Morgan is ambitious to work with those that are ready to transform their body, say goodbye to chronic illness, and increase metabolism. As well as reduce or eliminate the need for medication, increase bone density, improve HDL levels and restore overall health and vitality. She has designed safe and effective training programs for all, even for those without previous fitness experience, preexisting injuries, or physical limitations. Her training sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are and advance safely per your individual needs.

Morgan encourages us and pushes us in ways we never would on our own. She's very aware of proper form to avoid injuries, and when we are working through injuries or pain points, gives us the proper modifications to be able to keep working towards our goals, avoid being stagnant, and stay mindful at the same time. I participated in Morgan’s Train to Trails this spring and I was blown away by the experience. I joined for the physical challenge but what I didn’t expect is just how much I would enjoy this community of women. I loved being surrounded by women with a common goal of pushing ourselves outside of our comfort zone. I appreciated Morgan’s approach to to the selection of hikes during the 8 week session and the additional training sessions each week as well. She makes it so fun you don’t even realize how challenging it all is.

I have done every kind of workout, personal training, etc… but I can honestly say Morgan has been the biggest game changer for me. I started with Morgan after a few years off from training and needed a hard reset. She does an amazing job with not only training but teaching you how to develop strategies/workouts that you enjoy, work for you, and that you can continue to build from. The weekly structure builds as you move forward and is not ever concrete. Each week builds from the previous through conversations and other non-physical exercises which are super insightful in figuring out why things are/aren't working. Most of the skills I learned, I still use in my current training. Bottom Line, Morgan cares about her clients and has diverse background of training types that she pulls from to ensure you better when your done than when you started and have the tools to continue reaching your goals whatever they may be!!

Morgan changed my life!
Before I met her, I was overweight and extremely self conscious.
Then, Morgan generously offered to take a few women hiking. Her goal was to empower women to hike and eventually feel confident enough to go solo. All of the ladies that day said there was no way we could ever feel comfortable going solo.
Morgan taught us the skills we needed to give us confidence. She also took time to really get to know us. Her patience and kindness are some of her best traits in addition to her confidence and empowering spirit.

I am a believer in Morgan’s process. She offers the whole body approach from working on your mental health, building muscle, proper lifting techniques, and nutrition which is the key to lose weight and build strength.
