It has never been more true for me that you don’t know what you have until it’s gone. The effort that is put into making this ambience, community and experience genuinely amazing is so evident. The emphasis on taking care of your body & mind in a way that is best for you is truly practice through and through. This studio does not get carried away with some of the rigid ways of thinking that came with 26 & 2 when it was introduced. It truly is about voluntary improvement and connecting the mind and the body together. I have an immense amount of gratitude for the fact that this place was my first studio. I now know that I should not settle between a practice that challenges me and supports/empowers me simultaneously thanks to Thrive. I miss all of the lovely female voices.

I have been to 100 classes in less than a year. That speaks volumes on how amazing this place is. Somehow I have been able to stay committed even though I’ve never had any kind of exercise regimen before. Great for literally every human being. I go to Hot Yoga 4-5 times a week. Paid for the annual membership. And with how many times I go, it ends up being about$7 a class which I think is a steal. If the heat is not for you they have options. Idk why but the heat gives me so much satisfaction and endorphins in a way being on the porch does not. I thought it would take me a while before I adapted to the heat but it happened before I knew it. I have strength in certain areas and so much improvement in postures all because they make it easy to show up consistently. I have so much more flexibility in my hamstrings! I take classes primarily with Roxane & Summer 🤗 All the teachers are amazing in their own way. My favorite class is Summer’s Hot Flow class Saturday Morning 🌞 I don’t know how she comes up with all these variations but I am glad she does. Investing in the annual membership was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I wish I meet this community sooner. Profoundly grateful. I am for ever hooked. You do not want me without my 🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga!

Incredible studio space and lovely, inspirational teachers. There are plenty of class types offered and modifications available for everyone. The studio has beautiful skylights and a fun sound system, plus showers for after class. Love this place and the community!

I had the pleasure of spending a month at Thrive while in the area temporarily. I have never wanted to pick a business up and move it to a new location more. I am truly sad this yoga studio doesn't exist where I live permanently. It was very warm (literally) and welcoming. I enjoyed the variety of classes available. Summer's warm flow and Kristi's warm yoga barre were my favorites. You've also gotta try Lake's warm range of motion for a perfect Sunday reset.

I went into my first yoga session at Thrive a little nervous and anxious. I had never taken a class before but the instructors and the whole staff was really nice and welcoming. I've been going back several times a week. I love the community and experience. 10/10

Are you looking for a yoga studio that is inclusive, welcoming, chic, and empowering that has instructors that are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your yoga journey? Look no further! I started at Thrive in March never having touched a yoga mat in my life. I was welcomed with patients and plenty of modifications so I could enjoy yoga at my ability level. There hasn't been an instructor I thought I wouldn't return to. The owner, Kristi, is one of the nicest people I have met in my life!!! I feel genuinely lucky I was introduced to Thrive- it's changed my relationship with movement and given me a space to care about myself and be a little awkward without any judgement. I could rave about Thrive for hours!

Such a good studio! Great instructors and very friendly/welcoming to all, super clean, good amenities, and always smells fresh and nice somehow despite holding lots of hot yoga classes :) I try to go as often as I can.

I love being a Thrive member. I knew from the first class that this would be a great addition to my fitness routine. They offer multiple class types, and a full schedule that makes it easy to find classes at times that work for you. The instructors do a great job, the studio is clean and super nice, and they offer mat and towel rentals as well. Highly recommend hot yoga here, it's helped with my strength and flexibility and is great for anxiety. The chilled citrus towel at the end is everything.

Thrive is the most wonderful and cozy studio! They have an excellent offering of classes to meet all skill levels and a great variety of membership options. The heated deck is lovely and the turf is my favorite during nice weather! Kristi and her whole team go above and beyond to ensure that you feel welcome when you walk through the door and to offer variations of each pose in their classes to make yoga accessible for all of the members, empowering us to make our practice, OUR practice. Love Thrive!

Hands down the best studio I've been to in Washington. Welcoming teachers, solid instruction, and overall great vibe. I feel lucky to live close by. On my first visit I came in looking for a challenging class, and that's exactly what I got (they offer a variety of classes with different levels of difficulty).

I will be, undoubtedly, returning for more!

I love this studio and the teachers are amazing. I’m very active, but despite trying in the past, I was never much into yoga at other studios. Thrive changed that!! There is zero pressure here to be anything other than who you are and what you’re individually capable of… and zero pressure to do a pose that you’re not comfortable with. Everyone who practices here does their own variations at times and there isn’t any competition - only a focus on moving your body in ways that feel good for you in that moment. I thought I might take class once or twice a week, but here I am 5 months later trying to go as often as I can! Usually four times per week at least and I would go every day if I could. I’m happier, stronger, more flexible, and I’m able to push stress away more easily. Oh and the playlists are on point!

I'm fairly new to yoga and Thrive has been the perfect studio for me to begin practicing. My wife has started volunteering to watch our baby for me to go to yoga because I always come home in such an amazing mood.

They're super inclusive, and even they make even the more advanced classes accessible for newbies.

It's also really well run on the back end. Signing up for classes is easy on their website and Kristi, the owner, is super responsive if you have any questions.

I really can't recommend this place highly enough. I'm very proud to have them in my neighborhood.

Really small studio. No way for people outside to see instructor inside while on turf or the deck.

Deck is really hot also .

I love everything about this studio. You need a place to practice during the pandemic shutdowns? BOOM! This is it. Ya got heated outdoor options, either on turf under their canopy or on their covered deck. (Don't want an excuse to leave your house? Then stay home and live-stream it!) There are a variety of fun and accessible class options: vinyasa flow... established posture sequences (think hot/Bikram)... even some barre! A good amount of classes have music, something I really enjoy. All of the instructors are engaging and personable. Everyone is very welcoming.

Thrive has worked hard to build a supportive and inspiring yoga community. I 100% recommend.

I wish I could have Katie get me ready for the day every day. Gentle Yoga is amazing because we all “need a little tenderness” in our lives. And Katie uses this class to do just that. ❤️
