Monica was a very supportive and kind instructor! Many come in without any prior experience to fitness or dance and she made it accessible for us to learn and encouraged us through each routine all at different levels. She made it clear that if we were uncomfortable with something, we didn’t have to do it or that there were modifications to the routines. I cannot wait to sign up for more classes with her and apply everything in the intro class that I learned!
