I was interested in training with someone who also had a background in martial arts because I was interested in Muay Thai. Started training with Koji and he was able to instruct me on the basics and helped me get started off on the right foot! Flexible schedule, great rates and an overall wonderful trainer to have. I booked a massage with Koji and it was one of the most positive massage experiences I’ve had! Koji was communicative and flexible with scheduling, and the massage itself was massage! He provided targeted treatments to what I needed the most help on and incorporated stretching into the massage itself. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and I look forward to working with him again!

Koji has been my personal trainer for over 2 years now. Koji always takes care to craft my training regimen in each of my sessions to my specific goals. I have learned a ton from Koji, not just from learning the exercises we practice, but also from talking to him about kinesiology, nutrition, and other personal health topics. I think Koji is an excellent choice for a trainer, especially if you plan on doing personal training long term.
