Transform 180 came in CLUTCH for me while traveling. I hope not to come across as a gym snob, but hotel gyms are rarely what I am looking for. So, I dropped $50 to have access to a proper gym, and this was exactly what I needed. The staff made it so easy to sign up, and the facility was super travel-friendly. Everything was clean, people were friendly, but didn't bug me while I was working out, and there were plenty of machines for everything I wanted to lift. I highly recommend it!

While T180 as a whole is fantastic, the best part is Stark (one of the personal trainers). We started working together in March 2024 and the gains (both literal in strength and metaphoric in terms of confidence and CNS adaptation) have been more than I ever anticipated. He truly supports his clients inside and out, cares about their successes on and off the lifting platform, and has become the best part of my fitness routine too. The only reason I’m leaving T180 is because I’m moving and I can’t even begin to articulate how much of a loss T180 (but specifically Stark) will be in my life.

I have been training with Drew for the past three months, and as a complete beginner and a vegetarian, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very start, Drew has been incredibly patient, professional, and supportive, helping me ease into the gym environment and gain confidence using the equipment.
When I first joined, I had zero knowledge of how to properly use gym machines or weights, and Drew took the time to carefully explain each piece of equipment, demonstrating the correct form and technique. Being a vegetarian, I had concerns about nutrition and how it would impact my progress. Drew has been very helpful in offering diet tips that respect my dietary restrictions while supporting my fitness goals. This holistic approach—combining training with diet advice—has made working with her both practical and enjoyable.
Another highlight of training with Drew is her creativity and variety in workouts. She consistently introduces fun and challenging new routines that focus on core muscle groups, keeping sessions interesting and effective. Because of her tailored programs, I have started to better understand the impact of each exercise on my body, which motivates me to keep improving.

This gym was awesome! I got a week pass for when I was in town and loved it. Clean gym, has everything you need with dumbbells that go up to 150lbs and a couple of dedicated squat cages, and a few more racks too. Didn't get crowded and the staff was friendly. Would definitely go again when back in town, or if I lived in Seattle ☺️

I will run out of word to say good enough things
about this gym! Exactly what I have been looking for, to the point. Amazing staff, great energy, clean and working equipments. I have been here at different times of the day, and it’s never been an ‘ughh’ moment. It can get a little crowded at peak hours, but cmon where doesn’t. And the fact that it’s open 24hrs, people are in no rush to hit that peak hour frame. I have been going here for past 5 months for reference.

Trained there for a week while on a business trip. They have a very good selection of strength training equipment that looks brand new and well maintained. It’s been over a year since I began training with Hailey, and she’s been absolutely instrumental in my progress. I’ve not only seen real results, but I’ve also genuinely enjoyed our sessions. Here’s why I plan to keep training with her:
She truly cares about your goals and tailors the workouts to match - I came in with a specific focus on building glute strength, but many traditional exercises were activating my calves instead. Hailey took the time to troubleshoot with me, experimenting with different movements until we found what actually worked for my body.
She’s organized and dependable—always communicating ahead of time about any schedule changes and quick to respond when I need to reschedule.
She’s professional while still being approachable and friendly. Our sessions have great energy, but Hailey keeps the focus where it belongs: on the work. She respects my time and keeps the workouts efficient and effective, which I really appreciate.

I have been training at this gym for over two years now. It was the first gym I joined when I moved to Seattle, and it has remained my gym ever since. When I first started, the owner gave me a tour and it used to be just one section. Over the years, they have added new equipment and expanded the facility. The owner, Char, is a very nice guy and he listens to feedback from his patrons. The gym is always clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly. The best part of this gym is its welcoming atmosphere. There are lifters at all stages, and everyone is very respectful. This gym has a wonderful community, and 24-hour access is just the cherry on top. I love working out here.

