I visited Anytime Fitness in Saint Clairsville today to sign up for a membership, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding. Coy went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. He took the time to really get to know me, understand my goals, and discuss what steps I can take to reach them.
I have never been to a gym where an employee genuinely cared about me and my personal fitness journey the way Coy did. The equipment available being good machines (ex Hammer Strength), a variety of barbells, dumbbells, calisthenic items and the space and racks to use them is unmatched for our area. The cardio equipment is solid and varied. The management finds the time to communicate if you have questions. This is a very clean gym and having cleaning items like spray cleaner and paper towels available adds another layer to the cleanliness. Having 24 hours accessibility is a big feature for our little town- being able to work out late at night or early in the morning is great. The single occupancy shower/changing rooms is a highlight. Rating: 5/5 stars- will pick up heavy things and put them down again at this gym often.

I canceled my membership a MONTH AGO and they are still taking money out of my account. I have called NUMEROUS times and left messages but no one calls me back. Their in-staff times are all over the place so good luck stopping by and actually speaking with someone. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Before signing up I was told one thing. After I signed up they ignored the original agreement. Made unauthorized charges on my bank account. Refused to refund anything and said if I canceled I would still be charged fees. It's basically a scam.

I’ve been a member for almost 5 years now and never once had horrible experience until today. The general manager of the Moundsville Wv club was extremely hostile and rude even after I had just explained to her I had just moved to Moundsville she still insisted that all my information wasn’t up to date and verbally attacking both myself and girlfriend. My girlfriend tried explaining that we will have everything caught up and make sure everything would be transferred and the general manager just said she didn’t care. The st. Clairesville club has wonderful people there and great customer service but not the club in Moundsville Wv
