I cannot even begin to tell you how much we appreciate having found this place ! Enrolling both my daughters here has been one of the best things we have done for them. As parents of a five-year-old girl interested in studying martial arts. Intrigued, we decided to visit, but I deeply regret wasting my time. The staff showed no effort in answering even the simplest yes-or-no question " How can I inroll my daughter in your establishment?" and asked us to leave because "parents aren’t allowed." I’m certainly not going to leave my daughter in a place she’s never been, with people I don’t know. If that’s the attitude they teach, I’d rather look elsewhere.

I've trained with my daughter at White Tiger for the past 8 years and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience for our family.
Master Yoo and the instructors are demanding, they know how to push, encourage, and bring out the best in each one of their students. Master Yoo is an experienced hands on instructor, leading classes, demonstrating and correcting techniques. I've seen the students' discipline improve and confidence grow in real time.

As a parent participating in class with my daughter, this has been such an amazing, rare opportunity to grow together over shared experiences and common goals. We started as white belts together with a goal of acquiring black belts, but enjoyed training at White Tiger so much that we continued. Training has become even more exciting and challenging as black belts, as we started to spar more frequently, train with nunchucks, and learn more complex movements and kicks.

Over the years we have become stronger, fitter, more flexible, focused, disciplined, confident and most importantly, closer as a family. As they say at White Tiger "The family that kicks together stays together".

Master and Mrs. Yoo do a fantastic job running White Tiger. We can't recommend this place enough!

We really having our son going to White Tiger Martial Arts. They teach discipline and respect for your elders. They have the kids (and adults) work hard keeping them in shape. Master Yoo works his students hard, but has a sense of humor (reminds me of British humor). My son started there as a white belt and eventually earned his Black belt.
They do sparing class which just requires you buy the protective equipment.
If it wasn't for COVID, our daughter would have started there too.

I have needed to write this review for awhile now! My son started at White Tiger Martial Arts as a white belt in 2013. He attended classes for 3 years and earned his black belt as an almost 11 year old in 2016. We then moved out of state. Those 3 years at White Tiger have shaped him into the fantastic teenager he is today. My only regret is that I didn't enroll his 2 younger brothers when I had the chance. The home rules taught at White Tiger have stuck with him! He is respectful. He doesn't interrupt adult conversations. He says hello and goodbye when he gets home and leaves. He tries to keep his room clean. He is honest. He is the only one of my 4 children that asks me if I need help with things around the house. I truly believe that his behavior is a result of the 3 years at White Tiger. I frequently think about how grateful I am to Master and Mrs. Yoo for the important life skills they teach that seem to be missing in a lot of today's youth. The self assurance and discipline he gained is priceless.

It's hard to believe such a high quality/level TKD center is hidden in this suburb next to a pizza takeout and less than mediocre teriyaki joint. The center is clean and well maintained. Master Yoo is a true TKD master, a disciplined, focused and tough but not harsh instructor. It is rare for a master to teach all classes unlike most TKD centers where apprentices teach and the master collects tuition. Mrs. Yoo is also an excellent instructor especially for young beginners. Both of them treat students/parents with respect and courtesy, and they have a big heart for the White Tiger families. I will forever be grateful for their support, encouragement and instilling in my son respect, integrity, courtesy, self control, perseverance and an indomitable spirit to achieve his black belt.
