I started coming here ~ 18 months ago. I’ve lost inches from my waist and at least 10 pounds, but TBH I’m more thrilled I can hold a plank for over a minute and did over 20 push ups the other day. Feels really good to be strong again. And the staff is awesome. They make me smile. ☺️

Amazing yoga studio. So many classes. I appreciate the many yoga focused classes and weight focused classes, with friendly staff. The studio is always clean. Staff clean the floor in between all classes, clean the mats, the props and the shower. The app works well, booking online and wait lists are all very convenient.

Love this place, very affordable compared to other places, the coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable, and motivational! They have had great customer service as well. Lots of different classes to try and at all times of the day so very flexible for people who have a busy schedule. A friend and I signed up for the unlimited plan together and are both absolutely loving it. I would recommend to anyone :)

I absolutely love this studio! Of the three locations, this one is the closest to home. The bathrooms and studios are always super clean and nice, and everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. Some of my favorite instructors teach at this location, and the energy is always amazing. I always leave class feeling refreshed and motivated!

I absolutely love this studio with the variety of classes and its amazing instructors. Have been a member since they opened in summer 2024. I feel I’m in the best shape ever as the aftordable unlimited membership and the robust class schedule make it easier to come in almost every day. The front desk staff is always cheerful and very welcoming.

Amazing location, classes and instructors! This is so convenient because I live right across from the mall and the unlimited WA membership is perfect because I get to try a lot of different classes. I love Daniela’s hot Pilates HIIT classes as well as Christina and Charla’s yoga classes. I feel so much stronger and focused after a class. Not to mention how much I sweat and build muscles but I feel amazing overall being able to push my body to do so many things in a safe and comfortable environment. I love this place!

I had really high hopes for TruFusion University Village. The classes themselves: yoga, barre, and hot Pilates are excellent. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and create a great atmosphere. The front desk staff is generally friendly and helpful, which made the experience feel welcoming at first.
However, my overall experience has been overshadowed by how poorly my membership cancellation was handled.
I originally joined with a friend under a promotion: half off the first month, with the understanding that we’d need to stay for one full-price billing cycle. That seemed like a fair deal, and I signed up for the unlimited membership. After completing my full-price month, I asked the front desk staff the day after my full price billing cycle went through, if I needed to give any kind of notice to cancel. I was told no, that I could just come in and cancel anytime before the next billing cycle, and it would be handled on the spot.
Not wanting to risk forgetting, I decided to send an email about two weeks later just to be safe. To my surprise, I received a response five days later from a manager informing me that cancellations require 30 days’ notice, and I was now locked in for another $190 month which I absolutely did not plan or budget for. This was never communicated to me clearly, and certainly not what I was told in person.
When my partner followed up by phone, hoping to explain the situation and ask for a reasonable exception, he was met with a defensive and dismissive attitude from the manager, Raegan, who insisted their staff “would never say that” and repeatedly pointed to the contract. No empathy, no accountability, and no willingness to even acknowledge a communication error on their part.
This has left me extremely disappointed. I had truly enjoyed the studio, and I might have continued attending classes on a drop-in or smaller membership basis. But after being charged for a month I won't use, being misinformed, and then treated poorly when trying to resolve the issue, I can no longer support or recommend this business in good faith.
It's unfortunate because I had been recommending TruFusion to friends, some of whom even attended classes with me, but based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to sign up for a membership unless you're absolutely sure of your long-term commitment and are willing to navigate unclear policies and unhelpful management.
A great studio with great instructors, ruined by a lack of clear communication, poor customer service, and inflexible policies. Very sad and disappointing.

