Staff is always there later than 6 PM (per the website). This reveals, along with their positive and professional demeanor, that they really enjoy their jobs! Place is clean and well equipped. Even the clientele is courteous and encouraging. This is a good gym for the novice and advanced.

This is one of the smaller facilities I've been to. It's ok, but the equipment selection isn't great for serious lifters, like me. Parking has been an issue as well (although half the parking lot has been under construction). I can't say i dislike it, but I do wish it had more.

Lauren the manager at the Teays valley location is super friendly and helpful and explains things very well. Always has a smile on her face as she discussing things with you. She even shows you around and what the machine does. I would definitely recommend every to come over here.

Excellent gym with an even better staff!! Always in an and out. It’s almost never overcrowded so you never have to wait for a machine. Patrons are happy to help with a quick spot and the Staff greet you with an energetic smile every time. Overall, I’m surprised I didn’t join this gym sooner.

I’ve only been coming here for a couple of weeks now. I’m pretty content with the gym. It offers a lot of flexibility for any type of workout that you want to do. There is a decent flow to the gym as well. Not at all the feeling that you get when you walk into other gyms that as soon as you walk into it you are like nope this isn’t the place for me! Reasonably priced with a variety of options to add into your normal package to include tanning, nutritional advice and a detailed description of what you need to do to achieve your goals with knowledgeable and professional staff who are willing and eager to help you out! They also have an in-house competition that is motivational and fun without it diminishing from the good spirit and nature of the community and gym!
Update* not that great of a gym after all. The equipment was not “new” but it was fully functional. The staff is somewhat helpful but is not very understanding of disabilities and brain injuries. Which I suffer from. I will say massively inappropriate things to people that I don’t intend to upset and what they did was discontinued my gym membership for saying one thing to another member who was outside of the gym at the time, who I btw complimented on her photos that I had seen on Reddit, and the other member I pay a compliment to for her post on Reddit but nothing menacing or rude and I even apologized if it had made either of them uncomfortable to which neither one said anything and then a few days later I get a call and was left a voicemail telling me that my membership was revoked immediately without being able to discuss anything when I called back I spoke with one of the managers that told me that my membership was canceled because I made people feel uncomfortable. In the gym, and that she was sorry that I thought that I was being treated unfairly but that it is what it is and she was very rude and short with me whenever I was trying to just talk about my problems and my brain injury by the time I got to say that she had already hung up on me. I did ask the same manager a question that had upset her and there was no intent on my part to be upsetting, to which a few weeks later after I had asked her the question I had told her that I hadn’t meant to be upsetting and that if I was that I was extremely sorry to have done that. I only wish for positive energy and at first this place was it! I was even member of the month in only 3 months. And then I get shitcanned this is not a very judgmentally free place to go to and it’s taken me a lot to be brave enough to say anything about this. I would never do anything to anyone and that is what was implied to me is that I would hurt someone. Which is extremely disgusting to even consider seeing as how I was a sexual harassment/ assault response and prevention officer for my last unit in the Army and someone who has actually been falsely accused of abuse and was later found innocent because the girl had lied about it and admitted to lying about the incident the entire time. I wasn’t even in town and when it had supposedly happened. Anyways point is that this is complete garbage and is very upsetting
If they had been more willing to discuss my handicap I would’ve been more than happy to do so but now as I see it they discriminate against the people that have a right to be treated equally and also to be heard. I honestly don’t like to leave this because I don’t like the negative energy that is coming with this, however it does need to be done.

The only time the gym is staffed is when most adults are at work, so no assistance or services after. When staff is there they stay shut up in the office, whats the point? There are "amenities" still listed on the website that aren't present at the location but you still get to pay for them. Only place to put any keys or a bag is an open shelf right by the door. No notice of the end of your year contract it just auto renews which you cannot opt out of. There is alot of good equipment and the place is clean.

I’ve been to several gyms in the area and this is by far my favorite one. It’s always nice and clean when I go. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when you come in the door. I also have been working with the personal trainer, Chase for almost a year now. He’s a great trainer and I can tell that he is passionate about training and wanting to help people succeed. He’s also willing to answer any questions I may have. 10/10 recommend this gym. It’s become one of my happy places and I’ve made some new friends since joining as well.

Great gym, feels like home. Everyone is helpful. Best part (to me), there are 3 power racks and very seldom do I have to wait for any of the equipment I need. Not sure about different days, but the days I go, Tues, Thurs, and Sat I can accomplish what I need in a timely manner without a long wait for the equipment. Highly recommend

I've been a member of Anytime Fitness for over a year now and I absolutely love it!

The gym is always clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hours are convenient. I especially appreciate the fact that I can work out at any time of day or night, no matter where I am.

I've seen great results since I started working out at Anytime Fitness, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym.

Undoubtably the best fitness facility in a 25 mile radius. The other locations do not compete either in my opinion. This location is not only kept the cleanest, and most organized out of their other locations but also their competitors as well. Staff is also great. Only negative aspect is the contracts that are YEARS long, but every location is different.
