FLY is always welcoming, calming, and safety is the first priority. I am able to test my limits at my own pace. The instructor is knowledgeable and encouraging. Some people go to the gym to blow off steam, Iβd rather go to FLY. Itβs a hidden gem in the valley. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!

I've always wanted to try arial yoga, but was intimidated. I'm not skinny or in the best of shape, but I decided to go for it. Rebecca was amazing. She made people from all shapes and sizes feel welcome. She never gave up on helping us master a move. She never said I was too out of shape or fat to do it. She was always so supportive and encouraging to the entire class. One day, I mentioned that I had a sinus infection so she only chose poses that weren't inverted. I can't tell you how thankful I am to have found her.

My favorite part of the week is when I get to go to the beginners aerial yoga class. It's amazing exercise, lots of fun, and clears your mind like nothing else.

Both the Fly and Inversion classes are so much fun. Rebecca gives great instruction and shows such patience while you try to learn the moves. She challenges you and encourages you all at the same time. The classes have been full of encouraging women. You never feel judged, only supported. Learning to maneuver the hammocks is a ton of fun. If you havenβt tried either of the classes, you are definitely missing out!
