About the Club

Based in Seattle Washington, Whole Life Yoga is a community-focused online yoga space. Our goal is to make yoga available and accessible to all people who could benefit from it, not just those with a high level of fitness or flexibility. We focus on yoga as a way to serve an individual's unique physical condition and lifestyle, not as a means of achieving the "perfect" body or posture. At Whole Life Yoga, you'll find a place to unwind, an opportunity to develop your mind and body, connect to your heart and a community of support for healing and growth all from the comfort of your own home.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, lots of low-impact options, such as Over Fifty Yoga (available three times a week). Pay per visit (cash or credit/debit welcome), or buy a pass and save a few bucks. Parking in the garage behind the studio, or on the street.

There are who knows how many yoga studios and places to practice yoga between my neighborhood on 15th Avenue on Capitol Hill and the 85th and Greenwood neighborhood where Whole Life is. This is more than worth the drive for me because never before have I found a place that has such a integrative gentle practice that makes me feel competent and accomplished while deriving tremendous benefits. This is about connecting the breath to the body in gentle harmony with wherever you are.

It was ok...the style was not a good fit for me. I was modifying a pose due to some health issues and was told I was doing it wrong. It was a way I had been taught to modify from a PT, so didn't appreciate it. Other then that it was ok.

Always a wonderful experience. Each class pushes you physically and emotionally but done very gently. Instructors are great and the entire class is as non-judgemental as you can get. Love it here! Julie especially always makes me feel calm and refocused.

I come here for prenatal and postnatal yoga and enjoyed them both. They are very helpful to keep me comfortable during pregnancy and help recovery post partum. They have three prenatal classes a week which gives me flexibility to choose the time that works for my schedule. The teachers are experienced and welcoming. The only thing I don't like, which I heard is very typical for smaller yoga studios, is that they lock their door so if I'm late I miss the class.
