Our most popular class, Power Reformer, is a strength training reformer class delivered at a constant pace, to build new muscle, and give you a rigorous, full-body workout.
We also have circuit classes using barbells, kettlebells, Ski-erg, rower, and other equipment, and group and personal strength training for those who want to lift on a progressive, coached program.
No matter the option you choose, you will receive personal attention from our coaches to help you succeed, whatever your current fitness level or goal.

I've done lots of workouts at lots of studios and gyms and by far, Power Reformer is the BEST workout I get. At every class, you work all muscle groups -- no need to plan "leg day", "arm day", etc. Using the reformer to build strength and muscle is a truly unique workout!

I have taken power reformer, reformer Pilates and all out strength. Instruction for all classes has been detailed, clear and individualized as needed. All levels have been accommodated and welcomed. The reformer workouts are mindful and powerful, with a classic feel and plenty of challenge. Strength class was engaging, approachable and well-programmed with the right amount of personal attention and feedback to be safe and successful. I am finishing my 2-week intro and I look forward to continued training with Tribe!

Not the best gym in Seattle. What I liked least, when I was a member, was there were only two bathroom stalls, never any toilet covers despite the fact I had told staff, no places to change your clothes, and limited class sizes. Not many HIIT classes as well, and you had to reserve a class and charged a penalty fee if you had to do a late cancellation. Plus, the latest class was at 6.30pm. One time someone brought their supposed “service” dog in to the gym while they worked out. I am a caregiver for my nephew who has special needs. I brought him with me to the gym and had him sit in the observation area so I could see him while I worked out. He became terrified when he saw a dog. The fitness instructor became hostile towards me because I got upset seeing that someone brought their dog to the gym. Long story short, when I complained, the manager sided with the dog instead of my terrified nephew. And mysteriously, a couple of weeks after I complained about the treatment I had from the fitness instructor, I got an email saying that they were coming under new management and that the fees were going to go up. I think it was going to be somewhere around $200 a month. They canceled my membership without giving me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to stay. I thought that the fee per month is not acceptable, given the limited services you get. The gym I wound up joining has showers, ample bathrooms, changing rooms, locker rooms, nutritional classes and fitness seminars. They offer HIIT classes from early morning till 7 o'clock at night. They have coaches. They have the N-Shaped Body Scan. I got so much more than what I was getting at the Tribe and it was less money! I was able to achieve my weight loss goal in a year. I lost over 60 pounds. Plus, all the classes are drop in so you go to classes whenever you want. If you're looking for a good gym, I wouldn't say this is a good choice.

I *love* Tribe. I found it a few days after moving to Seattle and it helped me quickly get acclimated to living here. I’ve taken reformer Pilates classes with Maya and Hannah, power reformer light classes with Jaina and Ron, and power reformer with Jaina and really love all 3 styles of classes. I have not experienced an instructor that I don't love. Classes are small enough that they pay attention to each individual in there and will gently correct your form if need be but big enough that you don't get nervous (like I sometimes do) about people looking at you-- everyone is super focused on their own workout. Instructors are also supersuper encouraging and knowledgable and overall give great workouts. Highly highly recommend!

I love Tribe Fitness! It’s a wonderful place to exercise and work toward your goals. All the instructors are attentive, passionate, and always offer helpful corrections, which I truly appreciate. Doing movements correctly makes a big difference in effectiveness.
The famous Pilates quote says: “After 20 sessions, you’ll notice a difference. After 30, you’ll experience a transformation.” I’m about to complete my 20 sessions here, and I can already see and feel the changes—weight loss, more toned muscles, higher energy, and the confidence that my goals are achievable.
This place keeps me motivated to show up, and that consistency is what makes the results possible. Highly recommended!

Maya was fantastic! It was my first class ever and she helped me with the moves, explained everything clearly, and was patient and gentle with me! She made me feel very comfortable as a first timer. I also really appreciated that I wasn't pushed to buy more classes or a membership and was able to just enjoy the first class. Overall I really enjoyed the class and Maya as an instructor!

