I have driven out several times after work and they are closed (no one at reception). I can’t get in until 8 and even left early and showed up at 7:30pm and they already left for the day. It is bad business practice to not be present during posted business hours. The gym itself isn’t bad they have a lot of equipment, tanning, red light therapy, showers/restrooms. Although cleanliness is something that is also lacking (trash bins are full at night, floors aren’t cleaned often). Staff is friendly, but not always present during posted business hours.

I was in aww of this place at first . Know I feel disappointed , one of their employees gave me a lifetime membership! I had been going through hard times and this was a blessing . Then my card wouldn't work and it was hard to get answered and impossible to get hold of the owners branded &Alex. This employee had used someone else's card and they didn't have answered and actually didn't care much . They have never got back to me about who's .I never expected them to owe me what thier employee offed me but they never even offered the rest of the year ,half of year ,a month nothing !! I think they should have fixed those and find who's account was charged .. poor service and no accountability

It has every type of strength equipment that planet fitness and worx does not have and it meets all of my requirements for my pro card in the coming years! Just needs a better back row machine and 100lb plates 😎 there’s plenty of strength machines at their strength focused rooms. No classes like the other gyms that makes you pay extra. No, you’re here because of strength and physique. Parking is the only negative so I hope that issue gets resolved with the dealership next to tap n putt(sorry) . Splendid

Much bigger than I anticipated. Going in for the first time, I was impressed by the amount of equipment and the many well-kept bathrooms. Jamie at the front desk was a pleasure to work with, and the location is very convenient. Last but not least, the price is great.

Gave it a try for 2 days, would never go back for even a 3rd chance! I get people go to sweat in there but there's a smell that's just ucky! Like old dirty rags that have never been washed. Equipment is always broken down and the owners are no where near friendly. !!That gym shows alot of Favoritism!! The manager AND owner aren't professional when handling situations.

Awesome place to work out! Lots of good equipment, free weights and machines... I don't use machines myself but I have used them there in the past and they are very good at working a proper muscle groups that you want to work. They just installed some arsenal workout equipment, some of these are pre-loaded with weights and some require weights. The arsenal equipment is the bomb! Great place to build serious muscle and lose weight 💪

Location is good, free weight room is good, atmosphere is good. I’ve gone to this gym for 2 years and generally like it because it is the most convenient gym in town for me to get to.

Here are the negatives:
- Frequently broken machines and little to no maintenance done on them.
- Missing equipment (ie. Pins, grips, etc…)
- Autopay frequently cancels on its own forcing you to read your banking info to the front desk out loud, often times in front of other gym goers who lurk at the front desk.
- Leaking roof causing musty smell
- Frequently broken toilets
- Lack of parking

If you can put up with these negatives, it’s a decent gym with a good and respectful group of patrons.

I personally love to switch to this gym from my regular gym when I want a change of scenery. The 24/7 access and the membership price are a great deal. Every time I've gone, the workers are really nice and the place is clean. Yes, the equipment isn't new or high-tech, but with what's there, it's enough for anyone to reach their goals. Plus, the equipment and location add to the atmosphere and keep it lively. I especially love the changing rooms; it's one of my favorite things. I believe that this is the best 24-hour gym in the valley.

This gym is a joke for the price. Half of the equipment doesn't work, smells, not clean, bathrooms are filthy and ventilation sucks. Needs a huge upgrade. Was a customer for 6 years, too long!

I absolutely LOVE THIS GYM the people are fantastic the staff is super friendly, great equipment I can't say enough amazing things about it. Recently had to stop going due to working and living in Leavenworth and I'm genuinely heartbroken and upset about it, I absolutely adore and love this gym. Best gym in the valley!

Amazing customer service clean personally I’m not hyping up the COVID but it’s clean. It’s rarely packed it’s decent group of people working on their fitness goals hospitality definitely is expressed equipment is solid I’ve been going there now off & on for 5 months.

We love this gym! Workout Warehouse has everything you need and more. 24/7 access, all kinds of equipment, cardio room, weight room, showers and TANNING. Management has done wonders following the new and current strict Covid-19 guidelines allowing their members to continue working out while being “safe.”
Staff is always bubbly and helpful!
Workout Warehouse has excellent membership fees for all you get there. You really cannot beat their prices! Best gym in town 🏋🏽‍♀️

Workout Warehouse is a 24-hour gym but during coronavirus they have tried to keep the hours at least till 9 pm. The one thing that could be improved is that there are three showers and sinks but there is only one bathroom with a toilet otherwise it has excellent weights and lots of cardio equipment usually your membership is under 25 bucks a month

Honestly getting to the point where it isn't even worth the $22 a month, more like $10. Broken equipment everywhere, and poor quality plates ranging from 37 lbs to 47 lbs meaning finding properly calibrated 45s is a struggle. If it wasn't so much cheaper than other places and 24 hours I'd never go here.

Been a member for years, on and off...
Many machines are broken, lack of maintenance keeps them out of service for a while. Prefer the old cardio machines, the new ones are junk. Not to forget, parking is the worst at this gym. There's a lack of members respecting the rule of cleaning the equipment, pretty gross and hazardous when it comes to spreading disease. Bathrooms and changing rooms are for the most part in unsatisfactory conditions; looks like no one cares to keep it in fine detail.

My personal and favorite gym, the convenience of it being open 24/7 for members is great for my work schedule. I never have to worry about it being too late or too early to go pump some iron! Small Note for Non Members, they charge $5 per person for the day and close the reception desk at 9pm.

Hours after great, But the lack of parking and enforcement of the gym rules makes this a pass for me. Been a member here for at least 6months to a year. Everytime I come parking is a big issue. Since I almost always have to park far away and walk just as far. All i want to do is get in get fit and get out. The constant over and over of having to put weights away that other people. Have used and are lazy as hell to put away. That coupled with the parking make me stay twice as long.

The gym has an awesome price!! Personally I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone doing any type of advanced fitness though wether it be for sport or for competing. Members tend to get upset if you want to practice posing(physique and bodybuilding competitors) and the gym equipment is a little older so it’s a shaky when doing heavier weight. Overall I give it a 2 out of 5.
