I have never found a gym that makes working out as enjoyable and motivating as Valkyrie Fitness Studio! The instructors are amazing and give individualized feedback within small group classes. Roxy, the owner, is particularly knowledgeable about fitness, and her passion and positivity shine through in her studio. I am incredibly grateful that I found Valkyrie and the supportive community here!

I am so so glad I found Valkyrie fitness!! I usually dread working out but aerial classes make it so fun! I love how proud of myself I feel after completing a class. The vibes are great and the instructors are lovely people. Don’t be intimidated by the silks! It is a good kind of challenge and if I (a person who gets their right and their left confused regularly) can do it, then you can too!!

I started with a two-week trial and, after trying a variety of classes, I was hooked. I've been so impressed with the studio's focus on functional fitness, mobility, and injury prevention. The classes have been an excellent complement to my physical therapy—there’s a surprising amount of crossover in the movements and exercises. With options for all levels and instructors who offer thoughtful modifications, it’s easy to find that sweet spot of being challenged without feeling overwhelmed. My favorites are the kettlebell strength, Yin yoga, and Roll and Release classes, but I’ve also really enjoyed the aerial yoga sessions I’ve tried. Just a couple of months in, and I’m already noticing major improvements in how my body feels.

Valkyrie is so much more than a yoga studio! It's functional fitness, fun with great music, community, and all around an amazing, fulfilling workout. Within each class, you can decide what your body can do with no pressure. I absolutely love Roxy's kettlebell classes, but look forward to trying them all!

I have been a member since the end of January, enjoying both the kettlebell and aerial yoga studios. For some quick background, my background is varied, dabbling with power-lifting, strongman training, 5x5 systems, many different paths that were fun, but challenging for me to stay consistent with.
Since 2020 I have been very consistent with yoga and calisthenics, so I was able to build comfort in both studios after my first month or so. You do not need this background to begin, but it nicely complements the movements of the classes.
If you want a more conventional workout experience you can find that in a kettlebell fitness or kettlebell physique class. Those classes will help you build strength, stability, and a relentless endurance. Fitness classes will cultivate an almost shocking amount of cardio endurance, while building muscle endurance and explosive, flowing power. Physique classes can help you build an aesthetic physique will still building functional strength. You really can have it all with a powerful, mobile, balanced body with a bottomless well of endurance.
In the aerial yoga studio you can enjoy the serene feeling of floating as you gently stretch and explore your balance in Aerial R&R, or start to build the foundations for spending more time in the air with Beginner Aerial Yoga and All Levels Aerial Yoga.
If you want a challenge. If you want to soar above it all. If you build the strength and endurance and familiarity from the beginner classes, I encourage, no I BEG you to try Power Aerial Yoga and Aerial Dance. I have struggled with a fear of heights for ages, but have reconnected with the fearless joy I once felt as a kid climbing on every rock and tree I came across. Now I feel at home, hanging upside-down by my hips 20 feet off the ground. I feel powerful and graceful as we learn to flow between poses in Aerial Dance, weaving together poses and tricks into elegant flows.
So please, come join us!

This studio has been by far an amazing place for me and my journey. The instructors are all talented, gentle, kind, friendly and very profesional. They treat you with respect and really care about you. They treat each individual as if it was a one on one and take the time to give you pointers and modifications for each individual needs. I’ve just started coming here, but I’ve really enjoyed all the classes I’ve taken so far! I’ve tried aerial yoga, yin yoga, and the kettlebell classes. I was a little nervous at first since it had been a while since I’d done a workout class, but I felt comfortable right away. All the instructors have been super kind and accommodating, offering modifications for different needs or injuries. The classes are a nice mix of fun, challenging, and relaxing, and I feel like I can choose my own intensity which I really appreciate. I’m looking forward to sticking with it and seeing how I progress over time. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

This is my favorite place to be! When I started I was chubby, lonely and miserable. Now I feel a part of a community, hopeful, a little less chubby and a lot more strong! It took me a year to try my first class and I wish I would have known how special a place it would be for me. You don't need to prove yourself or be figured out to be accepted at Valkyrie. You will be accepted for who you are. My favorite classes are any kettlebell class with Roxy and aerial with Wendy.

Being predominantly a weightlifter/powerlifter I decided to try an aerial yoga class just for something new. I immediately felt the benefits of the mobility and stability work being taught. The inversions helped correct my hip shift and relieved lower back pain! It’s a new must for my fitness regimen.

Started with an unlimited new student 2week pass that was on sale & quickly found myself craving more!!! Becoming a member of Valkyrie Fitness was an easy decision…from kettlebell classes that kick your butt & body in the best way possible to the aerial yoga offerings that help you achieve poses and deeper stretches than you thought possible all while feeling like you’re flying are amazing!!! It’s the instructors & other members that are the true gems of this place though… everyone that walks through those doors makes you feel like family! My 8 year old daughter took the aerial hammock camp at Valkyrie this summer and absolutely LOVED it! The atmosphere in the studio is so chill and inviting, and the instructor, Michelle, was so attentive, knowledgeable, and FUN! We left the last day of camp and immediately signed up for the fall session of kids' intermediate hammock. I can't wait to see my daughter's skills and love of all things aerial continue to grow!

