Paused membership for a few weeks since we were going to be gone for medical reasons. Had to pause over email, got confirmation but still kept getting charged. Called no answer, left a voicemail, no call back. Have been emailing for a few weeks to try and get it resolved but no one gets back to you, it's been since the end of July and we have been getting charged continuously without anyone trying to get it solved. Was one of my favorite gyms but can't trust a company that keeps charging your account without trying to resolve the issue.

Impossible to cancel a membership. You go in and visit, they tell you to send an email. You send an email, you still get charged. You call, no one answers. You leave a voicemail, no one gets back to you. But don't worry, they have no problem continuing to charge you.

We were told when they tabled at our college that there was someone at the desk during business hours. No one is ever at this location I went 3 different times. Reached out by email and was told to go to the west valley location and I have called on numerous occasions through days and was not able to ever get a hold of someone.

Im leaving 5 stars because I don’t want to leave a negative review, but can we please fix the treadmill situation? Im tired of coming to the gym and having only 2 of the 8 treadmills work for running at a speed above 7. Its even worse when the only 2 that work for running are being used by ppl walking. I do respect the fact that everyone should be allowed to use the equipment, but we shouldn’t have this issue at one of the busiest gyms in Yakima.

Definitely needs some new treadmills, air conditioning, and better maintenance on equipment. When you get charged an annual “enhancement fee” but don’t see much enhancement it kinda feels like you’re getting screwed.
