I am brand new to the world of Pilates; I had my first session with Kelli, and I am a very firm believer in the Pilates way of life! It’s been a couple days now and I can feel the difference in my body. I am in my postpartum mom era so getting more movement has been a priority. I will be coming back to do more sessions with Kelli with a focus on aerial targeted training so I can excel at my classes at SANCA “)

As a chronically-stressed social worker, starting classes at Vitality has made a world of difference in my stress levels and ability to both understand and care for my body. Before I joined Pilates Studios always intimidated me-- I pictured classes being full of The Plastics from Mean Girls and the expensive 'Pilates Princess' outfits that are trending on the intrernet-- but the vibe at this studio couldn't be further from that. All ages, all body types, chill/relaxed/accessible. I'm slightly hard of hearing and instructors are so kind with repeating instructions and never make me feel embarrassed about it. Bree and Seneca's classes are my favorite-- definitely seek them out the schedule!

As a beginner to pilates, Vitality has been a wonderful place for me to land and begin to learn! I’ve taken the majority of my classes so far with Bree, who is detailed in her instruction, yet creates a very low pressure and accessible environment for beginners to learn.

I came to the Mt. Baker Vitality Pilates several years ago with unrelenting daily hip/leg/back pain and a little spondylosisthesis. I made a commitment at that time to attend classes twice per week for a year, because I knew it would take some time to build the strength I needed to overcome the old pain pattern. Vitality has a nice variety of class levels and great teachers. They are able to help adapt the workout to your specific needs (do mention them!) and at the end of that year I felt like Pilates was an integral part of keeping myself strong and capable. I do recommend starting with some private sessions if you are compromised so you can get very specific guidance.

I've been going to this studio for about 6 months and I love it! The space is nice, clean, and relaxing. The classes are excellent; I especially love Bree's classes. Pilates is low-impact but builds strength in a way I don't get with traditional gym weight workouts. My core strength has vastly improved since starting Pilates. This studio also offers on-camera live Zoom classes in addition to in-person classes. My favorite is Bree's Zoom equipment class!

I have been attending pilates for about 6 months. The workouts and programs are terrific for getting in shape as well as pushing yourself in terms of flexibility and mobility. Perfect exercise for us older folks. I enjoy all the instructors, but tend to have classes with Bree, Kelli and Melanie the most. They are compassionate and inspiring instructors. MB vitality is a solid choice for pilates.

I can’t say enough good things about Vitality Pilates! Studios are clean, bright, and welcoming. Teachers and students alike are friendly and fun. The Vitality team even supported me in planning a surprise proposal for my fiancé! Bree is by far my favorite instructor. Her classes are the right balance of challenging and accessible. She’s great at accommodating any injuries you might have. And she provides clear, detailed instructions/cues, in a well paced way. Plus she’s fun, friendly, and personable!
