kyle, Moses, Gene, Shawn, Frank and all of the trainers and people that work at Studio3Fit make you feel warm and welcome the minute you step through the door. It feels more like a family who is truly invested in providing the best workout experience. Not to mention their class formats are amazing and the music is always on 🔥. The very best studio in Seattle, period! I've tried many studios around Seattle and none of them have the options Studio 3 has, or the level of teaching! I love that I can take cycling, strength, shred, and yoga all in the same week and equally love all of the classes. These classes have already changed my body more than any other workout I've tried! Moses and Mitch are two of my favorite teachers. So excited for the juice bar in 2020!

Do yourself a favor and just quit all other studios and programs and go here. Friendly, fun, and inclusive studio. I wasn't sure how I would feel about going to a boutique workout studio, but boy, did they quickly convince me that I BELONG! I tried the free one week and just after 2 classes I knew, I'd be there everyday of the week (well once I am not this sore...which who knows when it will end).

I love this gym so much. I have been pretty athletic most of my life, but have struggled the past few years with exercise. It always felt like such a chore and something I dreaded. I decided to try a free week at Studio 3 Fit based on the rave reviews. These reviews are so spot on.
I am excited about these workouts. Excited enough to tear out of bed at 5:30 AM. It’s the only place where I don’t even notice the time going by. I truly look forward to the next class, and have even signed up for multiple classes in a day. Who am I?
I am so thankful to have found this gem.

I've been to SO many boutique studios from ClassPass in the Bay and Seattle. Studio3 is by far the best! Their staff knows everyone's name and goes above and beyond to show support for members. The classes are all challenging and the shred/strength/spin options are perfect. If I had to think of one, the only con is I wish they had towel service to use during class like most boutique facilities but they do offer towels to shower after.

Studio 3 is an incredible place and home away from home. The coaches are encouraging, fun, and amazing people that you look forward to spending an hour of your day with. There is a wide range of classes that allows for a diverse week of intense activity and prevents burn out. Studio 3 has an amazing community that was built from the passionate/loving/supportive coaches and has grown with the people who go. This is a place to get a great workout but it also is so much more.

Studio 3 is AWESOME and I love the family environment that they promote and live! The trainers are all amazing - upbeat, energetic, caring, motivational, and GOOD people. They want to know you as a person and help you achieve your goals inside and outside of the gym. They care about your well being and always say hi with a smile and make you feel welcomed when you drop by the studio. The other members are great too - the studio gives you a family that cares about you as well. You get what you want from the studio; if you want to just come in, workout and leave. That’s great. If you want to build a family that you can lean on. That’s great too! This community amazes me every time I workout and I love the trainers, members and community that I have grown at Studio 3!!!!

I was a long-time ClassPass user but recently switched to a full-time membership at Studio 3. I'm as picky as they come after hopping around all of Seattle's boutique studios but Studio 3 won me over and impressively got me to commit!
I'm all about getting a variety of workouts so the Yoga, Strength, Cycle trio is the key to my love for this place. Even within each category, there are 2-3 different varieties and some classes are even a hybrid (eg. a cycle/yoga combo).
Shred is my personal favorite class at the studio because
1) You won't find the same workout anywhere else
2) It's upbeat, challenging, low impact and you will SWEAT since it's heated and again..challenging
3) The ambiance low-key feels like a night club but in the best possible way.
Overall Studio 3 is a great option for those who enjoy a variety of workouts, motivating instructors, easy scheduling, and nice amenities. Thanks for rekindling my love for working out, Studio 3!