I was in town for work for a couple of weeks and wanted to find a place to work out. This place had the best price, so I went with it. When I first got to the gym, the door access I was given wasn’t working, but I called and they got me in quickly. Facility was small but nice. All new equipment. Good atmosphere to just get in, workout, and leave. Big fan of this place.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 1.5 months and I can say this is one of my favorite gyms, and I can’t recommend this gym enough. This gym stands out to me in three main areas: Cleanliness, Functionality, and Atmosphere.
Cleanliness:
This gym is very clean and kept very neat. All the weights are re-racked at all times of day and nothing is scattered around randomly. If you want to use any piece of equipment (a cable rope attachment for instance), there is only one possible place it could be so you know exactly where to look to find it. The gym is not crammed with equipment either, there is ample space to move around and even work off to the side if it is at peak hours.
There are towel baskets and spray to use to wipe down equipment after a particular sweaty session. All of the equipment looks new or close to it. Nothing is worn down, and if something is broken it is usually taken care of swiftly.
There are no “locker rooms” but there are day time use lockers at the front of the gym. There are 4 bathrooms with two showers if you need to change for your workout or shower after you sweat. All these facilities are kept nest and clean and are nice to use.
Side note: most of the equipment looks like it belongs with the same red aesthetic which looks slick and clean.
Functionality:
This section matters the most to me. This gym has every type of equipment you would ever want, from the less obscure equipment like a Hack Squat to the basics, it has everything. While the gym often has only one of most machines (leg press, shoulder press, etc), you won’t find long wait times, if any, even if you come at peak times. There is an abundance of squat racks/ deadlift spots so if you are a powerlifter or like those exercises then you are in luck. There is also a turf area great for circuits and stretching.
My only gripe with the equipment selection is a lack of flat bench presses (only one free weight one), and the dumbbells only come in increments of 5 pounds. It would be nice to see one set of dumbbells in the 2.5 increment range such as 22.5, 27.5 for those who are progressively overloading.
This gym is open 24/7, truly. Upon sign up you receive a link to download an app which allows you to access the gym at any time even when it isn’t staffed. While you can expect the gym to be a bit crowded at peak times such as 5/6 pm on a weekday, you can easily get a workout in without waiting more than 5 minutes for a piece of equipment. If you are waiting, people are more than happy to allow you to work with them if you just ask. If you get off work late around 7/8 or are a morning or night time gym goer you will have no problem with finding any piece of equipment.
Atmosphere:
This gym has a great culture and atmosphere. At peak hours there is usually hype music playing from the speakers, but not too loud that you need to bust your eardrums to hear your own music if you’re wearing headphones. A lot of the songs they play were already in my gym playlist so I can vouch that they’re good.
There are also a bunch of mirrors and this gym has warm lighting. If you are into posing, want to see your pump, or looking to work on your form you will have no problem doing so.
Price:
Lastly, I want to mention the price of this gym. For an open gym membership it’s 80 bucks a month with a discount if you use your bank account rather than a card. While that might be more than a 24 hour fitness or LA fitness, this gym is in a different league than those crap chain gyms that aren’t even open 24 hours when it’s in the name.
For the area it’s in, this gym is very well priced and well worth every penny.
There is also a 40 dollar signup fee. If you refer a friend you get your next month free, and if you get referred the one time signup fee is waived.

Have had a membership here for a year and I’ve loved it! The gym is newly expanded and has all equipment you could need. I was doing monthly personal trainer sessions with my trainer Wolfgang - he is the absolute best. He taught me so much technique and gave really helpful insight and advice on all my questions during my gym journey. Would highly recommend his tutelage and this gym!

Visited on a Day Pass since I was traveling for work. I came here two years ago but I was pleasantly surprised at the updated space! Super clean and well thought out. I came around 10am on a Thursday so only a few people doing personal training and some others - I had the pick of the racks for my workout. Did Olympic lifts and the plates I used were in excellent condition, same with the bar and the wooden platform. No rust and everything was organized. Had chalk and weight belts around if you needed it too. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return when I’m back!

Ive been training with Tim since April. Before coming to transform 180. Id spend long hours working at a desk with very little exercise and as a result, developed lower back pain and struggled with flexibility and mobility. When looking for a trainer, I wanted someone who excelled at functional training.
Tim provided this exact experience and would craft our sessions to focus on correcting and mobility and flexibility issues I was experiencing that week. One issue ive had in the past with personal trainers is I would frequently get bored of repetitive exercises. In the four months ive been with Tim, ive never experienced this. He is incredibly creative and will come up with various new ways for me to use the machines/contraptions at Transform 180 to hit the body parts we are training that week. He keeps my mind and body engaged by switching between a high intensity workout one day and a healing, mobility focused exercise the next. My body has never felt better, my mind feels sharper and most importantly, my energy levels are stable throughout the day.
Additionally, Tim is incredibly knowledgeable nutrition. He’s taught me about which foods cause inflammation and which foods will help me maintain a consistent energy levels throughout the day.
While offering a wealth of knowledge, Tim does this in a very sustainable way without making his clients feel overwhelmed. He frequently celebrates the day to day wins at the gym while pushing his clients past what they believe their limits are.
Lastly, Tim bundles his knowledge and expertise with an incredibly affable personality and devotion to his clients. He is constantly engaged throughout the entire session and aims to make a genuine human connection with his clients. This last point is incredibly important as it helped me stay motivated in my fitness journey and genuinely want to come back every session. He perfectly nails a balance of compassion and understanding, while pushing his clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.

