Nice 24/7 gym, owners are very responsive, and I enjoy the workout time I get to spend there every day, good amount of equipment choices for everyone’s workout needs and very nice merch to purchase along with accessories.

In town for 1 day and I was able to do the day pass...it was really reasonable!! The fitness center has every piece of equipment that you would want! It was very clean and the equipment was in great condition! If I pass through here again...I would definitely go back to Expedition Fitness!

There is plenty of great equipment here and everything is kept clean. Staff is friendly, and the atmosphere of the gym is very welcoming. I'm looking forward to going back.

Updated: It's been several months since I joined, and I'm still attending at least weekly or more. I always enjoy my time there and got 4 of my family members to start. We're all happy with the decision.

I struggle to get my workouts done here. I feel like the energy is sucked right out of me. The price is high for what you get compared to other gyms. That could be because of location and population. I would like to see improvements I have been a on and off member for almost 7 years. The equipment is mostly the same though you get charged for equipment upgrades...etc. but nothing is different.

The gym does have a variety of equipment for what you need, just avoid busy times because space is limited. 15 people I feel would be cramped. There is only one brench press, you could count the incline and the decline bench and two benches sit in front of the barbells. I well say the barbells do go up to 125 lbs. That is a lot more than most gyms.

To enhance my view, I drive to bridgeport and do my work outs. I signed up for a year here and only been a hand full of times, I'm 6 months in my membership. You could say that's my fault. But if you don't feel good energy would you keep going.

This is a great little gym that has heavy weight and everything you need to hit your goals.

Would recommend to anyone in the area as it is also 24/7 access.

The only thing I wish it had was tanning beds but no complaints for the gym.

This place is great. They made it very convenient for me to sign up after hours. Equipment is functional and very clean . Showers and bathrooms with a set of digital scales. Very happy to have found this place.

This place has good energy, it was easy to get a good workout. The weight equipment is good quality, but i did not care for the ergonomics of the cardio equipment. The place is clean and the location is convenient.

Great staff.. really the only gym in town, definitely considered a mirco-gym but they have everything you need. Really cool logo and their t shirts are really comfy.