One of my favorite fitness locations in Seattle!
It's locally owned (Ron is amazing!) and the instructors are consistent and incredibly knowledgeable. My go-to is "All Out – Strength" class: circuit training with real gym equipment. Ron is straight to the point and will work with you until your form is right. Kianna is more laid-back but offers great suggestions and corrects if needed. Jaina is always moving, eyes on everyone - attentive without being overbearing, she corrects the form and provides the science behind each move, I love her! It feels like semi-private training!

I love the power reformer classes at Tribe! At first I assumed it was going to be a pilates class, but it is more of a weight lifting class with some pilates inspired moves on a reformer machine. My favorite instructors are Hannah and Maya! Really appreciate their cues and explanations.

I've really enjoyed working out at Tribe! I was a bit nervous to start something new (pilates), but the instructors here have been so motivating and supportive while also knowing when to cut me some slack. Because of that, I feel comfortable trying new classes and signing up on my tired days. The instructors also really focus on form and will carefully watch everyone, which I assume is not only for improving the workout but also to prevent injuries.

As a teen I frequently went to reformer Pilates with my mom, however, when I moved to Seattle for college, that abruptly ended (expect when I was home on breaks) as I didn’t have the funds to pay for it until class pass. I was really excited to find a reformer Pilates and get back into things, however, I got there the coach Ron was overall condescending. He kept asking me if I’ve “really done Pilates before” and “just so you know this isn’t normal Pilates, it’s an actual workout like the gym” in kind of a condasencding tone. Spoiler alert, it honestly didn’t feel harder than my normal gym routine or Pilates but It was just a really off putting way to start class. The whole class I felt like I was treated like a baby and if I didn’t change my springs fast enough or move somewhere fast enough he’d tell me that I’d need be here in what seem to be an annoyed tone. I also felt uncomfortable when adjusted my form of my legs without asking if it was okay. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was having a bad day but regardless I won’t be coming back.

I purchased the two-week trial and really enjoyed my experience! There was always parking on the street outside the studio, and the studio itself was clean & the instructors friendly. I'm used to more traditional pilates reformer classes, but I took the Power Reformer & Power Reformer Light classes. Both were great workouts, and I left each class feeling stronger. Eileen & Sara were my favorite instructors so far. I appreciate when they come around with corrections and let you know multiple options for the spring changes in case you're looking for more of a challenge or need to keep it lighter that day. Everyone is great at pushing you and motivating you to keep going!

It was my first time going to Tribe and working on the Reformer. The space is small but intimate, which lended to easing my nervousness of doing something new for the first time. Very clean space! Beautiful natural lighting, which I personally always appreciate in any space.
The staff were very nice and welcoming! I was provided a tour as well as an explanation of the different classes they provide.
During class, Coach Ron was informative and patient while he helped make the needed adjustments in mine as well as other patrons form. Definitely a place I will be visiting again!

I have really loved my experience at Tribe so far! I came into the first Reformer Light class I took last month with no experience with the reformer machine, or any strength training for that matter, not really knowing what to expect. Every instructor I have had (Eileen, Jaina, Ron and Kate) has been super great at what they do and they always jump in to help correct my form when needed in a friendly and nonjudgemental way. I can already feel myself building strength and actually look forward to working out rather than dread it. The strong and lean class in the back room is also a great circuit based class using traditional weights, and I switch it up between that and the reformer light class throughout the week!

I am really enjoying all the reformer classes at Tribe. I have an injury that I am recovering from and all the teachers have been super accommodating with me during classes. This isn't a megareformer/lagree class so there is a bit of a learning curve on how to use the machine. Its easy to book and parking (at least in the mornings) is usually available right out front. I haven't tried the non-reformer classes yet but want to soon! They seem to always be completely booked up so they must be great.