I have been training with Tim for over half a year, and my experience with him and the gym has been very positive.
Tim is very knowledgeable on many different types of training. Usually, I work with him two days per week, and one day we do a body-building style workout while another day, we have a cross-fit style session where we focus on functional training.
Since training with Tim, I can tell that my strength, body balance, and endurance have improved continuously.
This is not my first time getting personal training, and Tim is one of the best trainers I've worked with. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a trainer who can help you to achieve the next level.

I bought the week pass in order to explore the new gym nearby. My friend also recommended this gym to me and I just wanna say this gym is perfect for anyone who is seeking for powerlifting and weightlifting near seattle dt. It has many squat racks and many of them are available even during busy time (~6pm). Also front desk staff are really friendly and nice. One day there is no available parking spot and a staff helped me find a spot immediately. Would like to come back after my current gym membership ends.
PS: the greatest part is that it has 1.25lbs and 0.25lbs!!

The is a gym for people that lift. They have everything and every machine you could ever need to lift. It is a clean space and the few times I went it wasn't crowded.
The cardio equipment at this location is minimal and seems kind of old or at least not like high quality machines so if all you do is cardio this isn't really the gym for you.
However the music is obscenely loud. My phone app (which I admit isn't 100% accurate) said it was around 80-85 dB loud. That's above the treshold for permanent hearing loss for sustained exposure. I had to cancel my membership because of this which the owner thankfully was very understanding of but still if you do not want to wear hearing protection or don't wear ANC headphones to the gym this place isn't for you.

I got a wrist injury in the middle of summer that prohibited me from doing standard exercises like deadlifts and lat pulldowns but Mo came up with creative workarounds that helped keep me in the gym, and see progress.

They have 24 hour access, keyless entry via an app, a great selection of hardcore equipment, bathrooms, showers and a lounge. I starting training with Wolfgang a few months back. When starting out, I had worked out in a year. Wolfgang helped get me started and get to a point where I could motivate myself to work out. He also taught me all the basics of good form, and gave me a good plan to work on. He really drilled down on every aspect of my form and helped get me to a point where I have a lot more confidence in my workouts, and know that I won’t hurt myself.
It was also very personalized. For example, I had very tight calves, hamstrings and that made doing Deadlifts really hard. Wolfgang was able to troubleshoot this for me and helped me try different exercises and also provided specific stretch routines.I am in a much much better place with deadlifts now thanks to him.
So overall, would highly recommend Wolfgang as a trainer. Transform180 is also a good gym. Not many people and lots of good equipment. Well worth the premium over the mainstream gyms in my book.

Not sure if it’s open 24/7 but I’ve come quite late around midnight as well. The gym is decent and clean. It has all the equipment that you would need. Doesn’t get super crowded like most of the big commercial gyms. I workout independently but they are known for great personal trainers.

Pros: great monthly rate, Equipment is all up to date, Very friendly staff, easy access 24/7 with phone app, also they have 2 locations! I would recommend over PNW fitness or any of the box office gyms nearby.

I had 6 hours to kill after my conference ended at the (conveniently) nearby conference center and checking out of my hotel. My flight was that night - the red-eye from Seattle to Charlotte and then a long layover before flying back to upstate NY. Those who know what I mean, know what I mean - if I had to sit on my butt for 12 hours, there was no way I wasn’t going to get a lift and some cardio in.
I looked around for a gym with a day pass and was turned away everywhere I looked, but then I found Transform 180. Super close to the convention center and my hotel, I called them and in seconds got an answer of, “yes we do sell day passes, come on in”, received the code, and had access. $15 is a small price to pay for what they delivered - a clean gym with great machines and, importantly, enough racks to get the leg and shoulder work that needed to be done, done.
I highly recommend this gym to travelers attending conferences or staying in or around that area. Jokey review aside, it had everything I needed and I am a fairly serious lifter and hopeful multi-time ultramarathon runner (1 under my belt). The staff was helpful and, from what I could observe, really helping their trainees work smart and hard. If I lived in the area this is where I would train. It is a little small, but that isn’t bad in a gym where you can tell the staff and community are close-knit and serious about self-improvement.
I also want to note, I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who helped me access the gym, but he stopped by to see how I was liking it and said hello. You don’t get that type of personal touch from the regular corporate Globogym, so go spend your money and train hard here, instead.

After working with Roko since March - I can't recommend Roko enough as a personal trainer! Roko is not only incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but he also has a genuine passion for helping his clients reach their goals.
What sets Roko apart is his ability to create personalized workout plans tailored to my specific needs and preferences. He took the time to understand my fitness level, my strengths, and areas for improvement, and designed challenging yet achievable routines that kept me motivated and engaged.
Roko's positive attitude and encouragement made each training session enjoyable. He knows how to strike the right balance between pushing me to work harder and providing the support I needed. I always left the gym feeling accomplished and motivated to continue my fitness journey - except for the occasional leg day ;)
If you're looking for a personal trainer who genuinely cares about your success and will go above and beyond to help you reach your full potential, Roko is the one. I highly recommend him!

