My 8yr took his 1st 🥊 class here. It's the building behide us. Turns out the class is in the top back of the building in a garage area which is where Wyatt always admire watching the big bodybuilders workout and their big trucks!! All the kids play on that alley! Anyhow his instructor was great. I'm terrible with names. Hoping this will be great for him. Not to mention he has an attachment here it will help. He enjoyed himself and will hopefully find some discipline and self defense. Looking forward to more classes with them at Hess's Gym. Great prices too!!!

I've been going on and off for the last two years great staff that are helpful & kind. It's an amazing place to workout it has everything you could ask for. I personally love talking around & meeting new people they have great members to talk to & get through your workout around.

I must say for my first time going there was truly quite an awesome experience. Friendly customer service. Membership is affordable and worth it. Or if you're going just for a day it's only $5 you can't beat that! I'm looking foward to going back! As well as telling others.

Love this gym. Has EVERYTHING you could need, and great atmosphere for working out. Also, one of the few places I dont need headphones at. Owners are very personable and will do anything to try and accommodate. Great for beginners to seasoned lifters.

Best gym I've ever been to. Wide selection of free weights : 2-200lb Dumbbells ; lat pull machines ; 3 benches for barbell bench pressing ; 2 dead lift areas ; 2 squat racks ; 2 leg press machines ; Shoulder shrug area ; calf raise equipment ; etc

Not very friendly for outsiders or beginners, pay extra for 24hr access, 12 to 16 month contracts for any kind of deal, old, small, and dirty. Better gyms in town with 24hr access and free tanning for even less and no contracts, literally 3 times bigger, and nice clean multiple changing rooms with clean actually usable showers.
