I joined Wolf in December 2024, and right from my first class, I felt super welcomed—Cassie literally greeted me with a hug! It made such a great first impression. I started out with personal training with her for about three months, then moved into private group training, and I’ve been loving it.
I’ve been into fitness for a while but took a break during my two pregnancies, so I was really looking for motivation to get back into it. Cassie has been amazing—she’s the ultimate hype girl and such an inspiration. She’s been through her own fitness journey and brings that energy and knowledge into every session.
Even though I’ve worked out for years, she’s helped me improve my form with tips that actually make a difference. Also she develops workout routines that best aligns with your goals. Plus, she keeps you accountable and builds a real sense of community with group chats and friendly competition. It’s been such a great experience, and I’m so glad I found this place!

Taylor is the best personal trainer ever! I can’t say enough about how much she’s helped me. She is encouraging, motivating, and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about health and fitness! I thought my goals were impossible, but she showed me they were possible! I’ve lost 30 pounds and gotten so much stronger. It’s helped me combat stress from work. She is inspiring and real. I highly recommend her!

I absolutely love going to Wolf Heart Co. I bought a membership when they first opened up. All the coaches are awesome. They really helped me with my form and they’ve helped me gain some muscle since I started. When I first started, Wolf heart, I had just finished doing chemo and radiation was very weak and had lost all my muscle tone , I was under weight, depressed and felt really defeated almost wanting to give up but the coaches were very patient with me and we’re really trying to help me with my form, my balance and telling me to not give up. I feel like I’ve come a long way and now I just feel better in general because of Wolf Heart Coaches and members. I have some goals that I want to hit by my birthday so I started doing personal training and my coach is Cassie Tabian. She is fantastic. I am one of the older clients I feel like she listens to what I say about my concerns and weaknesses. She is motivating, always upbeat , great at explaining and telling me what muscles I am working on or where I should feel it. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a personal trainer check into going to Cassie Tabian.

When I first started my 1:1 training with Cassandra Tabian to say I was feeling defeated is an understatement! I've been on my fitness journey for many years, tried different classes, different coaches (in person and online), had my macros adjusted through several different philosophies. My knees were hurting so bad I wasn't able to hit 90 degrees in squats and I was using way less weight than I normally would. I was unable to do lunges at all. I was in pain from a tear in my shoulder due to a car accident which has ultimately impacted my t-spine mobility. I am also in my late 40's and trying to figure out all these hormone related body changes! Cassie has been beyond patient and encouraging! She took the time to listen, watch my form, see what hurt, make slight adjustments and add in supporting exercises and stretches to help my body heal and begin to regain strength. She is compassionate and kind, but also pushes me carefully to my limit! I am back to performing all forms of squats and lunges. I am consistently hitting new PR's. She's thrown in mobility stretches at the end of my workouts. I am feeling so much stronger and more confident. If you have thought at all about doing 1:1 coaching I STRONGLY recommend it! You won't regret working with her!

I cannot shout louder about my experience with Wolf Heart and the training I receive with Cassandra Tabian. I have been 1:1 training with Cassandra for more than 8 months and recently added small group training and I could not be happier. She is truly a gem . Her professionalism, dedication, outstanding instruction and encouragement cannot be matched. She is my biggest cheerleader when I am my own worst critic and she has pushed me to achieve far more than I ever thought possible. Wolf Heart Gym is an intersection of where fitness meets personal connection. It is built on sincere community with no egos involved. All of the staff, even if you are not there for their classes, greet you with kindness. I train with Cassie, and have done so for a while now. She embodies the Wolf Heart spirit, and in a way always has. Cassie invests her time and knowledge into all of her clients - pushing them to their unknown limits. Known limits is where Cassie begins; she is a builder of people - providing them a true foundation to live their lives in balance. Cassie also helps her clients fiercely defend their wins in the gym. Overall, Wolf Heart is built on community, and there are no bad days walking through those doors.

