My daughter started dancing at MID at just 2.5 years old. It’s been 4 years now and she has grown so much as a dancer and has learned so many different techniques. And she has FUN with her instructors (Miss Stephanie and Miss Sophie) and her dance friends. They put in a lot of dedication and hard work, but it pays off and they love doing it! My daughter looks forward to her dance classes each week! There is a lot of talent in this studio—In my opinion, this is the only studio for children to receive the best quality dance education possible in our area! No doubt about it!

At Movements in Dance, my children are learning more than proper technique, terminology , musicality and sportsmanship. So many life lessons are learned and taught through hard work, goal setting, dedication and support.
The amount of experience, knowledge and professionalism between Ms. Stephanie and her daughter Ms. Sophie are priceless! We have been very blessed to have such a high quality studio in our area to participate. If you're looking for a dance studio home, look no further.

Miss Stephanie is simply the best in NCWV for dance education. Kids will get a strong foundation in ballet (and jazz/tap/acro) that allows them to learn any style. The competition team consistently represents the school and the state exceptionally well, with age-appropriate choreography and costuming. Both instructors are communicative and professional, and take health and safety precautions seriously. I can't recommend this school enough if you're looking for a quality dance education for your child.