I've had so much fun exploring all of the classes with my 2 week trial membership! I find the support of the hammocks just what I need, since I'm not great at yoga. All of the instructors give really helpful tips and multiple options for modifying the positions, which I appreciate. I just made it official and got a membership! Can't wait to continue with Valkyrie and see my progress in the next few months.

5/5 Stars because I can't give a 6/5. This yoga fitness studio is so great. I've never done group fitness before but attending classes here has made me love it! The kettlebell workout sessions are especially great, each exercise is so well thought out and you get a great work out. I sweat each time. The website is so easy to use to sign up for classes and there are various options to accommodate different work/life schedules. I would highly recommend this place!

Great place! The instructors are very kind and helpful. I was a bit nervous trying both aerial yoga and kettlebells but it was amazing! 10 pounds lost in 6 days of aerial yoga?! That’s what it LOOKS like I’ve lost because of the difference to my posture!

I’ve tried everything over the years to help my posture, and nothing has come close to how much aerial yoga has helped. And it’s been rapid and fun help at that!

Roxy is AMAZING and my favorites are the low hammock classes.

The shavasana at the end of each class while floating in the hammock with a heated eye pillow is divine!

Thank you Valkyrie Yoga for getting me excited about exercising again!

I really enjoyed my classes with Michelle, she was really accommodating and offered a lot of modifications that made me feel more comfortable as a beginner. Her energy is incredible! Valkyrie fitness is such a treat to have in the Wenatchee valley!! I had never done aerial yoga before discovering Valkyrie, but Roxy and all the instructors make every class super fun and approachable. Being in the hammock brings out my inner child and I always feel so at peace during and after classes. The kettlebell classes also rock! The instructors break down each movement in a safe and easily digestible pace for beginners but they also know when to throw a challenge your way. Don't hesitate and book your class for fun in the air or a good kettlebell pump :)

I have attended several aerial yoga classes at Valkyrie and it has done so much for my mental health as well as physical health. As a plus size woman finding welcoming fitness classes that really meet you where you are is difficult. I have never once felt unwelcomed, less than or out of place here. There are always variations provided to push myself further or stay where I am comfortable. If you are on the fence about trying a class I recommend you take the chance. It really is such a great place.

I came across this studio from an ad on Facebook right before the grand opening - I signed up to be a member before I even attended my first class, and I’m SO GLAD I DID. I've been going here since it opened and I really love the balance between kettlebells and aerial yoga. The kettlebell classes are great strength training for climbing and mountain biking, and the aerial classes are equal parts fun and challenging. Plus you can't beat savasana in a hammock 🙃. The owner Roxy is awesome and very knowledgeable, I really appreciate her focus on form and alignment throughout all of the classes. Highly recommend checking it out!!

I have been attending classes here for a few months now and I LOVE it! There is a wide variety of class options and each instructor has been great at introducing new skills to students with a wide range of ability levels. The space is cozy, I like the old brick and huge windows and wood beams. It’s a great way to have some fun while I get a good workout in.

I am LOVING the classes at Valkyrie! I joined because I really wanted to try aerial yoga, and yep, it is just as fun and challenging as I hoped it would be! However the unexpected bonus is the kettlebell classes!!! I've done a lot of fitness classes over the years, and have never been a big fan of strength workouts (even though I KNOW that it is important and good for me!). But there is something about kettlebell that just makes it more fun than a normal strength class, maybe it's the combo moves that force my brain to engage during class. :) Last weekend we started a major DIY construction project at home and I know I would have been absolutely wrecked if I hadn't started kettlebell last month. Thanks so much, Roxy!!! Shout out to all the other instructors there too: Amanda, Elise, Michele, & Becca...I've really enjoyed every class I've been to.

Kristen was awesome! It was my first time, so I took advantage of their free monthly class. SO restorative and relaxing, yet strength building. I was worried that my neck wouldn’t have it, but it seemed to be the opposite; whereas regular yoga can trend toward overuse, I felt aerial stayed firmly in the zone of protecting your body and releasing inhibition. So lovely, thank you, Valkyrie!

I have never felt so at home at a studio before until Valkyrie Fitness came along. The aerial yoga is so much fun and so relaxing. The instructors are great and really guide you through the flows and inversions. The kettlebell classes are also just as amazing! I was hooked after the first class. The class feels more like a group personal training session. Roxy makes sure that everyone’s form is correct and gives plenty of options for different fitness levels. It’s the perfect balance of some cardio and strength training all in one. If you have been on the fence, do yourself a favor and just try it!
