It’s no exaggeration to say that attending Adam’s functional strength training class even just a handful of times has been life changing! As a life-long runner, I was starting to feel old and achy at 52 and like I had to avoid certain activities to not strain my knees, but we need more movement as we age, not less! We just need the right kind of movement. Adam’s expert supervision helped me make some crucial adjustments, and within a few weeks, my “runner’s knee” symptoms were entirely gone. Besides that, the group class is a lot of fun! If you think you could use some functional strength training (and who doesn’t?), don’t hesitate to meet with Adam for a consultation. The small-group fitness training with Adam at Vibrant Fitness is, quite simply, the best training I have ever received. As a retired court reporter of 30 years, sitting has taken its toll on my body and when I started, I was very prone to injury. Through diligent instruction on proper body mechanics with each workout, I have avoided injury and been able to gradually build a solid foundation for strength and mobility. On top of great workouts, Adam always manages to serve up a LOT of LAUGHTER!

As a fit and active guy I have always relied on doing the fun things i like to do to stay strong (biking, climbing, hiking, skiing, ranch work, etc). Arriving to my early 50's, however, I realized that approach was no longer cutting it. Aches and pains from old injuries and unbalanced training were not enough to keep me going. Over several years training with Adam I have become much stronger across all my muscle groups. This translates to functional strength that I can use in any activity and I feel stronger and healthier overall. Adam brings a unique balance of knowledge, passion, compassion and a fun approach to training. He is also great at helping me modify exercises to accommodate for old injuries.
I wasn't really a "group workout" guy, but with Adam's help I am now. Highly recommended.