I've been training with Mo for the last half year or so, about 2-3x a week, and it has really changed my life and confidence! She's been super understanding about my injuries and got me started in lifting, which intimidated me at first especially as a woman & beginner who could barely lift the bar. I could never get a consistent workout routine that I enjoyed until I started training here! She tracks my numbers thoroughly, always ensures my form is correct, and mentors me on diet + how to train when I'm by myself. Aside from training, she's super funny and easy to talk to, so my 1 hour here often sets me in a great mood for my day!
I'll be moving out of Seattle soon and training with Mo is absolutely one of the things I'll miss the most. The gym isn't crowded and is clean, so I highly recommend training here and asking for Mo if she's available :)

Good simple gym to lift weights without it ever being overly packed. I haven't waited for a machine while I had my membership, and getting in was a breeze. Open 24 hours so the convenience was nice to go if I had a busy day. Includes two restrooms and a shower.

I have been training with Tatyana at Transform 180 for the last 5 months and it's been a fantastic experience! Tatyana is a wonderful trainer who is knowledgeble, patient, and always puts her clients first. She tracks my progress and tailors the workout plan to suit my needs, and I've seen so much progress in my strength gain. The gym is well equipped and clean. I’ve been training at Transform 180 since Feb of this year, and I have to say that this is THE BEST gym I’ve ever used (and I’ve lived in 6+ cities and used so many different gyms).
The trainers are all fantastic - very professional, nice and helpful. I want to give a shout out to one particular trainer - Tatyana, who has truly changed the way I see training. She’s super thorough (takes detailed notes), builds really great training programs, provides diet / lifestyle recommendation, and pushes me to be better every week.
With Tatyana, I’ve already made significant progress over the last four months - I’ve managed to increase my muscle mass, reduce body fat %, get stronger and better balance, and most importantly, she’s played a critical role in shaping my thinking and general mental framework re: consistency and discipline.
She’s a terrific trainer to have and doesn’t give up on you even during moments where you want to give up on yourself. She’s encouraging, supportive and pushes me to train better every session while ensuring I don’t compromise on form.
Tatyana truly shows wisdom wayyyyy beyond her years and I’m so excited to continue training with her to achieve results that I never thought I’d ever have been able to achieve!

Fantastic facilities. You really can’t beat the combination of access to equipment and flexibility of 24/7 access. Plenty of racks to go around, which is always a challenge at gyms I’ve been to previously. Other members were super respectful. Huge shout out to Cary Stark, the personal trainer I worked with for a few months — simple and effective programming that gave me the results I was looking for (plus an all around great guy!). And props to the owner; I’ve seen him constantly tinkering with the gym layout and bringing in new equipment. This gym is clearly cared for and it shows in the overall experience. If I wasn’t relocating, I’d have stayed for a long time!

I had 36 sessions of training with Alexander Burney, who was incredibly competent and supportive. He first concentrated on improving my posture before gradually advancing me to heavier weights and higher intensities. I've been training with Montserrat for 6 months now, and she's really changed my life. I was pretty much a complete beginner at weightlifting and dreaded it because of issues with mobility and dizziness. Through Mo's guidance, I've seen huge improvements in my strength, energy, flexibility, and relationship with food, and I look forward to each of our workouts. My wife and I did partner training with Mo and were so happy we did! Mo was super intentional in her approach and was pushing us in ways we felt comfortable while being understanding of where we were in our exercise journey. We both loved how she was super attentive and always made sure we were properly doing the exercise movements to avoid injuries. Absolutely love my trainer- Monserrat. She is amazing and gives such a personalized training. She tracks all my exercises and the progress I have made which definitely motivates me to do better .I have rarely seen trainers do this and track your every weight. She is a thorough professional . She advises on the right form and also motivates me when I am being too negative on myself. I have already made a lot of progress in my strength. I would highly recommend her ! I am so glad I found her. The gym in itself is nice and has most equipments. But honestly I am here because Monserrat is here.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Roko for the past couple of months. I was initially hesitant to sign up for personal training since I'd never done it before, but Roko is super pleasant to be around and I felt comfortable right away working with him. He knows how to motivate you to push yourself to your limits and I've gotten a lot of gains as a result. Also, he has an excellent understanding of all the different machines in the gym and emphasizes proper form and mind-muscle connection that have helped me make massive improvements.
