Over the years I have tried many gyms, different trainers, and challenges that promised to change the way you workout. They've always fallen short on what I needed to be successful in and out of the gym. Going into The Troop 6 months ago changed my life, not just physically but mentally. Jess, Theresa, and Kendra have pushed me to my limits and I couldn't be happier. The motivation they give you each and every workout, tips to lift properly, guidance on lifting heavy and pushing yourself because YOU CAN DO IT, have all helped me become who I am now.