I decided to take advantage of the complementary first class offer (hatha yoga beginner series) despite my trepidation having never taken a hot yoga class. For additional context, I’m not a huge fan of gems, I have had memberships in the past that I haven’t used consistently and have opted to make walking 3 miles per day my primary means of Exercise.I’m almost 52 now and have been noticing my body’s been getting stiffer so I thought a warm environment could promote better flexibility. My experience was a really positive one from the very beginning. I was greeted by incredibly friendly staff who were very helpful in orienting me to the space and available equipment. FYI, they have mats available to use as well as towels, but that’s not made clear on their website or app. My first class was with Adam who was very inspirational and supportive and gave clear and helpful instruction. My second class was with Bri, an equally inspiring annd motivating Instructor who offered some very helpful tips on modifying my poses so as to not strain or exacerbate my low back issues. The studio is bright, clean, well-maintained with easy access to free parking. Their app is super intuitive, really easy to book a class, and their memberships are very reasonably priced for the quality of instruction and support they provide. I’ve already invited several of my friends to join me in a class and encourage anyone who’s even a little bit curious to give it a try!

TF is the best (shhhh). There is a certain high you get by sweating profusely and purging what feels like the toxins. I am so happy when I finish a class! As a woman of a certain age, it's nice to choose when my body will be sweating for the day;). Plus my body is more limber and leaner.

I’m a bit surprised to see such high ratings for this place given my experience so far. I thought the classes were good, the instructors are very knowledgeable, and I always get a good workout. Huge selection of workout times which I really appreciate.

I’m not a huge fan of the lack of windows, bright lights, and the high heat, personally I feel like those are trendy rather than actually useful to my workout, but I guess that makes me old 😂. What made me ultimately decide to stop coming here is the lack of flexibility. It’s insane to me that I arrived a minute after the class had started (class was at 3:30 pm with no full waitlist and I arrived at 3:31) and I was turned away. I am a mom of a toddler and I work full-time, this just doesn’t work for me. I respect they have their rules and processes and people coming a minute late can be disruptive but I personally need a place to workout that isn’t so rigid.

Warning: This company engages in extremely fraudulent business practices! They openly advertise the 3 class pack on their website at $85 BUT as soon as you check out they hike it up to $99. I have screenshots below as proof. Also, they do not support 1-click cancelation. All cancelations include 1 month extra payment if you sign up for a monthly recurring membership where you are forced to email back and forth with the owner. Always use a credit card with them so that you can do a charge back when they're "not convinced" that you actually want to cancel.

The workouts and space are great, but the cancellation process has been pretty frustrating. I submitted a request to cancel my membership in February and received a confirmation email, yet I was still billed. I’ve reached out twice inquiring about a refund for what should’ve been cancelled and that I won’t be billed moving forward, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. I hope they improve their communication and cancellation process.

TruFusion UVillage has something for everyone! From various hot yoga classes, to Barre, Pilates and Barefoot bootcamp, it's a one stop shop for all your fitness goals. ALL the teachers are top notch and the staff is warm and welcoming at ALL hours of the day - even greeting me by name not long after becoming a regular. I really love this TruFusion location! The community is super supportive and the instructors are always encouraging. They push you to do your best while making sure everyone feels included and motivated. There’s a great mix of classes from Pilates to HIIT and balance, so the workouts never get boring.

The only thing I wish they had is heavier dumbbells, like up to 30lbs, for people who want to challenge themselves more. 10lbs cap is a bit limiting. Overall it’s a great place to work out and be part of an awesome community!

Great heated classes! I like the variety of classes offered across all times of the day. Only note is the locker room / bathroom is really small, only two stalls and no where else to change. It can be a bit of a pain when coming from work as everyone is waiting in line to change at the same time!

Clean, nice space with a variety of different classes, instructors and teaching styles, and two different rooms with different heat levels to help you jump right into your exercise. I really enjoy the unlimited membership offering because as long as you make sure you hit an average number of classes per month it basically pays for itself. The only downsides are that they make you pay extra to rent yoga mats as it doesn't come with membership so its a better deal to bring your own, and also they are very very strict about the time and wont let anyone at exactly 5 min past class. As long as you plan ahead I think its a great studio to join.

