Tiny place for the morning class size. No everyone can workout with barbells at the same time so they divide the class into stronger and weaker people! Out of 5 Crossfit I’ve ever been, this is the only place I found doing this. Check out the class schedules they posts online. On the day they have some workout with barbells, there’s a second set of “alternative” workout. Secondly, not much variations in the workouts so I got bored terribly and left

I was sure CrossFit wasn’t for me. I’m a 50-something who has little interest in the gym scene. But a friend convinced me there is something for everyone, and so I gave it a try. Crossfit gets a bad rap for all the injuries. The coaches at Tiger Mountain Crossfit put member safety at the top of the list while challenging you to push beyond comfort zone.
This might be the best crossfit place on the Eastside.

I have been looking for something to get more fit and healthier. I tried personal trainers, different gyms, swimming, running etc. Tiger Mountain Crossfit is what I was looking for. Been going for just over a month with only prior gym experience, and took very well to the Coaches, their style of instruction and guidance. LOVE IT.... Wish I tried Crossfit years ago. Anyone looking to improve fitness I would recommend TMCF.

I started Crossfit about 7 months ago working out of a good friends home garage gym, I really want to compete sometime this year so when TM opened I figured this would be a great opportunity to start training hard to get me to where I need to be. TMCF is a great box with an exceptional team and they totally welcomed me with open arms! They are friendly, inspiring and full of knowledge. Love the energy and the folks that go here. I would definitely recommend them!