I have been going to Tribe periodically over the past 2 years but have increased the frequency over the last couple of months. I'm so glad I found TRIBE! I'm often a bit anxious with strength workouts in gym settings, because I don't fit the stereotypical "gym bro" or "Pilates girl" molds. But TRIBE is super inclusive, with welcoming and accommodating instructors, and a super diverse group of members. Recently started tribe. I have mostly taken Morning 5am for power reformer with Ron, and I totally enjoy it. When the workout gets hard, he is always there to help you with a modified version.
Reformer light with Kate was good. All the instructors help you with your forms and take care if there are injuries.
Strong and lean is another class that is interesting and challenging.

Hi there, I am trying to purchase classes from your website, but the site is not working properly. I can't click on anything to switch to another page - for example - after you land on the membership page for more than 5 seconds, you will get no response from clicking on anything else such as "Class Package". I have to refresh every single time when I try to click on a new button within the first 5 seconds I land on a page. It will be great if you can fix the frontend. I was disappointed in this place. I tried the cardio dance class and it was in a tiny little room in the corner of the gym. The room was packed with gym equipment and not a lot of room to move/dance in. Additionally, there were less than 10 students in the class and it was too cramped to move. Hard to see the instructor and follow the footsteps. The mirror didn't stretch across the entire room either. Sara was great, but not worth the $40/class for those conditions!

The instructors are incredibly helpful and always have modifications because this is a practice after all. I've taken Reformer Pilates and Power Pilates Lite. The Reformer Pilates is absolutely challenging, but was more approachable for me as a beginner. It's been such an important addition to my health routine and I'm excited to keep getting stronger and trying more classes.

Yikes. I’ve been to quite a few reformer/lagree classes around Seattle and elsewhere and I was really unimpressed with the instructor. There were a couple of newcomers and while she explained the machine to us all, she did not provide a reasonable resistance level for even her more seasoned clients. I’m a lifelong exerciser/fairly strong and I had to keep taking off springs throughout the class. Usually I’ll push through, but I was seriously worried about injuring myself.
My other major concern about her “coaching” was that she didn’t even correct people on the movements. So at points half the class was doing a completely different move than the other.
I wasn’t going to leave a review but my back is still screaming days later and I’m mad they charge so much for a coach who is neglectful at the minimum.

After moving to the neighborhood, I quickly jumped into Tribe classes without any previous reformer experience. Little did I know, I'd fall in love with pilates & the Tribe community. TRIBE Fitness is a very welcoming place! Never did Pilates before and it turned out great experiences. My favorite is the strength classes with Jaina. A lot of barbell compound movements which I like to do in gym but complete them with time constraint is another level. Definitely recommend if you are into Pilates or/and strength training!

Such a welcoming place. The instructors are very nice and help out with demonstrations and make sure everyone is in proper position to avoid injury. I’ve been wanting to get back into group fitness after Covid and I’m so glad a friend encouraged me to try Tribe for Pilates. Pilates is SO hard in all the right ways. The instructors are supportive and approachable for help and guidance. I did the two week new student package and then continued on with 8 classes/ month. Everything you need if you're a serious fitness enthusiast. Although this gym may be "smaller" than similar gyms you'd frequent, it packs a punch with a diverse selection of equipment at a reasonable price. I've been going to the owner for over a year and half now, and it's helped me learn a lot! TRIBE fitness's Power Reformer (pilates) classes are incredibly fun, engaging, and hard (in a good way!). Since I can't go often, I like to take the "light" reformer class, which is accessible and the instructors offer lots of cues, form demonstrations, and modifications. Really unique experience.

I have tried almost every group fitness class you can think of, but I finally found one that stuck. I've taken the Power Reformer Light class from almost every instructor, and they usually do a great job of explaining proper form while adding modifications for beginners and experts. I feel encouraged and comfortable with the instructors. After my first few months, I still find ways to feel challenged. Equipment is well-maintained and sanitized at the end. Classes with certain instructors and times/days can fill quickly.

