Seth is so experienced and full of knowledge, you should hire him right away. I have had the pleasure of being trained by him for over 6 months and the results have been spectacular. I specifically wanted to gain overall strength while being mindful of past injuries (tennis and snowboarding) and to correct some bad physical tendencies (posture, anterior pelvic tilt, heel strike). He assessed and understood all of my issues completely and has helped me improve or fix all of them. You should not hesitate to work with him.

I cannot recommend Virj fitness strongly enough. I hired Seth a year ago because I was bedridden and couldn’t see a way back to a healthy functional life. Now I’m walking and enjoying life again. Seth is much more than just a trainer, he will keep you motivated and give you the tools to succeed. Just hire him, you will be glad you did.

After 8 years of solid 5 days a week working out I took a few months off. However, because I’m in my 40s now I know how important it is to stay active, and that’s where Seth came in! After only a few weeks I was back up to where I had been, and I’ve surpassed my weight lifting PRs. Seth combines a mix of lifting and HIIT training, and easily incorporates modifications if I have an injury. He is knowledgeable, and I trust him!

Virj is great, simple as that.
First, the coaching is excellent. Coaches are focused on form and technique. They are not pushing you to lift more than you are comfortable lifting, or more than you can lift with proper technique. They make sure that you're doing the workout safely so that you can come back tomorrow.
The workouts are well thought-out and varied throughout the week. No muscle group gets ignored. That particular muscle group that you hate working on because it's your weakness? It gets taken care of. All workouts are presented in a tiered format so that members of all fitness levels and abilities have something to do. Exercises can be modified to help you improve. Struggling with pull-ups? They have bands to help you develop a base level of strength.
The facilities are top-notch. Zum, the gym in which Virj is located, has a huge locker room with lots of showers. I've never had to wait to shower after class. And - everything is CLEAN.
Lastly, the vibe of the class is great. This is a CrossFit gym full of folks who are interested in getting in shape and improving. It's not full of a bunch of grunting dudes trying to compete in the CrossFit games. I highly recommend it.