I've been coming to TruFusion U Village since September 2024, and I am so glad I joined. Their wide range of classes give you flexibility - feeling sore? Roll and Recover. Feeling like you want cardio? HIIT Pilates is the perfect workout. Stressed? Tru Yin is awesome. These classes are challenging, but they push me and make me stronger! Trufusion is also such a great community- the instructors are fabulous and it is so fun to work out with my friends. If you're on the fence about buying a membership, just know you won't regret! :-)

This is a new studio so I’ve only had the chance to go to three classes so far, but I’ve been loving it! The space is very nice, and the staff/instructors are friendly. One huge benefit of TruFusion is their variety in classes, it’s a big reason I joined.

I was scared of the heated rooms at first but I’ve had success with hydrating beforehand, avoiding a heavy meal right before class, wearing shorts, taking small sips of water, and taking it slow at first.

The studio is located right below a parking garage that usually is the least full at U Village. Just give yourself a bit of time so you’re not rushed and you can always set up early and begin to acclimate to the heat.

Updating my review after I did a private barre class for my birthday. I love that they offer this, and I had such a great time! If you’re looking for a fun activity for a group, consider booking a private class!

I joined trufusion about 3-4 weeks ago and I have nothing but great things to say! The facilities are great. The locker room is always super clean, there's plenty of supplies (deodorant, makeup wipes, tampons, etc.). There are hair dryers and a fan (which is a lifesaver after those hot classes). The folks at the front desk are so nice and personable. I have only been going for 3-4 weeks and they already remember my name, which makes the whole experience feel more inviting. The app is super easy to use and there is a robust class schedule. They have something for everyone. I have only taken the yoga classes so far, so I cannot speak to any of the barre or pilates classes, but the yoga classes are great! It is definitely a HOT yoga class, so be prepared to sweat! I appreciate that they offer sweat towels because I need it! Aubrey taught the first class I went to and she has been a favorite of mine. Her class is AMAZING and if you are interested in trying trufusion, I suggest taking her power vinyasa flow first. Her music is very fun. The flow itself is energizing and a great workout. I feel strong and powerful when I take her class. She made a point to know my name and give me a shoutout in class, even on my first day! I absolutely love trufusion. I have struggled for many years trying to find a way to workout that I did not hate. I have never been consistent before but with the variety of classes offered, phenomenal instructors, and kind staff, I have finally found a workout that fits for me and feels sustainable. I’m so glad this gym opened in northeast Seattle! I love hot classes and appreciate the variety of choices—pilates, barre, yoga, boot camp. There is always something to fit my mood.

There can be a high % of UW sorority girls in some classes. But as a middle aged woman trying to get back in shape again, I find it inspiring—takes me back to my college rowing days, when I got to work out with awesome, strong women all the time. 💪

And the staff is very sweet. They take the time to learn the names of all their members, for example (not just the cute men… as I may have experienced at other gyms I shall not name 🍊💭). It’s these little things I appreciate about the team that runs this location! ⭐️

They kept delaying their start date until I move and no longer was able to come to their location. And they found a way to charge on my expired membership card for two months some weird reason, so now I paid almost 300 dollars and didn’t use it once. When I wrote an email to explain the situation thoroughly and the manager just said the auto payment is part of the membership payment agreement I signed. Unfortunately due to a traffic accident (and commuting 35 miles--1hour to this location) I had arrived exactly 4 minutes late for my first class ever at this studio. The front desk staff refused entry due to "safety violation during warm up" and "the instructor can get mad at us and we can get fired". My concerns were dismissed. Sadly, this is a bad first time impression for studio on how they treat first time clients, especially those willing to establish a membership.

Trufusion is a five star addition to U Village! The number and variety of classes offered, especially on weekdays, is uber impressive – and the facilities are great. I’ve tried a number of yoga instructors, and they’re all top notch – Shelly is a fav of mine. HIIT pilates and barre are def not for the faint of heart, but you’re guaranteed a killer workout – good luck walking the next day. Yoga classes tend to have a lot of availability, barre and pilates less so, and I imagine booking will get more difficult in general as UW students return to class in the fall (that seems to be their big clientele). I’m just getting back into hot yoga/fitness after shying away from group classes during the pandemic years, and there’s a class for every level from beginner to elite athlete – instructors definitely meet you where you are and help you take your next steps in your fitness journey, whatever that means for you. Def recommend.
