The parent registration system has an auto payment method option. BEWARE: there’s absolutely no way to stop these payments or cancel the auto-pay. Make sure you select “manual” from the beginning if you use this system. No one at Flip N Cheer answers multiple left messages requesting assistance in payment & billing. I would’ve happily kept my son enrolled had I been able to sort this out quickly with a human being — instead it’s multiple useless AI tools, not a single phone call actually answered, and a series of charges that I’m apparently powerless to stop although I could not take my child to his class this month. I’ll be contacting my bank to contest the charges soon, since this gym is actually stealing from us. Disastrous, go literally anywhere else.

I set an appointment for a class for my daughter, they even double check with me if I was going to come to the class and when I show up they are telling her class age it’s in the morning. They should be more professional about the time of other people.

Not to mention that the appointment was at 4pm and they didn’t open the door until 4:10pm and no one was on the from desk.

My younger sister has been attending Flip N Cheer for about three years and I've never experienced any disrespectful behavior or neglect from coaches. My sister has worked with Coach Brielle throughout this time and she is the sweetest and most attentive coach you'll ever meet. However yesterday a woman very rudely was yelling at her and spitting in her face because of a policy from the business. I was actually present and it was shocking to see Mrs. Keys our Jefferson county commissioner threatening Coach Brielle. No local politician should be acting so unprofessionally towards an employee of a local Jefferson county business. Coach Brielle does a great job of balancing her schooling and personal life with her work and it's very sad to see a representative of our community behaving so poorly towards her.

We love Flip N Cheer! My daughter began in the beginners' class and quickly moved up. She has been part of the competitive team for several years now and loves every aspect of it. I've had nothing but a great experience with flip and cheer coach Patti and all of the coaches are absolutely fantastic! My 6-year-old daughter is a bit shy at first and kind of timid with new experiences but the atmosphere at flip n cheer is 1000% supportive, positive and fun. We have been sending her here for beginners gymnastics for a couple of years and plan on staying in the program for the foreseeable future. We have also had two fantastic birthday parties for our daughter here. It is an unbelievably convenient and memorable party atmosphere for the little kids. They do glow in the dark gymnastics free play for an hour and then 30 minutes in the party room for cake etc... It has been such a success for her 5th and 6th birthdays.

Can't say enough good things about this place!

I also should mention that although my daughter is very much a beginner and very young, the older kids that I watch while my little one is there absolutely blow my mind. The training and the level of skill that I see on display at these practices are truly impressive.

Not only has my daughter had repeat injuries because of poor coaching, the coach is constantly on her phone and not paying attention to the gymnasts, they’re rude and talk horribly to both the gymnast and parents, but also once you’re completely fed up and try to cancel, they ignore multiple request to cancel (monthly withdrawals from your bank account). I had to call my bank and request a stop payment. This place is an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time or money and subject your kid to verbal abuse and lack of proper instruction resulting in injury upon injury. This place used to be decent (it’s never been great) but in the past year or so they have gone downhill drastically.