Tribe has been the answer to my fitness goals. The classes work all my muscle groups and I saw results after my first unlimited week on a Groupon (I took a class everyday but one for 8 days, granted). I've been going three days a week for the past two weeks, now, and each 45 minute class gets it done before I realize it. I feel stronger and look more toned and fit and it's been less than a month. Their instructors are all friendly, positive, give clear instructions, and create a very can do atmosphere. People taking class also seem very aware these classes do the job. One woman told me she lost 50 lbs in her first 6 months, so I'm sticking with it. The studio is clean and the equipment is in great condition. There's weight equipment in another room and a variety of classes for the reformer as well as in the weight room.

TRIBE really turns up the heat in the cool weather of Seattle. I am SWEATING after this 45 minute class and loved every second of it. It is easy to follow, challenging, and the music is fun and up beat. The staff truly make you feel like a tribe and check on you, motivate you, and correct your form. The 45 minute class flew by! Clear instruction, good music, and a challenging workout. Modifications are offered to adjust the intensity, and instructor offered many safety/form tips. The environment is bright and airy; really welcoming people too. I arrived 5 minutes late to my first class (beware - parking is tricky) and they were nice about it, helping me get set up on the reformer and even providing a pair of free grip socks to use :-)

I love how invested the instructors are in making sure that each individual gets a safe and enjoyable exercise class that’s just right for them. The teachers each have so much experience in a multitude of movement modalities that the workouts are always unique, challenging and supremely rewarding. First “experience”, not good. The instructor was stuck in traffic so they cancelled class. I understand being stuck in traffic but if you’re supposed to be somewhere at a certain time and you have to drive through downtown Seattle on a Friday you should probably already know you need to leave super early to get to said place on time.
The studio was nice enough to refund my ClassPass points but my points expire tomorrow. I can’t book another class tonight because I am already signed up for one so I am going to loose my points.
They also offered us two free classes but I am not interested in returning to the studio. It might seem like I am over reacting but the studio isn’t close enough to my work or home to give them another chance.

I found my gym!! I haven’t been excited to work out in a long time, but I look forward to my classes at Tribe fitness, especially Power Reformer Lite with Ashleigh. HiiT is another fave especially with Jaina or Ashley. I’ve been taking it pretty slow, I just completed my 15th class over the course of 11 weeks (hey it’s the holidays!) and I’ve still seen a change in my body and overall physical fitness! Clean facilities, awesome amenities, amazing instructors that push you and more importantly correct your form to avoid injury and get the most out of your workout.

I love working out at Tribe! The trainers are super nice and attentive, and most of them heavily emphasize good form, which I love. My favorite trainers include Jaina, Amy, Aaron, and Ron. The only drawbacks here are that there are no showers or independent gym space, and membership can be too expensive for some. I personally find it worth the price!

I really like this place. I have worked out all my life and did everything there is in terms of classes and weights but as I get older worry more about my joints being affected by high impact stuff. I did the power reformer class a couple times now and think it is a great way to stay in shape without ruining your body. I find it challenging enough to feel the difference but not too tough to not enjoy it. The pace is quick and the time flies by. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the variety of exercises and the fact that is it a whole body workout. The place is clean and bright. Only issue is the price. I can only do it when they have their specials...

I have only attended Susan’s Mat Blast class but it is fantastic. I literally plan my Sundays around attending. The class is harder and more fun than any other mat class I have ever taken. She never does the standard Pilates sequence that anyone who has taken more than two mat classes could do in their sleep so it stays interesting and challenging with the use of balls, bands, and weights. It’s also a small group so plenty of individual attention if needed. The studio is also very nice and offers fresh fruit near the door.

I absolutely love the team of instructors at this studio. Every one of them are so dedicated to the excellence of the classes, and making sure that everyone gets a great workout. I come to get a challenging conditioning workout to compliment my dance training, and I am never disappointed. I usually come every week and was in a car accident one weekend and a bit late to class.
