Facility smells of dust and mold. Makes it hard to enjoy and breathe easy. You can see the dust everywhere. Don't go if you have allergies or asthmatic.

Would not recommend, not only is the student teacher ratio for this kind of instruction horrible for littles, my daughter is being accused of harming others because they do not have the training to assist children with special needs. (Adhd, autistic tendencies, anxiety etc)
I Recieved an email days after her practice being informed that she is harming others and the instructors are at a loss and I need to be there. 1. I'm always there making sure in asl ( bc she knows it bc of her deaf sibling) to behave. 2. Why am I just now being told this? And 3. They didn't give me any examples. This is horrible business especially for a child's. Environment. Do not waste your time and money here.

It's great i let people know about the open gym , we get there, and they don't have room bc of a full summer camp. This isn't the first time we've gone there and they weren't open.

My daughter (7) has attended yelm gymnastics for 8 months now and has learned and grown alot in her skills, she also has leveled up twice. My son (5) also does street moves. He has improved in his social development and listening skills. Both have improved. The coaches are all young school age kids but are great role models for the kids. 100% would recommend this place.

poor facility. Coaches are not trained in required training. No certifications. Lack of effort in mangers you care for employees. Always trying to make everyone work for free. Lack of safety requirements for the kids that attend the school. Most likely failing to meet standard safety requirements. There’s a reason that they are constantly losing teachers and students. Continually raising prices. Would not recommend this place.

Have been a patron of the gym for years, after today will never go again.
Today they were a bit busy with the Easter egg hunt. So when they told me my 10 year old couldn't run around with my 4 year old cause it's 5 under right now. I was slightly annoyed but was understanding of the situation. About 20 min. Later I see older kids and adults going on the long trampoline so I assumed they were letting the few older kids that were there take a turn now so I told my son to go ahead and get back in line. I noticed she had stopped him and as I approached I hear her saying "No your not, how old are you really?!" I then said he's 10! (He's even a small 10 year old so I don't know how old she was thinking he was) she then preceded to tell me that he's too old to go on. I asked her how come these older kids directly behind him looking to be 12-14 were allowed on but not him. She said well they are employees kids. WHAT!!?!?! So employees kids are more important then your customers?? I was just baffled at the illogical statement that just came out of her mouth. What poor customer service. My son was really upset. Asking me why she hates him?!!? There was really just no legitimate explanation. It just made zero since as to why my son would pose a danger to other kids on the trampoline but the kids clearly older then him were not.
I will NEVER go back here again after this, no more open gym, classes or birthday party business from my family!! I'll gladly take my business to Black Hills gym in Lacey.
To the owner: As a person who currently and formerly owned businesses involving children. I would strongly suggest that you be a little more sensitive to kids feelings before you call them a liar and take some basic business courses on customer service!
To the owner working the front desk. I appreciated your effort trying to make it better and at least being apologetic but I would strongly suggest looking for a new business partner if you are majority owner.
