I bought a 10 class pass with a friend. went to hot yoga once and it was OK. afterwards one of the employees (man about 30s, beard, no shoes) told me he was surprised i made it through the class 🙃 and that if i came back for his am class every day it would change my life. I never went back. that truly was the most unprofessional uncomfortable way to leave a class. I think about this a lot and I tell my friends this story as well. there are some great instructors here but i hope to god i never see this person again.

The atmosphere of this studio is incredibly uplifting. Their owner and instructors are compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. The connections made here are beautiful, and the progression of my practice has gotten exponentially better since coming here. They let you know what modifications of a posture are best for where you are in your practice, adjust your posture to ensure the good form, and encourage you to go further when they see that ability in you. Learning to trust myself by trusting them has been eye opening. It’s just an amazing place. Highly recommend!

My family and I love this studio the instructors are super knowledgeable and patient. I’ve been coming here for several years and can truly say it’s the best yogi community. Love the heated hardwood floors 🙏🏼

Wonderful studio! I was unsure what to expect (I'm in town visiting) by I was blown away by Bryans Power Yoga class. Great music, pace and sequence. What a wonderful find! Namaste 🙏🏼

Buyer beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a fan of Groupon for trying new businesses so when I saw a Groupon for hot yoga classes I new I had to buy it for my mom as a Christmas present . BEFORE i bought it I personally drove there and asked the lady at the front desk who apparently is also a teacher what the promotion entail as well as the restrictions . She told me I could use it towards 20 punch card or a three month trial BOTH worth the same amount as the Groupon offered. When my mom went she was told that she could only get the 20 punched so I called and I was informed that was the only option. IF YOURE NOT GOING TO HONOR YOUR OWN OFFER THEN DONT SIGN FOR UP FOR SITES LIKE GROUPON . PERIOD!!!! It looks terrible on your business practices and shows that yoga/people are not at the core of your business , just money.

After receiving a very nice phone call from the owners about this review, I still wasn't convinced that anything changed. They still didn't honor the purchase I had made, but they did offer me a free month of classes.
I thought that was really nice, but didn't take them up on it.

What changed my opinion is that over the past year I've heard from more and more of my yogi friends that they are teaching at the Hot Spot and that is is a wonderful place.

Their choice of teachers alone is worth 4 stars. After I go back and give it another go, who knows, possibly a fifth.

I too had a dishonest experience with the new owners. They would not honor the Christmas 6 month special i had purchased even though it showed as paid for and active on my account. They were so rude.

I haven't been to hot yoga in a long time. Recently I purchased a 20 visit punch card through groupon. The receptionist was so sweet and got all my information in right away. I loved that she asked me if I needed any supplies like a at or water. Then directed me into the studio.it was great to start up again with this!

I have enjoyed my practice at the yoga hot spot. Just started going about three months ago and have noticed a positive outcome mentally, physically, and spiritually which is priceless. I like the specials they offer, friendly instructors and calming environment. I have invited my friends and would recommend yoga hot spot to others.

I have enjoyed many different classes at Yoga Hot Spot, including the yin class and the heated hatha class. The instructors are great at connecting with everyone and challenging me in my practice. I highly recommend this yoga studio.
