My daughter went here for 2 years from 4-6. I am very very disappointed at their American Theatre Ballet program. We had to pay for evaluation fee and go through the evaluation process to get in, but there is no difference in teaching compared to the program that did not require audition. On top of the pricy tuition, you have to pay for costumes, tickets to see your kids’ recital. I have asked twice to transfer my daughter to a different class. She obviously was not learning anything because most of the other kids in her class were not serious about dancing. I heard kids crying during class, saw kids running around being silly, etc. Seriously, this is a program that required audition, how could they put kids who have zero experience with kids who have previous dancing experience in the same class? My daughter already had 2 years of dance experience in the ballet and tap program when she audited for this program. We were so serious and committed, we hardly missed any class. I kept hoping it will get better and wished my daughter will learn some techniques. In the end it was all for nothing. Initially I felt angry for wasting so much time and money at this place. I was angry at myself for being too easily persuaded by their online information. Now 5 months passed since I withdrew my daughter from their program, I feel relieved and am glad that I was able to pull her out in time. My daughter has moved on to love a new activity and excels at it. But I still would like to leave my experience here for other parents who are looking for a serious dance program. This place is more expensive compared to other similar dance studios and you get nothing more out of it.

Amazing adult ballet courses. Russell is a great teacher. Great foundations and techniques. Owners of Virtuosity are very kind and responsive. Adult hip hop classes felt awkward and unwelcoming, perhaps because I was a male in a class with all women. Won't continue that 😅. I recommend this studio for all who wish to learn and/or grow their dancing skills.

My daughter is enrolled in Ballet/Tap combo. Miss Jackie does an amazing job… my daughter is usually shy and nervous and Miss Jackie does a great job of making it a fun atmosphere while also teaching the fundamentals. Highly recommend! Nothing but good experiences.
