Really pay attention to what the Manager Ashleigh has you signing. She smiles all the way through as she is signing you up for long-term contracts while telling you that you basically can "cancel anytime" or while quoting shorter terms. I was signed up for an 18-month contract unbeknownst to me. It was even surprising to her when I called. She was telling me I had a six month contact at first until she actually pulled up the contract she had me sign. The contract is presented to you on a tablet, not a computer screen. DO NOT SIGN anything you are offered by her until you read EVERYTHING. I was on lunch break and ready to work out so I trusted what came out of her mouth and did not pay full attention to the contract. My bad! BEWARE, Ashleigh smiles and lies. But, she will have to continue to see me because I'm under contract until December 2023! And she flat out refused to review anything or take accountability for what she did. Plus, these facilities are all franchisees so the parent corporation Anytime Fitness doesn't get involved except to contact the owner. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS for sure! Hoping the actual owner contacts me so we can get this resolved.
Update: now I get a response through a reply on here. The owner didn’t even have enough respect for me as a patron to contact me directly so now we’re down to 1 star instead of 2.

Tried to sign up online and was there at 7, worker was there, and I couldn’t hear them on the speaker. So someone opened the door for me and then worker accused me and my friend of trying to “sneak in”. Tried to explain that we were only trying to get help to sign up and then was told to leave. Staff overall rude and hostile for no reason.

This facility is nice and all.. but the experience I had with the staff has set me the wrong way. I had a membership with them.. but I then became sick with Crohn’s disease.. causing me to be disabled. I was not able to use the facility for 10 months. But I was still paying my membership.. I ask them if I could have some type of reimbursement.. and they said that I needed a letter from my doctor stating I had crohns. I showed them a letter from
My doctor but they did not honor their policy. So I do not recommend using this facility.

Did not attend this gym for over 6 Mos, try to end my contract due to gaining employment in another state where I will not be going to this gym and they would NOT accept my new employment letter. Due to covid they should of been allowing people to cancel their contracts. I am not pleased with this service and do not recommend going to this gym or any gym that will try and take your hard earned money that is needed for moving. Furthermore I was also charged at the end of the month before the 1st of the next month.

Great little gym.
Perfect for me, outside of one complaint.
Too expensive.
I'm not sure how they operate their business, if that's a nationwide thing with Anytimes or if it's the actual own but either way, too exspensive.
If a planet fitness was closer, I'd be there without a doubt.
A lot of ppl probably are already because of this.
I gave it 5 stars instead been if what I think it should get(4) simply because the rating is 3.9 is just a bit too low for this fine establishment.

Very hard to cancel membership. Very difficult to contact and even harder to meet with even with appointment, and meeting is required to cancel even after contract expires. Totally unwilling to work with my schedule or keep the appointment.

Nice gym. While small they provide a variety of gym equipment. They have a stand up and lay down tanning bed. They also have a hydromassage bed (I highly recommend it). Pros: you can use it anytime, reasonable cost, equipment is in good shape, employees are helpful cons: they do not provide towels, sweat towels, or shampoo/soap (They provideded all of these when I joined.)
