I traveled from Vermont to visit family during the Thanksgiving holiday and found an excellent gym. The layout is really efficient. The equipment is high quality. The staff knew and enjoyed explaining the features of the equipment. Clean. Safe. Accessible.

Walking into this gym alone just motivates you to work hard lol. People can be suppppperrrrr fit here. They have a good variety of machines and it’s open 24 hours which is a definite plus. Also, at less than 40$ a month, it’s worth more than every penny. My only complaint is that it’s a pretty tight spot and there is limited room to do your own free movement workouts or stretches.

I passed a shopping center and saw Flex Fitness within said shopping. I am not a member but wanted to workout for the day. I was greeted at the door by someone whom i believed was the owner. He was cordial and invited me in, i did a little paperwork, then off to my workout i went. The place is clean including the men’s room. Everyone seems to get it and put their weights back. There were a variety of workout apparatus to choose from. They were all clean and in working order. U had a mix of patrons anywhere from ur novice to people who seem to really put their time in within a gym. People were friendly even to an outsider like I was. I was asked, then persuaded into slamming a sledge hammer into a tire by one of the patrons, lol, which was a first for me at a gym but I enjoyed it. So if u r in the area and need a place to workout 🏋️‍♀️. Check this place out!!

Are you tired of the big box gyms that just want your money and don't care about you. Flex gym is here for one reason. To make us healthy and not loot our wallets. I have been going here a couple of months and I am glad I made the decision. ED is always there to answer questions and help out when needed. Also, no contract required and they provide a student discount. What are you waiting for, go check it out.