I have been going to Wolfheart for a couple years now. I absolutely LOVE this place. It literally is for ANYONE and EVERYONE. All inclusion! Alexis has created the GOAT gym, always striving to make it better and better. There is always something new and exciting which makes it even more awesome! I love every single person that works out there. No competition, strictly cheering eachother on! It's amazing. I even most recently got my husband to join with me!
They most recently added coaches who are Certified Personal Trainers. I signed up with Cassie to get a group session of personal training to focus on what my personal goals were. It's been 60 days into my PT with her and to say I've made gains is an understatement. She's helped me with form, macros, and pushing me to lift heavier and heavier. I've surpassed goals that I never thought could be accomplished at almost 46 years old and this is just the beginning! She is one strong badass PT and I am so thankful that she came to Wolfheart! She wants nothing but for you to be successful and she will help you get there no matter what! 🐺🖤🩶⚡️

I LOVE IT HERE!!! 🩷 This place has completely changed my view on “going to the gym”, it is so much fun and such a magical vibe like everyone else says! Everyone including ALL of the trainers and fellow gym-goers are so welcoming, kind, positive and supportive. So much variety in the workouts including weight-lifting/stretching/balance/yoga/mobility etc. so it’s never boring and the music pumps you up! Trainers watch everyone’s form in each class and are soooooo helpful if you are newer to weight-lifting like me!

Wolfheart is by far the most inviting and magical fitness space you will ever experience. Each of the coaches are knowledge and genuinely present to help each person that walks in the door. The classes are fun and challenging in the best way. It’s the perfect gym to push yourself, make new friends and watch yourself grow in so many ways. This Gym has quickly become my happy place! Every single coach I've worked with has been incredibly kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable so that I can get the most out of my workouts! I continue to build more and more confidence with my strength training everytime I go. I am such a newbie in all departments and I never feel insecure when I'm there. Every person that walks through those doors (whether it's a coach or a fellow member) is warm and inviting. I would recommend this gym 10x over. I look forward to my workouts every week!

Wolf Heart Fit Co has changed my life! My husband and I have been going for about 8 months, 4-5 times a week. We’ve seen significant changes in our overall fitness and have made lifelong friends. We started at a very low level of fitness but were able to keep up since all the workouts can be adjusted to your own fitness level. At each class highly trained coaches lead you through each movement and give options depending on your level of fitness, they truly meet you where you are at. I love it here, I think you will too.

I’ve been going to this gym just over a year and it’s been the best experience! Perfect for any skill level and the variety of different exercises will get you seeing results fast! I broke both my ankles a few years ago and had issues with stiffness and lacking range of motion. Once I started at wolf heart I noticed big improvement and less pain in my ankles within a few months. Everyone is so welcoming and the vibes are awesome!

I’ve tried every gym out there and I have never felt as welcomed anywhere as I feel at wolf heart! The coaches truly care about each and every person who walks through their door. They take the time to explain the workouts and help us with form and technique. They encourage us and cheer us on. Every class has a range of attendees from experienced to newbies. I have been working out here for over a year. the coaches are welcoming and encouraging. This is a safe and welcoming space for anyone. Work out is already planned and all the equipment available. there are different workout plans to help you choose from that can work for your budget and comfort. if you have been wanting to start a work out routine this is the place.

I don't know why I haven't left a review sooner? I guess because there are too many positive things I can say about Wolf Heart Fit Co. to leave in a review. Wolf Heart Fit Co. has made me feel welcome since the first time I attended a class. I knew nothing about fitness, and I am still learning every day. The coaches, and other members, metaphorically hold my hand and have been guiding me every day. This journey is tough and mentally exhausting but everyone has each other's backs here. I feel allowed to be here and I have never felt that way in any other fitness setting. Thank you Alexis for creating such a welcoming and safe space. You rock. ✨️

I’ve only been with Wolf Heart a few weeks and not only have I noticed a difference physically, I’ve most importantly seen a difference in my mental state. The Wolf Heart environment is not only warm, welcoming, and fun — but it’s an amazing supportive learning environment. I don’t have a lot of experience with weight training, but the coaches have never made me feel inexperienced or dumb for asking questions or having bad form. They’re right there in my corner to help me through the moves, cheer me on, and push me to be my best athlete. I’m so happy to be apart of a family of like-minded individuals.
